12/07/2026: I went to Smoky Joe's yesterday after seeing it on TikTok, and I have to say it met all my expectations. It must be said that with all the food blogs on the internet these days, it's not always trustworthy, but all the positive reviews are definitely true. Delicious food, super friendly staff, and exceptional service. The meat melts in your mouth, so good. I'll definitely be back!

12/07/2026: This place has truly excellent food. We had a mini mix, which wasn't mini at all. I only recommend it if there are at least three of you at the table. The icing on the cake is the rock and metal playlist; it's priceless.

The restaurant is located in the heart of Sessa Aurunca and has become, in our opinion, one of the best in the area! Welcoming atmosphere, friendly service, and captivating cuisine. 28/06/2026: I read many positive reviews etc. but I think they refer exclusively to food and especially to the price because as for the rest I don't know how anyone can give a positive review, externally a total disrepair, dry plants hanging on your head from the gutters, dust that comes at you from cars trying to park, non-existent disabled bathroom (I don't understand why the local health authority and other authorities don't take action), no offense to anyone but I wonder and I repeat, perhaps the price obscures the view of everything around you!!!!!!

They blew my taste buds with their delicious, homemade aroma. Even the first courses weren't great, but they were delicious. I'll definitely go back as soon as I can. 23/01/2026: Recommended by friends for the excellent traditional cuisine, the welcoming atmosphere, and the kind and welcoming owner. Well, everything was excellent. After sampling the meat dishes, we'll definitely return for the seafood. The mix of hot appetizers was excellent (meatballs, crocche, eggplant parmigiana, and escarole), the superb first courses (Genovese, scarpariello, and bucatini with broccoli rabe and stracciata), excellent second courses (sausage with broccoli rabe and mixed meats for Neapolitan ragù), and finally, the exquisite desserts (pastiera and tiramisu). Definitely worth returning.

On the way home, you grab a pizza and off you go. *** I got pizza from him (he only does takeout) last night and, as always, it was excellent. You can tell if a pizza is good after you digest it. 16/11/2025: Was here for business for one night. Unfortunately the location of this hotel is not fantastic if you don’t have a car. In the middle of an apparent industrial area. Took a 45 minute walk to get to nearest food which was unfortunately fast food and the local supermarket. Then obviously 45 minutes back. Ate in the hotel and the food was nice. Room was clean and comfortable
