29/11/2023: Business dinner, we were looking for a very IN and very private environment to be able to discuss and at the same time delight ourselves with a selection of delicacies. Recommended by a friend to go to "DaDino", having never been there before I perhaps had some fears which were immediately dispelled when we perceive from the entrance façade that air of extreme professionalism hidden behind a crew of nice people, affable and approachable. Feeling pampered with indiscretion, the staff careful not to let you say anything that you already anticipated. Moving on to the location, well there is little to say that is not superlative, cleanliness and attention to detail, a mix between vintage and rural with extravagant inserts that made everything pleasant to the eye, the few also appreciate the pleasantly soft but not too much. Furthermore, we were also shown the cellar with bottles that were incredible, pieces that were decades old and kept obsessively preserved. Last but not least is the eating, one word: "masterful", a refinement in terms of novelty, authenticity and love in preparing certain things all in the name of absolute freshness. Some of the diners who came from the seaside areas, Pozzuoli and Torre del Greco, praised what we were served. Obviously expertly accompanied by a wine that went very well with what it accompanied. There is little to say other than that I recommend the daDino restaurant if you want to make a good impression, eat properly and live the experience of meeting great people. I recommend 100%

21/03/2024: I stopped on Sunday for lunch to eat a plate of pasta. I have already been here several times before because the pizza is excellent. From the reviews I also found some good dishes and I wanted to be a bit of a tourist around the my country. The place is nice and there is a quiet parking lot. A couple came in with me who, like me, had not booked. As far as catering is concerned, I was told that the menu is non-existent. Pizzeria menu only! I don't know ! If I also run a restaurant I must have a menu for this category too. The owner approaches the couple's table advising them, as a first course, cannellone or lemon ravioli if I'm not mistaken. He asks my preference and I choose the cannellone: ​​so far there has been no mention of the appetizer. I get the cannelloni and after a while a nice plate of appetizer arrives on the couple's table. Was I disappointed? Yes, I would have liked it too: with a menu this problem would have been avoided. The cannelloni which I didn't take photos of was very good; the wine was brought to me and I had to ask for the wine glass; the stew left a bad taste in my mouth because in addition to being a little stringy, it seemed like it was cut into slices; the escarole is delicious; they brought me 3 slices of bread, so much so that I asked if they had finished it; the dessert, served to me with the bread still on the table, was good but a little dry. Among tiramisu, babà and fruit delights, I chose tiramisu which was served to me without an identity: both a fork and a jar of dessert were carried in my hand, A small plate with a napkin would have been enough to place the cutlery and dessert on to give the dish a better look. The bill, considering that the portions were a bit small, was decent (it was €21 and I got €20). Was I satisfied? Not much: 1 because I would have liked to give a nice review since we were talking about my country of origin; 2 I felt a bit like a factory worker as I sat there at the table. And I wanted to be a tourist! Because I was at lunch alone, didn't I deserve to have the same attention as those who were in company? I don't know! I think this place has potential but also a lot to improve

17/02/2024: Ci sono capitato per caso ma posso dire che il posto merita davvero! In sala ci ha accolto direttamente lo chef Paride con la sua simpatia e ci ha consigliato direttamente i piatti del giorno. Abbiamo preso la fantastica lasagnetta bianca con carciofi, funghi e carne, delle superbe polpette al sugo e un buon spezzatino. Dolci eccellenti e fatti rigorosamente in casa da lui. Compreso il vino e il coperto abbiamo speso solo degli onestissimi 31.50€ in totale. SUPER RACCOMANDATO SE SI VUOLE UNA CUCINA SEMPLICE E BUONA. Ho visto che stavano preparando la pasta per le pizze così penso di avere una scusa per tornarci!!!

25/02/2024: Abbiamo soggiornato due notti in coppia con bambina di 14 mesi cenando due volte al ristorante. Servizio pre-accoglienza Ottimo, siamo stati contattati tramite whatsapp e c'è stata subito ottima comunicazione.Siamo stati costretti a spostare la prenotazione e si sono messi a disposizione con estrema cortesia. Celiachia L'avevamo segnalata e l'attenzione mostrata è stata all'altezza delle aspettative anche rispetto ai prodotti eccellenti sia durante la colazione che a cena utilizzando il top sul mercato Location Molto bella e ben curata carino il percorso con gli animali come anche il biolago ed il paesaggio Camere Belle e spaziose ottimo il servizio accoglienza minibar e le pulizie. Disagevole il piano alto considerando le scale esterne non coperte e la necessità del passeggino.Con la pioggia non è stato il massimo ma con bel tempo....tutta un'altra storia. Colazione Ottima, servizio eccellente ed accogliente.Nn c'è o servizio in camera purtroppo, lo avremmo apprezzato ed a mio avviso sarebbe d'uopo. Ristorante Bello, ben curato, tavoli spaziosi e distanti l'uno dall'altro ottimo il servizio al tavolo dei due addetti in sala estremamente educati,cordiali e professionali. Piatti mediamente buoni e ben presentati e buon rapporto qualità prezzo. Ottimo il vino e l'olio. Concludendo Da tornarci sperando in qualche piccola miglioria coerente con la bellezza e l'amore che traspare nella gestione del posto

18/02/2024: Pranzo domenicale di coppia in una splendida giornata di Febbraio. Prima di sederci a tavola optiamo per un aperitivo nel portico, assaggiamo un prodotto dell'azienda, una bollicina dal sentore acido e rinfrescante. Ci accomodiamo a tavola , locale curato ed arredato con gusto. Ci viene servito un benvenuto dello chef (Lonza di maiale con maionese senapata) molto apprezzato. Proseguiamo con tagliere di salumi selezione del territorio , tutti buoni e di livello , spicca su tutti ( a mio parere) la pancetta e il crudo. Passiamo ai primi ravioli di faraona e gnocchetti con blu di bufala, mela annurca e verza , primi intriganti , ben pensati e dal gusto coinvolgente...insomma li abbiamo apprezzati molto. I secondi proseguono l'ottimo pasto , vitello (morbidissimo , manco fosse burro) e agnello davvero squisito (soprattutto la salsa ridotta che accompagnava il tutto). Tutto il pasto è stato accompagnato dal loro vino Zagreo (particolare! Sentori di frutta a pasta gialla , macerato in anfora... una perla!) Terminiamo con due dolci un Bonet e uno zabaglione davvero notevoli affiancato da un passito di alto livello. Menzione speciale per il direttore , persona squisita , disponibile e soprattutto competente . Ha saputo consigliarci un maniera impeccabile! Abbiamo speso in totale 145 € in due (ci hanno offerto l'aperitivo). Li vale tutti ! Ci ritorneremo sicuramente e non nascondo che potrebbe diventare tappa fissa. A presto!
