28/09/2025: Excellent location, two blocks from the palace, very centrally located with all the amenities and nightlife in the area. The apartment was soundproofed, spotlessly clean, and tastefully furnished. It was hi-tech, equipped with a mini fridge stocked with drinks. The bathroom was equipped with a personal hygiene kit (toothbrush, toothpaste, etc.). Breakfast was plentiful at the on-site bar, with very kind and professional staff.

A 10-minute wait outside was a complete disappointment, because once we got inside they made us wait near a table where the other diners had finished eating but were chatting, rightfully so!!! I let the receptionist know my initial displeasure, asking if we'd already waited half an hour to get in despite having a reservation. To let me know right away if there had been a long wait, especially since the pizzas... they let us sit, and the guy who took the order told us it would take half an hour. The drinks arrived immediately, but after speaking to the next table, they told us that they had ordered for an hour. I stopped the waitress who was serving drinks and asked her why she had already brought them, given that the pizzas were taking who knows how long. I asked her to take the drinks back if the pizzas didn't come out quickly, but obviously that wasn't going to happen, so I wished the receptionist a good evening and left. Anything else to comment on??? If you don't have a reserved sign to put on the table, don't fool customers with fake reservations. Give them the option to leave if there's a crowd in front of your restaurant!!! Best wishes to the receptionist who was expecting a baby.

Sundays are crowded, but it's worth the wait to share the sweets with family or friends for their goodness and authenticity and enjoy an excellent coffee. The various packages you can buy as gifts for friends or family are also good. Guaranteed pastries 😍🥰

26/08/2025: I'll never go back! We waited an hour for a sandwich and a pizza, which were both truly unpleasant. The pizza was full of oil and the fries were cold and dry. The sandwich was no exception: the fries were inedible, very greasy and very cold. It seems like the products are prepared in advance and then reheated, like the sandwich.

21/08/2025: We got a table after just 10 minutes of waiting, but it took them over 30 minutes to take our order. The chicken was delicious, crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, and not dry. The potatoes were excellent, and the fried foods were also very good, especially the Bandidos. They're not frozen, they make them themselves, and they're delicious. We also ordered the turkey leg, and that was delicious too.
