We had 20 minutes left, and we'd finished dinner, but a member of the restaurant approached us very rudely, saying, "This isn't Snai, we can't let you stay." There were five of us, we had dinner and drinks, and we were "evicted" in a very rude way. I'll never set foot in there again, and with me were many people who used to frequent the place before. But surely, to treat customers like that, you'll have plenty of them 😉 and that won't be a problem for you. P.S.: If you don't want to be treated like Snai, DON'T let them watch the games 😌.

The first thing that strikes you is the setting: being welcomed into the village of Casertavecchia, with its narrow streets, soft lighting, and gradually opening spaces, immediately creates a warm and authentic atmosphere, unlike the usual reception halls. The food was one of the highlights: plentiful, carefully crafted, and above all, deeply rooted in the local area. From the appetizers wandering around the village to the dishes served at the table, you could sense the quality of the ingredients and the desire to serve well, without rushing. The final buffet was a true celebration within a celebration. The staff was always present but never intrusive, which is not to be taken for granted. You felt looked after, but in a natural way. Throughout the evening, too, great attention was paid to timing and to the guests, both young and old. A word of advice to those who choose Villa Hirta: trust the experience of those who manage it, especially when organizing the itinerary and the moments of the day, because that's where the location really shines. In conclusion, we recommend this place to anyone looking for a genuine, convivial, and elegant experience, not the classic "everything the same" event. We will definitely return, even just to relive the atmosphere.

24/12/2025: I had the pleasure of having breakfast this morning with my wife at this pastry shop. The ladies were very friendly and kind, the croissants were delicious, and the sfogliatella riccia was spectacular. Bravo!

09/12/2025: I attended a panettone course with Antonio, a truly wonderful and helpful person. We bombarded him with questions, and he was very helpful in answering them all, even those not strictly related to the course in question. The course was truly spectacular, I think one of the few that really gets you hands-on. After years of trying it at home with less than satisfactory results, this year I'm completely satisfied with my panettone, and for that I have to thank Antonio, who taught us his method and kneading technique. For anyone interested in a panettone course, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND it!!!!

14/10/2025: I took the PIZZA EXPRESS course. Antonio, the course owner, dedicated himself with passion and expertise, teaching us both theory and practice, and getting us to "get our hands dirty." He had us practice with the dough and the oven, providing the right support, advice, and tips that allowed me to replicate the process at home. Highly recommended.

The menu is truly extensive and well-structured. The prices are absolutely in line with the quality and overall offering. A truly pleasant experience. Highly recommended.
