We have tried many of the creations that Cosimo offers... never a disappointment. There is no dominant taste but all tastes and flavors blend in a harmony of goodness with the fundamental element of high digestibility. Delicacy, enchantment and amazement are the result of tireless work, of a continuous discovery of flavors and of a mastery in putting them together, enhancing their tastes. The welcome, the service, the pre-pizza, the beer up to the dessert... everything is harmony.

In my opinion, among the best in Campania. Giro Pizzas: in the pan, contemporary and double cooking. Doughs and cooking that border on perfection. "Modern" combinations but such as to bring out the "authentic" flavor of local and traditional products. Congratulations again. Super omelettes and, unlike many others, they don't have a cold "heart". I therefore assume that they are freshly prepared... and not frozen and then cooked in the oven or in boiling oil... Excellent frying.

Penso sia fra le migliori pizze mangiate. Per non parlare delle crocchette superlative. Le cameriere sono state molto gentili e disponibili. Anche i prezzi sono molto più che onesti. La consiglio veramente

La Pizzeria del Corso di Cosimo Chiodi e' il fiore all'occhiello di Pietramelara.Una pizza eccellente con impasto leggerissimo,gustosa e profumatissima con ingredienti di qualita'.Il cornicione e' croccante e spettacolare.Complimenti al pizzaiolo Cosimo ma anche alla moglie Maria Antonietta che si occupa egregiamente del reparto Dolci e alla sorella di Cosimo Antonia che offre un servizio di sala perfetto spiegando nei minimi dettagli le varie pizze e altro presente nel menu'.Da sottolineare le pizze di stagione soprattutto Una zucca in Trentino e Rigorosamente di Campo veramente eccezionali.Per me la miglior pizzeria dell' alto Casertano.

da tre anni aspettavamo di gustare le prelibatezze di Cosimo Chiodi consigliato dagli amici locali nelle scorribande matesine..... ma tra limitazioni dovute al covid ed altri impedimenti non eravamo riusciti nell'impresa. stasera l'impresa si è avverata... entriamo e accompagnati da una gentile hostess ci sediamo al tavolo a ridosso della vetrata che, alla stregua di un sipario aperto, ti fa entrare nell'atmosfera magica che si crea attorno al forno ed al tavolo di lavoro.... Cosimo lavora con eleganza dirigendo i validi collaboratori.... controlla personalmente la rifinitura del piatto con la stessa pignoleria dalle semplici pizze tradizionali alle raffinate gourmet.... ingredienti di primissimo ordine, buona parte a chilometri zero completano il tutto.... è tutto buono.... provare per credere p.s. per le descrizioni sono sufficienti le foto e le recensioni degli altri....

27/03/2024: Let's start by saying that the road to reach this place is a gift from nature, it seems to be an integral part of an oil painting on canvas, a ring of Apennine rock that guards a valley with colors of rare beauty. Once in the village of Formicola , Villa Pedra is easily accessible, and it doesn't take too long to understand that you are in a place where those who live and work there do so essentially driven by great passion and dedication, attention to detail, attention and smiles, a truly reassuring welcome. MADDALENA, the landlady bears the signs of hospitality, aided by the classic scent of those who not only cook food in the kitchen, but make the local ingredients the main actors in a combination of tradition and wisdom dictated by time... yes, there are 5 of us friends, and it is clear that we are in the right place. Maddalena, more than presenting the dishes, seems to present relatives, my father did this, he also made the olives and capocollo, try this minestra maritata, small pans that contain the ability to valorise the gifts of breeding and agriculture ,..meat cooked on the grill that forces you to close your eyes and all the senses suddenly become envious of the Taste...excellent everything...a red wine that is an advert for the good life.... I strongly recommend visit this wonderful family... ps... I will do it on a very special date for me and my partner... but that's another story...! Well done.
10/02/2024: We had a fish based dinner, everything was excellent. Octopus with potatoes, cuttlefish with fennel and walnuts, swordfish marinated in citrus fruits...... Tagliolini with lobster Grilled squid. Everything excellent. Excellent value for money. I highly recommend it. I'll be back
