14/12/2025: For those traveling, I recommend a stop at this diner. The owner is very friendly, the food is delicious, like home-cooked food, and the prices are excellent. If I ever get back, I'll definitely stop by.

21/04/2026: We had a very good experience at San Gennaro Pizzeria. The location is excellent and convenient, and the staff was kind, friendly, and very helpful throughout our visit. The pizzas are very reasonably priced, especially for such a central area, and they were absolutely delicious. A real highlight is the fried pizza, which is a true specialty—more like a stuffed fried flatbread, filled with all kinds of tasty ingredients. It’s something a bit different and definitely worth trying. We were very satisfied with the place and we recommend it! Another advantage is that a reservation is usually not necessary—you can simply walk in from the street and enjoy a great meal.

25/03/2026: I had dinner with my girlfriend, and I don't feel like giving it a less than excellent rating because the food was excellent, both in terms of quality and presentation. However, there are a few things I'd like to point out that were a bit disappointing. The service was very friendly but completely absent, resulting in some rather lengthy delays (we arrived at 8:45 PM and left at 11:10 PM). Once our dishes were brought, it was difficult to call anyone from the staff as they never came to the table and were busy with other items. When we finally did, we asked for dessert, and after waiting 40 minutes without receiving it, we mentioned it, and it was brought to us, saying there had been a mix-up in the kitchen—and well, that can happen. Then, we finished our dessert, which was very good and appreciated, and asked for the bill. Needless to say, after waiting another 20 minutes for it, we decided to get up and go pay directly at the cashier. So, it's a restaurant I absolutely recommend. I wouldn't be put off by this incident and would return. The food was exceptional (especially the appetizers). However, there's clearly a need for greater customer service. Having the opportunity to dine without feeling pressured by the staff and enjoy the evening is a great privilege. Being forced to try to get service is something that can be avoided.

27/02/2026: We didn't like the location and it was very noisy. The raw fish was good, but we didn't like the seafood carpaccio. The first course was delicious, with butter, shrimp, and truffle. The artichokes were very good. The desserts were good, average. The bill was moderately high. Good service.

30/03/2026: Exceeded expectations: technique and substance. ​I followed the pizza chef's philosophy on TikTok, and the table test confirmed everything. Here, there's no superficiality like 50 years ago, but a true study of the dough that translates into lightness and flavor. ​Fried foods and Panuozzo: Excellent, dry, and with a perfect texture. ​Pizza: High-quality dough, easy to digest and well-made. ​Personal note: The only small flaw is the consistency of the tomato puree (I would have preferred hand-crushed peeled tomatoes), but the flavor is still good. ​Five stars well-deserved for the technical integrity and quality. I'll definitely be back!

07/11/2025: The restaurant is refined and pleasant, the dishes are meticulously prepared, with excellent quality, impeccable preparation, and refined presentation. I loved and thoroughly enjoyed every dish I chose: everything was truly excellent. There are no other restaurants of this caliber. I will gladly return.

04/04/2026: A typical Neapolitan restaurant (not touristy) where you can enjoy a traditional meal. A friend recommended it to us, and we returned the next evening. The grilled artichokes and all the fish dishes were excellent (we didn't try the meat). Fast and very friendly service. The staff is kind and friendly, and the owner is truly charming and ♥️. The prices are fair and absolutely in line with the high-quality ingredients and generous portions. I will recommend it and return. 👍🏼

Excellent seafood menu, friendly and professional staff, live music that accompanied the meals in a very pleasant way, and wonderful fireworks at midnight. All in a family-friendly and charming atmosphere. A truly wonderful discovery!

As for the gluten-free options, everything was spectacular. I've never had such a good meal at a pizzeria. From the fried food to the pizza, I really recommend everything! Even the regular ones (according to others, of course) were delicious. I'm attaching some photos from back in the day 😂 I hope to go back soon!!
