30/11/2025: The pizza was good, with a huge crust but a light dough, and quality ingredients. The person taking the orders doesn't know how to be polite; they should avoid grimacing and rude gestures. When the customer calls, you either rush over or politely wave that you're about to arrive. A table of eight people, and we all noticed that he was perhaps a little nervous because the room was full. The first time we came, you didn't even offer us a complimentary coffee or a liqueur; you paid 14 euros for four Silani liqueurs, which were undersized. A young girl at our table was lactose intolerant, and you paid 7 euros for the difference in the price of the lactose-free mozzarella, but she suffered from known intolerance-related problems, so either you made a mistake or, worse yet, you contaminated her. I think you can only improve. I'll be back in about twenty years.

28/11/2025: Away from the more popular destinations. Lorenzo Fortuna's pizzeria is pleasant, with a beautiful atmosphere and attention to detail: it leans toward the "refined" side. There's a wide variety of doughs, an extensive menu, and ordering pizza can be confusing, but the service staff is always available to help, offering the best suggestions. The owner is personally involved, and he visits customers to make sure everything is running smoothly.

Here, you're not just a customer: you're welcomed with genuine warmth. Chef Emilio is a master of seafood: each dish is a symphony of freshness and expertly balanced flavors. The seafood specialties are varied and always surprising; it's clear that each recipe is born of experience, passion, and respect for the ingredients. The fine wines selected further enhance the dishes, and the pizzas—yes, even the pizzas—are prepared with care and flavor. And the homemade desserts? A perfect conclusion that will remain in your heart. The family-run business of Carmelina, Emanuele, and the young Niccolò creates an intimate and authentic atmosphere: they manage everything with discretion, professionalism, and a warmth rarely found. The waiters are extremely kind, attentive, and never intrusive: their smiles complete an already extraordinary experience. The pride of a family that has transformed a restaurant into a place of celebration and memory is evident. 17/09/2025: It's still a good pizza! The wait could be better (1 hour wait)! The prices have gone up, and not by a little!

06/10/2025: I arrived too early however, the staff were very accomondating and allowed me to stay and for awhile I had the whole resaurant to myself. I was sat in the cave like area which was very atmospheric, clean and the decor was suitable with the music helping with the whole experience. The staff were wearing smiling faces and looked happy to be of service! I orded a carafe of house wine which was very welcoming after the soaking I got finding my AirBnB. The choice of meal was a hot one after travelling from Lamezia airort eating cold foods from bars, so I decided on the Mixed meat grill with a salad all cooked fresh apart from the salad lol. The local lemon cheescake was the best ever I have tasted in all my 72 years on the planet, drunk down with a local limoncello perfectto.

03/10/2025: The location is beautiful, but what about the appetizers? We had a seafood appetizer, which wasn't very generous, and a house appetizer with a slice of each cured meat and some vegetables. Both were out of proportion for the price.

01/09/2025: My partner and I are more than passionate about ice cream. We have tried the best, from the north to the south of this land, even in the most remote areas. Without a doubt, Paradise ice cream is ranked first among the best ice creams in Calabria. There are many reasons to make this choice. The flavors aren't very many. Don't expect to find Kinder Bueno and by-products, which now only taste of sugar, and you can no longer distinguish chocolate from hazelnut. Instead, you will find traditional flavors: exceptional pistachio, chocolate, with an even creamier, nuttier recipe, a mega-delicious black cherry variegated chocolate, coffee, or dark chocolate with an excellent structure, and some new flavors that always draw on the products of the southern lands, or citron, strawberry made with fresh fruit. Add to all this, a fair quality-price ratio, the courtesy of the owners, and last but not least, impeccable cleanliness. It has now become my regular stop, but I would also travel 50 km on the pretext of taking a walk along the Paola seafront, visiting the sanctuary and go and enjoy a "paradisiacal" ice cream
