Excellent pizza and welcoming atmosphere

My name is Giovanny Bruno, I'm Brazilian but I'm always in Pietramelara. I lived here a few months ago and I come back whenever I have vacation time. Today I went to Cosimo's pizzeria and it was simply the best pizza I've ever had in Italy. The place is cozy, the people are friendly and happy. Besides that, the pizza and everything I ate was spectacular. I can only thank the owner and the staff for their dedication and excellent service. All the products are of the highest quality, and everything was sensational. I will return many more times, or rather, every time I'm in Pietramelara I will eat pizza there. I highly recommend it.

We stopped by. We had a really good meal. Remarkable pizza. Classic Neapolitan pizza, soft dough and really good, easily digestible. The appetizer was also refined and really good. We ordered a trio of arancini and a pasta frittata. It will be difficult to return, but it would be worth it.

We returned to this excellent pizzeria. The quality, both of the pizza dough and the ingredients used, is truly top-notch. The beers paired with the dishes and the wine were both good. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable... we'll be back to try the dessert special, which was sold out!

It's definitely my favorite pizzeria. We usually come at least once a month because we always have a great time: the pizza is always excellent and the staff is friendly and helpful. Another plus is the public parking right next to the place, which makes everything much more convenient. When I come here, I almost always end up choosing the Margherita a ruota di carro, which is really well-made and always consistent in quality. The fried foods are also good, crispy, and never heavy. Overall, it's a place where you eat well and you'll want to return.
