12/12/2025: Beautiful location in the pristine landscape of the Caserta province. A comprehensive menu featuring dishes featuring local herbs, artistically presented by the talented Anna. The staff is kind, meticulous, and professional. An unmissable experience for a restaurant that deserves more stars. The dishes are difficult to describe, but all exquisite. Each course... a ritual, also thanks to the beautiful story Anna tells. Everything is excellent!!!

08/12/2025: Excellent restaurant, using only fresh, high-quality, local ingredients. The hostess was very kind in welcoming us even without a reservation, even though it was busier than usual. The first courses were delicious, as were the freshest appetizers and dairy products, and the desserts were a highlight. The tarts with homemade jams and the crostata caveja are definitely worth trying. Highly recommended.

It's the classic place where you immediately feel at home, but with a touch of elegance and attention to detail that makes you realize it's not just any place. And that garden, in the summer, must be a marvel for outdoor evenings! But let's get to what really matters: the food. I've had the pleasure of trying several dishes that have left an impression on me. Starting with a platter was an excellent choice, perfect for whetting the appetite and immediately understanding the quality of the ingredients. Then, the Genovese: a timeless classic, interpreted here with such mastery that it wins you over from the first bite. Intense and enveloping flavor, just as it should be. And what about the meat? The beef tartare was delicate and flavorful, a refreshing start before moving on to the main course. But the real highlight was the grilled meat. Believe me, you can tell they choose the ingredients with great care and cook them to perfection, bringing out every nuance. It melted in your mouth, a true delight for lovers of good meat! All accompanied by a beautiful selection of wines that know how to enhance each dish. And the staff? Always super helpful and attentive, they make you feel pampered throughout the evening. 08/02/2026: Gastronomic excellence, ideal for professional meetings. During a lunch with colleagues, we had the pleasure of enjoying top-notch cuisine. The service was distinguished by impeccable courtesy and professionalism, managing the meal's timing with great skill and grace. The culinary offering is excellent: from refined appetizers to exquisitely crafted first courses, to a selection of certified-quality meats. The quality-price ratio is absolutely balanced. The only concern concerns the availability of parking, but the gastronomic experience more than makes up for it. A reliable choice.

18/10/2025: Unfortunately, our experience was truly disappointing. The draft beer we were served was warm and undrinkable. After we pointed this out, they replaced it with bottled beer, which turned out to be expired—a serious problem for a place that should guarantee the quality of its drinks. We ordered 11 pizzas, but many arrived incorrectly. Furthermore, the quality of the pizzas was poor. Despite the mistakes, they still charged us for the incorrect pizzas, with no apology or attempt to correct them. Furthermore, we had to wait a long time both for the initial order and for any corrections, making the experience even more frustrating. The service was slow and inattentive, lacking professionalism and customer service. No one apologized or attempted to resolve the issues satisfactorily. All in all, a very negative experience in every way. A place with these shortcomings doesn't deserve the trust of its customers, and we certainly won't be returning.

06/04/2026: We were at this location yesterday for Easter lunch. It's a truly beautiful place, surrounded by greenery, with two pools, one large and one hot tub. There are several gazebos and a bar area. I think going there in the summer will be wonderfully relaxing. The dining room where we had lunch was well-kept and clean, truly beautiful. The food was very good. As soon as we arrived, we were greeted with a nice Prosecco, which we enjoyed in the garden. The owner is a very kind, welcoming, and friendly guy. He gave us a bottle of sparkling wine because it was my sister's birthday. We highly recommend it; we'll be back soon. Bonaccio Family

26/10/2025: We didn't book or see any reviews of Apron - just popped in off the street. I'm so glad we did as this was the best meal I've eaten in almost a month in Italy - the food was absolutely delicious and the service was friendly and efficient. Three courses with drinks for under €100 as well. I've had lots of great pizza and pasta in the last few weeks but Apron offers a different take on traditional Italian food and gets it totally right. I see Google lists Apron as a seafood restaurant and while there is definitely fish on the menu there are plenty of other options. Don't hesitate - go as soon as you can!
