Truth Restaurant In Aversa

We went to Truth and were absolutely thrilled! The food was divine: exquisite dishes, meticulously prepared and with great attention to detail. The staff was incredibly kind and attentive to our every need. The cleanliness was impeccable and the atmosphere truly pleasant. Everything was top-notch from start to finish. If we're ever in the area again, we'll definitely be back. Highly recommended!

A small and well-organized location, with only about ten tables, but they're quite far apart. Excellent cuisine, unique flavors and beautifully presented. Average prices with an excellent wine list.

The service is fast, clear, and well-organized, with great attention to every detail. The chef clearly works with dedication and care, and the pace of service is well-managed. The large mirror at the entrance makes the place feel larger. The wine prices are very reasonable and affordable. The dishes combine many key elements of Japanese cuisine.

I had dinner with my girlfriend, and I don't feel like giving it a less than excellent rating because the food was excellent, both in terms of quality and presentation. However, there are a few things I'd like to point out that were a bit disappointing. The service was very friendly but completely absent, resulting in some rather lengthy delays (we arrived at 8:45 PM and left at 11:10 PM). Once our dishes were brought, it was difficult to call anyone from the staff as they never came to the table and were busy with other items. When we finally did, we asked for dessert, and after waiting 40 minutes without receiving it, we mentioned it, and it was brought to us, saying there had been a mix-up in the kitchen—and well, that can happen. Then, we finished our dessert, which was very good and appreciated, and asked for the bill. Needless to say, after waiting another 20 minutes for it, we decided to get up and go pay directly at the cashier. So, it's a restaurant I absolutely recommend. I wouldn't be put off by this incident and would return. The food was exceptional (especially the appetizers). However, there's clearly a need for greater customer service. Having the opportunity to dine without feeling pressured by the staff and enjoy the evening is a great privilege. Being forced to try to get service is something that can be avoided.

We didn't like the location and it was very noisy. The raw fish was good, but we didn't like the seafood carpaccio. The first course was delicious, with butter, shrimp, and truffle. The artichokes were very good. The desserts were good, average. The bill was moderately high. Good service.

After a long time keeping an eye on it, we finally managed to try this little place not far from the heart of Aversa's nightlife. An elegant atmosphere and courteous service greeted us, along with a welcome entree of breadsticks and excellent whole-grain bread served with salted butter. Given the variety of choices on the menu, we chose to focus the evening on appetizers, starting with a portion of Furai Shrimp and a portion of Jamon Croquettes, plus an excellent Lobster Roll, all washed down with a Falerno Villa Matilde. For the second round, we indulged in a Pulled Salmon bun and selected a plate of flambéed Sashimi from the raw fish selection, before finishing on a sweet note with the iconic Chupa Chups pastiera and a selection of tartlets. Prices were in keeping with the tone of the place and the sophistication of the menu. See you next time :)
