It's dropped a bit over time, so it's gone from 5 to 3 stars. The raw ingredients are always excellent (the meat), but the sandwiches were a bit too toasted, looking like bruschetta. The burgers were overcooked even though we asked for them medium rare. They weren't very generous with the cheese (and we're talking about sandwiches that cost €18-€22), and the meatballs were raw. They've lost a lot of attention in the kitchen, even though we arrived very early and could only fit two other tables. Then it must be said that the wagyu sandwich didn't look like wagyu at all...in fact, it smelled and tasted like lamb, perhaps they mistook it for that...it was still quite good, but we were very disappointed with a €22 sandwich that wasn't even that big. If that was a wagyu burger, well, my advice is to hold off, because I sincerely hope they mistook it for a lamb burger out of carelessness... honestly, I don't know which is worse, because these things absolutely shouldn't happen in a burger joint of this caliber, which isn't exactly cheap... in fact, they're much more careful in the cheap ones. Maybe fame has gone to their head, and now they can even make McDonald's burgers, since people go there anyway and spend good money.

I confirm what others have read. The fries were literally soaked in oil. We would have done better to avoid them! The sandwich was average. The service deserves a mention; the staff were adequate for the number of people seated, quick and friendly. The bill was in line with the amount eaten.

Excellent experience, above average prices justified by excellent quality and excellent service

I'd been away for a while, but the sandwiches are, as always, very good. However, this evening, I found a fairly large branch in an omelette I'd ordered as an appetizer while I was chewing a bite, and I immediately brought it back to the waiters in the dining room. To avoid having to remake it, I finished the rest without any problems, but I would have expected at least not to pay for it given the mistake. Which is what happened, as it was included in the bill.

I think it's the best sandwich I've ever had, the meat so good you can feel your taste buds dancing. I recommend this combination: Double Chianina; Classic bread; Smoked buffalo mozzarella; 24-month Parmigiano Reggiano; Eggplant with mushrooms; Lettuce; Onion sauce in the sandwich. I think any sandwich will always be inferior. I also recommend the bonbons and bruschetta alla genovese. The staff is very friendly and will even go beyond the menu to accommodate different groups for various delicacies. It's not just food, it's an experience.

We went for dinner on a Thursday evening. We made a reservation, but still had a long wait outside. The menu features very special sandwiches, but they're overpriced considering they're not even that big. A friend and I opted for simpler sandwiches like crispy chicken with cutlet and other ingredients, but we found it disappointing. Other friends had quite positive reviews about the special sandwiches, but overall, they were nothing special. The price and the wait aren't worth the product.
