15/07/2025: For the first time, I had the opportunity to try pizza with river chili peppers. With a few toasted vegetable tips and cherry tomatoes, it was truly delicious. Friendly staff and very fast service.

12/07/2025: An extraordinary pizza, captivating at first glance: perfectly leavened dough, with a high, soft, and well-cooked crust, punctuated by the typical wood-fired oven burn marks. The white crust holds a generous amount of stringy mozzarella, fresh cherry tomatoes, and basil. Each bite is a balance of sweetness, creaminess, and fragrance. Making the experience even more enjoyable was the impeccable service: the waiters, all young and charming, greeted us with a sincere smile and great availability. The service was surprisingly fast, without ever feeling rushed. A perfect evening, where the quality of the cuisine is combined with attentiveness to the guest. We will definitely be back.

06/10/2025: Zenzero e Cannella, San Tammaro After a long summer break, Zenzero e Cannella is finally back... and it was spectacular. As soon as you enter, you're greeted by a welcoming, family-like atmosphere with attention to detail. The staff is friendly, smiling, and always ready to make you feel at ease. But the real star is the pizza: the "a ruota di carretto" (a wheel-shaped pizza), a true marvel. Large, fragrant, light, and bursting with flavor, every bite is a journey through tradition and passion. A reopening that marks a new beginning with energy and quality: Zenzero e Cannella confirms itself as one of the best pizzerias in the area. Kudos to the staff for their professionalism and desire to always make a difference. Welcome back, we've truly missed you.

06/10/2025: Finally after the summer break we couldn't wait to taste the pizza from Giuseppe again, the place is relaxing, perfectly tidy and clean, the staff is always friendly and helpful, I recommend it to anyone who wants to spend a pleasant evening and eat an excellent pizza

19/11/2025: After 15 years here in Italy, I finally found the best meat 🥩 for roasting like we Paraguayans and Argentines like. The quality is excellent 👍🏼 The price is a little high, but it's okay because it was worth it. I have to tell you that I found you a few months ago, and it was a joy for me. The guys at the butcher shop are very kind. Thank you for the quality of the meat 🥩

We were very happy with the food and setting. The only issue I had was with the beef; it was overcooked. But we enjoyed the experience overall.

06/10/2025: Good quality products but the dough needs to be completely reworked, rubbery and not at all digestible, there were 4 of us and one of us had strongly expressed that she would receive the pizza only with red piennolo and not as had been proposed, i.e. mixed yellow and red, in the end a pizza with only yellow piennolo was brought with a message from the pizza chef who had recommended only the yellow datterino for its quality and flavor, after sending it back and strictly requesting only the red piennolo, they brought to the table a pizza that had absolutely no red piennolo, in fact it was topped with classic normal red tomatoes which also tasted a bit bitter to the taste, all this to mask the fact that they did not have piennolo tomatoes when they would have done better to say so from the beginning, due to the poor quality of the dough, for the average fried foods which arrived 10 minutes after the order and for the pizzas that arrived almost 45 minutes after the order but above all for the issue of the pizza with piennolo I really think we will not return. more.

12/11/2025: I've been a customer of this place for years, where you can try homemade yogurt. There are many combinations with different ingredients. Prices are moderately high. The place is very clean. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Parking is really hard to find, and it's paid parking in blue parking lots with constant checks. I recommend visiting at least once.

08/12/2025: A pleasant discovery just steps from the Royal Palace of Caserta. Given how busy the area is, it might seem like a tourist trap, but the pizza was actually very good, especially the tomato sauce. This makes all the difference, so I recommend it over the plain pizza. The prices are also reasonable. It's practically constantly baking, and it doesn't close for lunch.

05/12/2025: Excellent Neapolitan pizzas (special mention for the fiordilatte, escarole, pine nuts, and olives). Other excellent dishes (pasta alla genovese). Quick and friendly service. Just steps from one of the most extraordinary places in Italy (the Royal Palace of Caserta). I go to Basilico whenever I can!
