Exceeded expectations: technique and substance. ​I followed the pizza chef's philosophy on TikTok, and the table test confirmed everything. Here, there's no superficiality like 50 years ago, but a true study of the dough that translates into lightness and flavor. ​Fried foods and Panuozzo: Excellent, dry, and with a perfect texture. ​Pizza: High-quality dough, easy to digest and well-made. ​Personal note: The only small flaw is the consistency of the tomato puree (I would have preferred hand-crushed peeled tomatoes), but the flavor is still good. ​Five stars well-deserved for the technical integrity and quality. I'll definitely be back!

I had dinner with friends and can only describe the experience as extremely positive. The staff is excellent: professional, polite, and always friendly. The pizza and panuozzo are truly delicious, as are the fried foods, all top-quality. Excellent value for money, too. Highly recommended! The only downside is the poor soundproofing!

I went to Pizzeria Pachianiello to get some takeout pizzas at 7:55 PM but didn't get home until 9:45 PM. The wait was truly exaggerated and difficult to justify. The service was extremely slow and disorganized: despite having two ovens, it seems like this isn't enough to compensate for the inefficient order management. The overall impression is one of great confusion, with waiting times that drag on without any clear explanation. The pizza may be good, but unfortunately, it's not enough to make up for such a negative experience. When you wait that long, the quality of the product inevitably takes a back seat. I hope they can improve their organization, because it's really hard to return. I'm attaching photos with check-in and check-out times.

Everything is meticulously crafted, from the location to the menu and service. It's always a pleasure to return as a regular stop on our vacations and always find the same warm welcome.

It was my first time, but I'll be back. The pizza was delicious, light and not heavy, I managed to eat it all. The pasta frittata, what can I say, simply delicious. Very kind staff, very nice place.
