01/07/2025: Great experience, we spent a little more than you usually spend in diners, but we wanted to try more things so it was fine. Maybe a little weak on some appetizers in my opinion, but the bao are definitely worth trying! Phenomenal sandwiches, an explosion of flavors, all top marks. Let's not even talk about the desserts, the other reviews are over-the-top in praising them, rightly so! Definitely worth trying. Only the location is a little awkward to find parking, but a little ingenuity is all it takes!

14/01/2026: Buffalo products made with love. Try the caciocavallo and the cheeses, as well as all the mozzarella and buffalo ricotta.
If you have a quarter of an hour to spare, it's right at the Caianello highway exit. Take a stroll, it's intoxicating.

30/11/2025: Beautiful atmosphere, especially with the Christmas decorations. Since we were the last table of the evening, we were able to chat with the very welcoming staff. The quality of the food is evident, and I encourage everyone to try the macaroni and mascarpone; they're delicious, as are the raw ham.

17/03/2026: It's a great lunch break during a long journey. The servers are a bit slow, and there's often a line. However, the mozzarella and other cheeses are excellent, especially the various hard Gorgonzola cheeses topped with figs, blueberries, and pistachios. It's best to call ahead to have the various types of mozzarella put aside, as they often sell out by 2 pm.

28/02/2026: What can I say about this splendid location in the heart of Teano? The atmosphere is charming and welcoming. As soon as we arrived, we met the chef, who welcomed us with a truly excellent glass of sparkling wine. The highlight was the truly exquisite food (I didn't manage to photograph everything 😅), incredibly delicious and flavorful, and the service was excellent and truly meticulous. We were here for a colleague's retirement party. Everything was truly meticulous and excellent. I hope to return to this magnificent place.
22/11/2025: On my way to Naples, I decided to stop in Teano, where I was fortunate enough to have lunch at Locanda de Foris.
A simple, comfortable setting with beautiful architecture.
The cuisine features exclusive, exquisitely crafted dishes, a delight for the palate...
The service was excellent, with Isabella offering us advice and kindness. Chef Pietro was kind enough to come and greet us at the end of the meal for feedback.
Restaurant professionals. Definitely worth a try.

26/11/2025: Excellent wedding venue, but we weren't satisfied with the planning service we received months beforehand with the planner. The day's organization was excellent, with the presence of the maître d'. Prices are in line with the area (so, high).

21/01/2026: It's not a place... it's home! Matteo and his wife are two wonderful people who welcome and pamper you throughout your stay, in a warm and family atmosphere. I loved the meatballs and the well-filled and unusual sandwiches. I found the wine cellar very well stocked... I'll definitely be back!
