01/01/2025: Let me start by saying that my wife, daughter and I went during the Christmas period (low season) and the waiting times were very short. The place is quite nice, clean and welcoming. The cook, the owner's sister, knows her stuff in the kitchen. The dishes are very good, the fish is very fresh and caught in the area, balanced flavours, local and genuine products, even home-grown. The only sore point is the absence of a menu indicating prices, allergens, etc. The cook listed the dishes for us and we ordered without knowing the prices, which in fact turned out to be a little high (for example, a simple but delicious dish of spaghetti with clams costing 25 euros). However, overall positive experience.

27/12/2024: We came to Diamante for a walk and with my husband, we decided to eat at this restaurant! Very good food, clean environment and friendly staff. Thank you Mrs Giulia and Mr Alfonso who showed us the beautiful history of these places.

02/11/2024: In questo ristorante propongono una cucina tipica e accurata. La materia prima è di qualità e si può scegliere tra proposte di pesce e di carne. Noi abbiamo mangiato scialatelli ai funghi porcini e salsiccia, scialatelli allo scoglio, antipasto di mare e frittura (asciutta e croccante). C'è anche la possibilità di mangiare la pizza a pranzo con un impasto ottimamente lievitato che appare leggero e digeribile. I proprietari sono gentili, simpatici e attenti alle necessità del cliente (anche alle eventuali allergie e intolleranze) e vi accolgono con un antipasto di benvenuto in cui potrete gustare dei deliziosi panini caldi (impasto della pizza) accompagnati da un tris di salse. Prezzi adeguati all'offerta. Sicuramente consigliato.

16/09/2024: Siamo stati a pranzo di Domenica, mangiando pesce, dai crudi alla pasta al secondo..tutto impeccabile, portate adeguate pesce freschissimo sia il cruduo che il cucinato; nei giorni successivi abbiamo amngiato anche dell'ottima pizza al piatto..insomma gran bel posto in riva al mare, ottima cuccina, ampi spazi, conto adeguato e personale gentilissimo...consiglio davvero!!

17/02/2025: Very welcoming and nice place. I had the pleasure of dining there on Valentine's Day. There were no menus, we ordered à la carte. Very abundant and above all delicious dishes. Only flaw, a little too long a wait. Total paid: 90 euros (two first courses, abundant grilled meat for two people, a bottle of Principe Spinelli and a bottle of water). I recommend it.

13/08/2024: Ever since I was a child this bar was already a certain point of reference for embellishing the most joyful days with delicious temptations. After half a century, the quality has not changed and the managers with their kindness make this place even more precious. 10 and praise.

31/12/2024: The real village trattoria, in the historic center of Rossano: hospitality, typical dishes of the area, quality of the products used. Characteristic place, small and welcoming, very friendly owner, excellent value for money. You can't ask for more!

03/09/2024: Centrally located in the city, this Trattoria and Pizzeria, with a capital letter, offers a menu that varies based on the products available according to the season, therefore everything is fresh. Maybe you have to wait a short while for good reasons though: everything is prepared on the spot! So what better to expect? Everything fresh, freshly cooked and finally even the portions to say that they are truly "generous" is an understatement! Considering that we often come on holiday to Calabria, and to this part of Calabria, we will certainly return to the "Tana del gusto" to taste other dishes that honor the name of the place since they will certainly be as "tasty" as the ones we chose tonight. Added value is the continuous opening hours, even after 2:30 pm at the counter there is a good choice. 21/01/2025: Un gioiello da scoprire. Una traversa della strada detta SS18 detta "variante" che attraversa Scalea in pieno centro (tradotto..comodo sia di passaggio sia che ci si trovi in zona al mare). Personale confidenziale (quasi venerabile timidezza), decidi dove sederti in un clima rustico ma con dettagli da non sottovalutare (pareti con molti quadri di opere di Bansky: uao siamo a Milano?). Ma andiamo al sodo: ho preso il burgher classico ed era davvero buono e ben fatto, il pane era davvero buono e fragrante. Vasta scelta di birra. A seguire ho voluto strafare e successivamente ordinato le patate arrosto con buccia (finalmente...un posto dove puoi decidere di ordinarle dopo aver finito il panino così le mangi appena sfornate). Il tutto sempre con bustine di cuckup e maionese (ma non servivano), ma soprattutto comodamente seduti davanti ad una maxi TV che trasmette la partita di Sky. Nessuno che vine a rompere chiedendo se vuoi altro ecc. Riassumendo, abbiamo scelto i posti, il cibo come e quando, le birre come e quando. Una serata di relax.
