28/12/2025: I can't judge the atmosphere because I bought it online. The service was impeccable. The panettone I bought had excellent cream (concentrated in just a few places) inside and also a good external icing (I bought 3 different flavors). However, the panettone was very hard and compact without any leavening bubbles. It seemed like an industrial panettone. What a shame.

09/06/2026: Last night I went to this place with a dear friend I hadn't seen in a while, and we couldn't have made a better choice. The Butterfly Café is a real breath of fresh air in Trinitapoli: a decidedly youthful, dynamic atmosphere with the perfect atmosphere for a relaxing evening and a chat. 🤵 Service and Staff The real strength of this place is the hospitality, which is nothing short of spectacular. The staff are fabulous: super helpful, courteous, always smiling, and with an infectious warmth that makes you feel immediately at ease. Such attentive service really makes the difference. 🍔 The Menu: From Starters to Sushi and Hamburgers The menu is truly varied and caters to all tastes, perfect for when you're out with friends. Starters: Perfect for a harmonious start to the evening, ideal for sharing at the beginning. Dishes and Sandwiches: I opted for one of their salads, which was truly delicious, fresh, and well-seasoned. My friend instead chose a scottona beef burger, which was truly remarkable for the quality of the meat and its cooking. The Surprise: A special mention for the sushi on the menu, an excellent option for those looking for something different and delicious. ✅ PROS: Fantastic female staff: extremely courteous and friendly. Youthful, modern, and very well-kept atmosphere. Super-variety menu, ranging from salads to sushi, to excellent scottona beef burgers. ❌ CONS: None found. The formula works perfectly. 💡 Community Tip: It's the ideal place for both a long aperitivo and a casual dinner with friends. If you're looking for a casual atmosphere with attention to detail and quality food, this is the place to be in Trinitapoli. Will I return? Absolutely yes, the experience was so pleasant that I will definitely pop in again in the coming evenings!

05/06/2026: Extremely negative experience. I ordered a neat martini, which is essentially an aromatized wine (from the vermouth family) that shouldn't be served in a spirits glass but in a martini glass, the standard serving size being 60 ml. It was served in a 30 ml mini flute. I pointed out to the staff and owner that the serving size wasn't consistent with the standard serving size at other establishments, and was met with aggressive and rude responses. Needless to say, I didn't drink the drink, but I still paid the price of a regular glass. This is the first time I've encountered such unprofessionalism. I strongly advise anyone not to visit this establishment.
