Truth Restaurant In Aversa

As a couple we tried an appetizer tasting menu and finally a dessert each. 9 good quality courses, only the bao and the bun for the salmon tartare were slightly overcooked. The mousse was not a 100% mousse but good in flavor especially the raspberry. Kind and prepared waiters, also taking care to fill the glass or goblet when empty. Nice environment, open kitchen and display of bottles, the only flaw for me is very minimal and a little cold for me, but it's a matter of taste. 10% of the service increases the price of the final bill a little but I believe it is thanks to this that they manage to keep the tasting menu price lower. We'll be back to try their first or second courses.

Truth is a restaurant that won me over with its innovative, high-quality cuisine and refined atmosphere. The dishes were an exciting experience and the service was impeccable, we were pampered from the moment we entered. A place definitely worth the trip to.

Michelin guide expectations respected, each ingredient enhances its dish to the nth degree, giving an explosion of flavor in every bite. Service worthy of a star, highly recommended

Father-in-law's 70th Birthday dinner, went to Truth for dinner, recommended by our friends and checked it out on Google and TripAdvisor reviews, thought we were trying it out. It's a quaint boutique restaurant, there were 9 tables, few tables outside but it was January, so everyone was inside dining in. The staff were very polite and apart from me and my daughter the rest of the family were Naepolitano, so the staff explained/spoke with us in English. We had starters, main course and desserts, We tasted each other's dishes, but the only thing I have to say was the steak was a bit tough/chewy and the Pistachio Panna Cotta, I think there was too much gelatine added in. Apart from that, it was top notch. You might need to find a parking space somewhere else, as it's situated between houses/apartments, there are a couple of free parking spaces in front of the restaurant. All in all, it was great.

I evaluate my personal experience, we tasted the Fork menu All good apart from a few small flaws in the not very tasty egg and the summer truffle made nothing to say about the service, the desserts were good but nothing exceptional apart from the pastiera chupa chups

The menu winks at international cuisine, combining flavors in a truly excellent way. Super recommended appetizer tasting with 9 courses. Appreciated the young and attentive service. Accompanying background music, warm environment. One more point for the Gin list. I asked for a Bombay gin and they were impeccable, serving it pure as I asked and with juniper berries. Quality can be seen, felt and tasted. Congratulations 👏 to return and also recommend to try other dishes and more gin.

I was extremely pleased with my recent visit to the Turth Restaurant. The cuisine is a true riot of exceptional flavors and captivating presentations. The real highlight, however, was the extraordinary hospitality of Rosita and Federica, who made our dinner unforgettable with wise culinary advice and attentive service, even if she forgot to ask about allergies. Thanks to their suggestion, I discovered incredible dishes that far exceeded my expectations, even though recommended by Michelin. The menu offers a wide range of options, between land and sea, all prepared with fresh, high-quality ingredients. The atmosphere is welcoming and the staff is professional and courteous, poor Rosita who cut herself I highly recommend the Turth Restaurant to anyone looking for an authentic and memorable dining experience. I can't wait to return to enjoy their delicious cuisine and wines again

Cucina moderna e ben eseguita , sapori essenziali e non banali, tempi tecnici perfetti. Servizio corretto e professionale, da rivedere e chiarire il menù: - Amouse bouche (2) - pre dessert Non sono considerabili come “portate” Per tanto a mio avviso si tratta di un menù di 4 portate e non 6.

Ambiente curato, non formale ma comunque elegante. Personale di sala cordiale e simpatico. LA cucina è certamente il punto forte. Abbiamo fatto una degustazione di Tapas composto da 9 APPETIZER serviti tre appetizer per volta. Contrasti crudi cotti, fritti sapientemente cucinati accostamenti sempre riusciti caratterizzano i piatti che abbiamo provato. sono veramente soddisfatto. se dovessi indicare una pecca direi che qualcosa in più mi sarei aspettato dai dolci non all'altezza delle altre portate per quanto mi riguarda. Un po' troppo rincaro sui distillati. Comunque lo consiglio per una serata davvero piacevole all'insegna della buona e non solita cucina.

Abbiamo scoperto questo posto con thefork. L ambiente è carino e sobrio. Mi è piaciuto molto la cucina aperta e gli asciugamani nei bagni. Il personale accogliente e qualificato, oltre che cortese. Per quanto riguarda le portate, tutto abbastanza buono. La pancia di maiale è sicuramente la portata che più ho apprezzato, soprattutto per le salse, ed al secondo posto l appetizer. Non era particolarmente nelle mie corde lo spaghetto freddo, che invece è piaciuto molto alla mia ragazza (sottolineo che era anche molto abbondante come piatto). Carinissima l idea della pastiera chupa chups ricoperta di cioccolato bianco. Nel complesso tutto molto buono ma non esaltante. Il ristorante è facilmente raggiungibile dalla strada principale, dove sono presenti strisce bianche per parcheggiare comodamente. Con due calici di vino, il prezzo sarebbe stato di 80 euro (ma avevamo uno sconto thefork per cui abbiamo pagato molto meno). Riassumendo, lo consiglio se si vuole provare qualcosa di diverso e molto vicino al raffinato, soprattutto per la qualità del personale. Ci ritorneremo per provare il menù degustazioni.
