Pizzeria Impasto In Aversa

Really tart potato croquettes (and it's not because of the provolone). Good, light dough. A good experience.

We found ourselves in Aversa on a Saturday evening, and after reading the excellent TripAdvisor reviews about this pizzeria and being intrigued by its semi-whole wheat dough, we decided to give it a try... a WONDERFUL DISCOVERY... a small but elegant place; a quiet atmosphere; attentive, polite, and cheerful staff; very light pizza made with quality ingredients. ABSOLUTELY RECOMMENDED!

Both establishments managed by Mr. Cozzolino maintain high-quality pizza. The pizzeria in Aversa is smaller, while the one in Santa Maria Capua Vetere has much more seating. Excellent dough and toppings. Helpful and professional staff, highly recommended.

We visited Impasto in Aversa and had a truly excellent experience. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a delicious entrée, which immediately set the tone for the evening. We started with two croquettes, one with porchetta and the other with mortadella and pistachio: simply fabulous, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, rich in flavor and decidedly original. Next, we ordered a pizza, and that too was excellent: light dough, quality ingredients, and perfectly cooked. Special praise goes to the impeccable service: the staff are kind, attentive, and always available, making the experience even more enjoyable. In conclusion, Impasto is a truly worthy pizzeria: excellent food, a welcoming atmosphere, and great professionalism. We had a wonderful time and will definitely be back!
