Mrs. Bice of the Casale di Riardo B&B, whom we'd asked for advice, directed us to this pizzeria. We were greeted by the sister of "maestro" Cosimo, who enthusiastically guided us through the discovery of what we'd be enjoying. Her words conveyed all the love, passion, and care they put into their work. While waiting for our pizza, we sampled their fried pizzas, which were truly excellent. Then it arrived: a Margherita a ruota di carro. Maybe I'm exaggerating, but I think I ate the best pizza of my life. Thin crust, just the way I like it, with a perfect balance of tomato and mozzarella. Simply spectacular. Now all we can do is hope they open in Milan one day. In the meantime, we'll happily wait until next year to try it again.

The pizza is simply exceptional: light dough, high-quality ingredients, and refined flavors. A special mention goes to the gluten-free pizza, one of the best I've ever tasted, tasty and made with such care that it makes you forget the traditional version. Impeccable service: friendly, knowledgeable, and always available staff. A pizzeria where even those with celiac disease can enjoy a truly superb pizza 🍕⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

My name is Giovanny Bruno, I'm Brazilian but I'm always in Pietramelara. I lived here a few months ago and I come back whenever I have vacation time. Today I went to Cosimo's pizzeria and it was simply the best pizza I've ever had in Italy. The place is cozy, the people are friendly and happy. Besides that, the pizza and everything I ate was spectacular. I can only thank the owner and the staff for their dedication and excellent service. All the products are of the highest quality, and everything was sensational. I will return many more times, or rather, every time I'm in Pietramelara I will eat pizza there. I highly recommend it.

14/04/2026: Excellent pizza. The service needs some work, but it's above average (four stars are encouraging).
19/02/2026: I stopped here with my family, on our way down to Puglia from a very long journey, at 10:00 PM, asking to be seated. The very kind young man immediately said yes, but specified that due to the amount of work done, the mozzarella had run out. We decided that it was not a problem and stopped anyway. Never was a problem more propitious! We ordered one of their specialties as an appetizer (the parmigiana) then 3 pizzas with cheeses that could replace the mozzarella. Each one better than the other! Products of the highest, if not unique, quality! In addition to the well-leavened dough, beautifully honeycombed crust and super digestible. I didn't give 5 stars to the atmosphere only because I don't like the poor art style that doesn't match the refinement of the ingredients. The location needs to be reviewed but for now, best pizza ever.

23/02/2026: I frequent this restaurant regularly and am always completely satisfied. I particularly appreciate the courtesy of the owner and staff, as well as the excellent pizzas and other specialties, such as croquettes and pasta frittatas. In addition, the menu constantly offers new options. I therefore highly recommend it.
