26/10/2025: We didn't book or see any reviews of Apron - just popped in off the street. I'm so glad we did as this was the best meal I've eaten in almost a month in Italy - the food was absolutely delicious and the service was friendly and efficient. Three courses with drinks for under €100 as well. I've had lots of great pizza and pasta in the last few weeks but Apron offers a different take on traditional Italian food and gets it totally right. I see Google lists Apron as a seafood restaurant and while there is definitely fish on the menu there are plenty of other options. Don't hesitate - go as soon as you can!

19/10/2025: Carmine and Giuseppe were incredibly welcoming. I was alone and had the pleasure of eating at the table overlooking the kitchen. My evening turned into a delightful experience, where I was able to chat with the chef and simultaneously watch my dishes being prepared. The ingredients were fresh and everything was delicious.
