We went to this place on a Saturday for lunch, there was no queue so they gave us the opportunity to enter even though we had to wait for another member. Menu with a wide choice, perhaps just a few sandwiches made with already decided ingredients. Friendly service, perhaps a little rushed. Excellent value for money, very high quality of meat and all other ingredients. Advised

Impeccable and sublime experience... flavors and emotions never experienced, combinations equal to a work of art. Compliments !! Here is what was proposed and enjoyed:
-Bue Selection Jacinto 140 days maturation;
-Ribs “Gigione Style”, yogurt and wild salad;
-Bruschetta with our “Genovese”;
-Angus Campana, potato sauce and cardoncelli mushrooms;
-Hamburger, lard, double consistency artichoke, truffle;
-Veal cheek aged 12 hours, celeriac and baby vegetables from the seasonal garden;
-Veal tartare, anchovies, caviar, chicory, Verjus sauce;
-Grilled duck, radicchio and raspberry tart, fermented banana sauce.

An institution for those who love sandwiches and meat in general. Everything perfect, from the bun to the ingredients inside. The environment is very nice (perhaps only the back room needs to be revisited where it was quite cold, as it was still open, but with a closed structure), the service is fast and friendly and the food is fantastic, from the treats to the sandwiches. Prices above average compared to a normal sandwich shop but, here, we are not talking about the classic sandwich shop but about a gourmet grill. Super recommended. Ps: the wait is very long, it is advisable to go very early and get in line

We expected much more, leaving aside the 2 hour wait but having gone on a Saturday and there were 7 of us I can also stay there, but waiting 2 hours to be placed in a tent was honestly not to our liking as it is a rather "nobled" place .
Another negative note was the food component, for goodness sake the quality of the products is remarkable but if I pay 18 euros for a sandwich I at least expect it not to arrive almost completely crushed and above all not completely wet underneath with the meat sauce.
Positive note to the dining room staff who were extremely courteous and above all very quick in managing the tables.
The prices are quite high, which would also be fine if overall everything was taken care of down to the smallest detail and unfortunately this is not the case.
Quote positive experience but expectations were significantly higher.

Excellent food, service too fast, in the sense that you don't even finish eating and they immediately take away your plate and/or glass. If you want to relax for a moment you can't, perhaps because of the queue which is always miles long. In my opinion prices are too high, for a sandwich with a minimum starter and beer we are around 25 euros. The food, however, is worth a lot.

Il locale è davvero molto bello. La lista scorre abbastanza velocemente (mi riferisco al sabato sera) ed il personale è cordiale. I panini sono buoni, ma non eccellenti. I prodotti usati sono tutti ottimi, ma alcune creme e salse rendono la consumazione del pasto poco confortevole. Antipasto nella media, ma buona scelta di birre. Prezzi non esorbitanti. Ci ritorneremmo.

Locale che non necessita certo di presentazioni e che ovviamente dopo averlo visitato si conferma di ottima fattura sia a livello organizzativo,considerando il fatto che sono in pratica sempre pieni e nonostante ciò tutto fila,sia a livello di menù,con discreti piatti ed ottima carne.
Buonissimo anche il servizio con dei ragazzi veramente attenti ed a modo.
Peccato siamo capitati con le sedute in gazebo,che vista la temperatura rigida della serata è risultato personalmente un ambiente troppo freddo per cenarci.
Esperienza comunque positiva.
