15/03/2025: Coming from Rome by motorbike, we wanted a pizza, but we knew that here they are not like ours and we entered the IL PORTICO pizzeria in Schiavonea/Corigliano and.....SURPRISING: a pizza like they make it in Rome...thin, full of mozzarella, the edge very crunchy and stuffed with slices of spicy salami....in short, DELICIOUS!!! It's a shame that we're leaving again this morning....otherwise we would have tasted the famous PINSA this evening! See you next time and congratulations also to the ultra kind staff!!!!

The wellness area is managed with skill and measure: nothing excessively exhibited, everything consistent with a vision of well-being that favors the quality of the experience over spectacularization. Breakfast was a true moment of pleasure. The approach was immediately attentive, with an initial welcome service consisting of small dishes, offered without any request. The à la carte selection, wide and well-calibrated, was able to offer variety without ever slipping into excess. The staff was particularly attentive and available, always elegant and pleasant for every interaction. In short, the Befora Resort does not chase luxury: it embodies it naturally. A structure that offers privacy, excellence and sobriety — qualities that are increasingly rare even among high-level destinations.

Compliments to the bistro, for the class and elegance in the service, as well as for the cuisine that surprised me with well-prepared dishes. 25/05/2025: Wind's Eden restaurant-pizzeria combines tradition and quality in a welcoming and well-kept environment. The homemade pasta is a real delight. The cured meats, also home-made, are an excellence that deserves to be tasted. The pizza is light, digestible, with a crispy dough at the right point, a sign of a long leavening and great experience with fresh and top-quality ingredients. In this place there is no lack of attention to the needs of all customers, gluten-free and lactose-free options, home-made. The gluten-free and lactose-free desserts are sublime. The staff is another strong point: polite, kind and always available. You can perceive the passion and care for the customer in every detail of the service.

02/06/2025: Very friendly staff and the environment is nice and clean, there are lots of fans so you didn't suffer from the heat. For two, for lunch, we spent 63 EUR for a starter, 2 main courses, a side dish, a water, a beer and a dessert. Not exactly cheap but above all because, for a grill restaurant, I thought the meat was top, instead my grilled lamb chops were too dry and almost charred... (the mint sauce didn't taste the mint). I imagine they don't use the CBT cooking technique especially for meat but anyway I expected a little better.
