24/01/2026: Only positive things: the friendly, smiling staff seated us right away despite our earlier arrival than our reservation. The pizzas were excellent (cloud-light dough and quality ingredients), as were the appetizers and dessert (an exceptional lemon caprese). The prices were fair, not at all expensive. We'll definitely be back!

The refined menu, with various options, including gluten-free, surprised us. But the real highlight was the paint-your-life experience, where we could paint, eat, and drink our own work of art. Congratulations on the innovative and highly refined idea. Recommended for an alternative evening.

08/12/2025: Excellent restaurant, using only fresh, high-quality, local ingredients. The hostess was very kind in welcoming us even without a reservation, even though it was busier than usual. The first courses were delicious, as were the freshest appetizers and dairy products, and the desserts were a highlight. The tarts with homemade jams and the crostata caveja are definitely worth trying. Highly recommended.

09/11/2025: This hidden gem has several distinguishing features. Our dinner was accompanied by a wide variety of freshly baked breads, all strictly finger-sized for a wonderful tasting experience. The breadsticks, filled with butter and nutmeg, also stunned everyone. The seafood dishes are indescribable; they speak for themselves once tasted.

21/10/2025: We spent a fantastic day on this estate surrounded by nature! The occasion was my nephew's confirmation celebration. Nadia's welcome was warm and genuine; we immediately felt at home. She showed us around the stables, where the donkey and horses are impeccably cared for, along with the goats, wild boar, dogs, and foals. The dining room where we ate was spacious, spotlessly clean, and had a lovely view of the hills. It was a true triumph of local products, from appetizers to dessert! An exceptional culinary experience, with dishes that showcased the flavors of the area. Nadia was always available, even when we asked for a pesto for one of the children, which she had made with fresh basil! What can I say... she was attentive to our every need! The location is the perfect place to entertain the kids, relax, and unwind. We'll be back soon! Milena.

18/01/2026: I've been away for a long time, and aside from the long wait, I have to say that the quality, what little there is, has dropped significantly. We ordered three pizzas that we didn't like: sour tomato, a rather indigestible dough, and some strange-tasting caramelized onions. Then there's the 33cl beers for €4.50, which is out of the question. Finally, the icing on the cake: adding an extra drink to the bill (it was water for €2.50) is a trick as old as the hills.

21/12/2025: If you're looking for sublime cuisine that combines the unsurpassed Campanian cuisine with the generous cuisine of Ciociaria, you can spend a day between Conca della Campania and Roccamonfina and stop for lunch or dinner at La Rambla. Chef Antonio will delight you with his traditional dishes from the Upper Caserta area, featuring porcini mushrooms, chestnuts, and local cured meats, blended with the flavors and influences of southern Lazio, just a few kilometers away. I usually frequent La Rambla for pizza, but this time my wife and I stopped in for lunch. We ordered a mixed house antipasto, preceded by a welcome plate of polenta with ragù. The appetizer was loaded with everything from briachetta with Colonnata lard to local sopressata, from prosciutto crudo to capocollo, from bean, chestnut, and porcini soup to ricotta and shaved parmesan on fresh field salad. All accompanied by hot fritters made on the spot in place of bread. So, my wife had a sliced ​​beef steak with parmesan shavings served on lava stone with potatoes first fried and then reheated in the oven with forest aromas; I opted for the classic tagliatelle with freshly picked local porcini mushrooms. The before-and-after photos of the dishes speak for themselves. Everything was locally sourced, washed down with a glass of Conca Rosso, a local Aglianico DOP produced on the slopes of the Roccamonfina hill by a fantastic winery. I'll emphasize the sensations I experienced: beyond the quality of the ingredients and the masterful preparation, I detected many influences from the cuisine of southern Lazio, which I personally adore, skillfully combined by chef Antonio, who is also the owner of La Rambla, with traditional local cuisine from Campania and Caserta. To top it all off, excellent service characterized by kindness and speed, an A+ ambiance, and a wonderful location. Price: €70, fair and honest in my opinion. Come to La Rambla, take my advice. You won't regret it!
