09/06/2026: Excellent location, 500 meters from the Royal Palace and a 10-minute walk from the train station. The Tropicana pastry shop is excellent, with a wide selection of pastries. The room was cozy, modern, clean, and quiet. Recommended if you're visiting Caserta.

14/05/2026: NEVER JUDGE BY APPEARANCES! Behind a large door and a modest foyer, climbing the stairs (or taking the elevator), I found a very nice place to stay. My room was a single, small but elegant, clean, and equipped with EVERYTHING (Smart TV, air conditioning, hairdryer, refrigerator, safe). This B&B's location is excellent: a 5-minute walk from the station, nestled in the center of Caserta. Breakfast is served at the bar/pastry shop downstairs (delicious pastries). The price of the stay was absolutely "fair." HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

22/08/2026: The staff is friendly and welcoming, the rustic pizzas and tarts are excellent, and the bread is also good, especially the ciambella. Their specialty is the tomato tart, which is a must-try. The bakery also offers seating for on-site dining.

17/08/2026: Panificio D'alise is an excellent bakery, with spectacular bread and many types of pizza. The pizza with escarole is sublime, a very positive note. The staff, the young woman who served me, expertly explained all the products for sale. My compliments. The bakery also has a café with a wide variety of breakfast pastries. Excellent value for money.

02/05/2026: Dropped by randomly but the pizza was better than I expected. The place was clean and new. And the lady at the counter(didn’t catch her name:( ),was nice to explain the menu and made us felt welcome. When you need a quick wholesome bite, great place to come!

08/07/2026: I discovered it thanks to my friend Luciano. Very close to the city center but far from the chaos and nightlife, Paco's offers everything from pizza to food. A very pleasant indoor/outdoor space, with delicious pizza and fried food. Friendly service, a friendly owner, and reasonable prices. I'll be back for the food, too.

29/07/2026: I'm only reviewing it because they're giving me free mochi. The fact is, it's one of the best poke joints in the area. Food quality, quantity, and the staff are friendly. It's still better than those poke joints where the staff seems like they're doing you a favor. Well done, guys.

13/06/2026: A well-kept and elegant restaurant, with outdoor dining available in the summer. The staff is very friendly and attentive to customer satisfaction. The menu is very varied and can satisfy even the most discerning palates. I tried a bun, the Dolce Alife, which I highly recommend; it comes with fries included in the price. My experience was truly positive; I'll be back. Importantly, this is a youth-led business. Let's help these young people, who are an example of those who love the area and decide to stay despite these unfavorable times for any type of business.

06/08/2026: Yesterday, my girlfriend and I celebrated our third anniversary. We started with a Genovese-filled donut served with a reduction that, when tasted, was like eating Genovese, or at least the donut also resembles a reinterpretation of Manx pie. Then we had two tastings: the Zest tasting, which includes a sampling of four meats for a total of 500g: Angus, Galician, Rubia Gallega, and Iberian Pluma. The second tasting was the Italian one, a sampling of four meats for a total of 500g: Pezzata Rossa, Friesian, Podolica, and Picanha del Sannio. Then we tasted the 100g A5 Japanese Wagyu. Grilled vegetables and chips, fondue and truffle, water, and wine. Finally, for dessert, a Bavarian cream and a paradise cake. Knowledgeable and friendly service, we spent a wonderful evening and ate very well, we will return with friends too, top quality price especially considering the excellent products we had such as wagyu, rubia gallega, Galician, pluma iberica, etc.

26/07/2026: Overall, a good restaurant, good food, but the location raises your expectations. Service was sketchy: not very friendly, water bottles left empty on the table, and five bottles of wine (of two different types) were ordered without even being tasted. It's a shame, because with more attentive service, the experience would have been definitely worthy of the quality of the food and the location.

20/07/2026: We were there on Sunday, July 19th. A friend told me it was beautiful. We left from Naples and after 70 km we found ourselves in paradise. We wanted to spend a day at the pool... and we had a great time. We just wanted a snack, so we had a full lunch and I tell you, it was delicious... but then the owner is a young guy but so friendly and knowledgeable that you wouldn't say he was young 😁 everything was delicious and well-prepared. I recommend it.

22/12/2025: We arrived after a phone reservation for 8:30 PM and were seated at 9:30 PM! Plus, you have to wait outside in the cold because the place is literally a nightmare! Let alone when it's raining... finding parking is out of the question. After finally being seated, we ordered some fried food and then some burgers. The fried food arrived almost immediately, while we waited another 20 minutes for the sandwiches. When you sit down, the staff gives you a sort of remote control that rings when your order is ready... Basically, after waiting hours to eat outside in the cold, you also have to get up amidst the chaos of the small place and get your tray from the counter where you pay... where there are thousands of people standing... plus, while we were waiting to be called, near the cash register, one of the waiters whispered to another colleague, and when he finally arrived, we all left... such professionalism!!! Keep up the good work, the place will be empty soon!! P.S.: The burgers and other things are nothing special, there are much, much better! Never again!

05/06/2026: We chose Retrò 83 to celebrate our son's First Communion and were very satisfied. The organization was impeccable, the staff always available, courteous, and attentive to every request. The food was excellent, with a special mention for the risotto with artichokes, crispy pancetta, and lemon zest—a true delight! Going out for lunch, but feeling like family—in short, highly recommended!
