13/02/2026: My sister and I were there just yesterday, what a surprise (in a good way) we asked where to eat and everyone recommended this restaurant, what can I say, delicious, in every way, as for the food, we ate the lasagna it was Fat Thursday, broccoli with sausage, my sister broccoli with mozzarella that was also delicious, we also liked the welcome, the friendliness and we also liked the price, the owner and his wife are down-to-earth and honest people and all that is no small thing, go there and then let me know what you think!

Modern and designer atmosphere.
Recommended for those visiting nearby companies.
Close to the highway junction.
16/11/2025: Was here for business for one night. Unfortunately the location of this hotel is not fantastic if you don’t have a car. In the middle of an apparent industrial area.
Took a 45 minute walk to get to nearest food which was unfortunately fast food and the local supermarket. Then obviously 45 minutes back.
Ate in the hotel and the food was nice. Room was clean and comfortable

23/01/2026: Recommended by friends for the excellent traditional cuisine, the welcoming atmosphere, and the kind and welcoming owner. Well, everything was excellent. After sampling the meat dishes, we'll definitely return for the seafood.
The mix of hot appetizers was excellent (meatballs, crocche, eggplant parmigiana, and escarole), the superb first courses (Genovese, scarpariello, and bucatini with broccoli rabe and stracciata), excellent second courses (sausage with broccoli rabe and mixed meats for Neapolitan ragù), and finally, the exquisite desserts (pastiera and tiramisu). Definitely worth returning.

08/03/2026: We came here on a Friday evening and were seated immediately. The service was very quick, both in taking our order and in serving drinks and then the food. We started with a portion of fries with meatballs and fondue, which was truly delicious. Next, we ordered various sandwiches. My spicy burger with friarielli, nduja, and provola was truly incredible. The other sandwiches were also very popular. The only downside was the desserts, which we didn't enjoy as much as the sandwiches and appetizers. The place is truly beautiful and kept tidy by friendly and helpful staff.
A recommended and approved place.
19/02/2026: It's been a while since I've been there and I have to say that, as always, they don't disappoint: delicious sandwiches (I'm speaking as a vegetarian) with excellent products and average prices.

02/03/2026: Every time I pass through Vairano, I stop to taste and enjoy the "professor's" delicacies. He never disappoints, always a pleasant sensation of eating without feeling heavy. A reality that is confirmed.

I can understand some chickens stopping because it's a busy road.
But the locals go there to eat this terrible quality "baccalà" (if it's baccalà at all).
Cooked in many ways, it always tastes the same.

15/02/2026: I must say I was pleasantly surprised by this pizzeria's product, which can truly be described as gourmet pizza. Delicious, easy to digest, rich, and crispy to perfection: an excellent gourmet pizza. The sweet cream and black cherry pizza to finish the meal, and the homemade fries to start the evening, are equally excellent. Friendly, attentive, and fast service, in a modern, well-spaced setting—perhaps just a little noisy. Excellent value for money.
10/02/2026: The pizza dough isn't suitable for a peel, but is better suited for a rotisserie.
Mon had risen well, but when the pizza cooled, it was difficult to cut. The staff was very courteous and friendly.

07/07/2025: I had pizza here because it was recommended to me and I really wasn't disappointed. Aside from the goodness and quality of the food, the care in the preparation and the attention to tradition, a kindness towards the customer that you don't see often.
These guys really deserve it.
PS in addition to the pizzas, I recommend you absolutely try the frittatine which are the original ones made in batter and that remain dry and the crocché which were divine, only grandma made them like this.
