12/10/2025: We arrived at 8:30 PM with a reservation. The first appetizer arrived at 9:30 PM. Then, the others arrived one by one... At 10:46 PM, we still hadn't eaten. The owner cooks alone, and I understand, but at this point, you limit the number of customers, right? I'd been several times in the past at the old location and had a great time. Now I see it's much worse. What a shame! I wanted to leave with fond memories, but instead, I don't think I'll return in the future because they don't treat customers that way. The photo shows the only thing I ate: the sangria. P.S.: I'm updating the review in response to the owner because we need to be precise: the reservation was for 8:30 PM, and we arrived at 8:35 PM, five minutes late due to parking, more than understandable on a Saturday night in Vomero. This, however, doesn't justify the appetizers arriving after an hour and a half. A restaurant seating ten people must know how to handle them or, as I said, reduce the number of seats if it can't. And simply saying "quality takes a while" isn't enough to justify a final bill that doesn't even consider the inconvenience caused. Kindness and professionalism are evident not only in the food, but also in the way the customer is treated: apologizing, perhaps offering a discount, acknowledging the inconvenience. Instead of an apology, the review received an aggressive response. And then, a detail that says it all: for three portions of fries, they fried one portion at a time. A little practicality was all it took: putting the three together, speeding up the process, showing respect for those who have been waiting for almost two hours. As I said, it was truly a shame: I would have liked to leave with fond memories of the place I frequented when it was in its old location with my friends, a classic Saturday night, but this experience made me realize that the food can be good, but if respect is lacking, the flavor is lost.

13/09/2025: Unfortunately, we went for pizza, but they haven't made it for two years, so the information here on Maps is from a while ago. They don't make pizza at Appia Antica, but they have a big heart and know how to treat their customers. Even though we sat down and got a bottle of water, and even though we got up and left when we learned there were no pizzas, the owners' kindness and helpfulness never wavered, always with a smile, courtesy, and professionalism. Oh, and they even offered us a bottle of water. We'll definitely return for the restaurant, which, even though we can't review the food, has that something extra that makes all the difference... The food was fresh, perfectly cooked, and beautifully presented. We tried several different dishes and each one was impressive. Prices are absolutely fair for the quality offered. 10/10/2025: A must-visit when I want to eat at a pub. The selection of hamburgers and hot dogs is excellent and varied, as well as fried foods and other baked goods. The wait staff are welcoming and helpful. The atmosphere is cozy, but a bit noisy due to the many TVs playing rock concerts at a slightly too high volume. But otherwise, everything was fine.

29/09/2025: Out-of-this-world hospitality! In addition to tastings of various cakes, tarts, savory treats like taralli, chips, etc., there was also panettone—and they even had Frangelico, by the way! 20/09/2025: We found ourselves by chance on a Saturday afternoon in Solofra. Excellent lemon granita and a taste of the 2025 chocolate panettone, soft and delicious. Recommended.

The "Championship pizza" and the pizza in the pan version are unforgettable dishes. A welcoming atmosphere, friendly and knowledgeable staff, a perfect discovery for those who love good pizza with attention to detail. Excellent value.

27/08/2025: As we drove north from Naples, thinking we'd just eaten the best pizzas in the world, we were proven wrong. The pizzas were incredibly light and fluffy, yet wafer-thin in the middle. The toppings were a perfect blend of innovative and traditional. You could tell the pizza master had perfected his life's work and lived for his ideas. On top of that, the service was incredibly friendly and attentive, and the value for money was incomparable. An experience that's absolutely worth the detour from the highway. Thank you so much!!

23/08/2025: A friend took us to this family owned restaurant. The food was amazing and we really enjoyed it. The meat was so soft and juicy there was almost no need to chew it. We got to try a lot of different dishes. I really recommend trying the olive spread and their pork. We could communicate in English without any trouble. The restaurant was very clean and the atmosphere was great. If you are in Ruviano make sure to go! 😊

04/05/2025: We stumbled upon this bistro by chance and we were super lucky. The food was excellent and the price was right. Excellent appetizers. I had the spaghettoni with cod and peppers, Caserta suckling pig and potatoes, dessert and coffee, all divinely cooked. Compliments
