Chiamarla torta è riduttivo e Alessio il pasticciere, chiamarlo pasticciere è anch'esso riduttivo, per me artista sarebbe più corretto come aggettivo, e nn esagero. Nn bastasse la torta era squisita e l'umanità di Alessio colpisce sin dalle prime parole che ci scambierete, lo Consiglio vivamente se volete vedere i vostri sogni realizzati e modellanti nello zucchero per il vostro avvenimento speciale ❤️complimenti davvero top!

The environment was conceived with a refined and sober aesthetic, where every architectural and furnishing detail reflects an authentic care for taste and discretion. The atmosphere is marked by a precious quiet, never forced, which makes the stay particularly regenerating. The wellness area is managed with skill and measure: nothing excessively exhibited, everything consistent with a vision of well-being that favors the quality of the experience over spectacularization. Breakfast was a true moment of pleasure. The approach was immediately attentive, with an initial welcome service consisting of small dishes, offered without any request. The à la carte selection, wide and well-calibrated, was able to offer variety without ever slipping into excess. The staff was particularly attentive and available, always elegant and pleasant for every interaction. In short, the Befora Resort does not chase luxury: it embodies it naturally. A structure that offers privacy, excellence and sobriety — qualities that are increasingly rare even among high-level destinations.

Compliments to the bistro, for the class and elegance in the service, as well as for the cuisine that surprised me with well-prepared dishes. The rooms also praise attention to detail, cleanliness and comfort.

18/05/2025: The place offers a lot of choice, in addition to the pastry shop during lunch time it also serves hot dishes. It is a pleasant environment to spend some time but also a supermarket to leave with many quality products at convenient prices.

07/08/2025: Strolling along the seafront, we chose based on reviews and, indeed, found a place that was genuine in both form and substance. Excellent quality ingredients, often home-grown, expertly cooked. The tuna tartare is sublime, the fried seafood is exceptional, as are the swordfish rolls. The use of superlatives may seem excessive, but it's the only way to convey the supreme quality, which extends to the desserts as well. The Sicilian cannoli are... fabulous. Our heartfelt congratulations. We'll definitely be back!

22/07/2025: We stumbled upon this place somewhat by chance, but we were thrilled. The atmosphere is warm and relaxed, and the owners are extremely friendly and passionate. Every dish we tried had incredible flavors and combinations, thanks in large part to the selection of local ingredients. We were served attentively and thoughtfully by Signora Catia, who guided us through our food and wine choices. We'll be back!

22/07/2025: High expectations were driven by Katia's wonderful conversational skills, which completely blew us away. Tagliolino with truffle was similar to pasta with cheese, and there was no truffle flavor at all. Pollino's appetizer was far inferior to other places. In my opinion, the bill was steep.

31/07/2025: Excellent beach, extremely friendly staff, with all the amenities: showers, changing cabins, men's and women's bathrooms, a bar, an assortment of coffee cream slushes, ice creams, coffee, and drinks. Plenty of comfortable umbrellas with sun loungers and deckchairs, games for children, equipment for inflating inflatable boats, air mattresses, life jackets, all very well equipped. Restaurant included, friendly staff, excellent food. Highly recommended.

12/07/2025: I had the opportunity to taste a selection of dishes that were undoubtedly complex and sophisticated, the fruit of a cuisine that aims to be intellectually stimulating. However, despite the evident creative effort, the overall gastronomic experience left me with a feeling of disconnect: the offerings, while admittedly original, seemed to lack a common thread that would make their enjoyment satisfying and coherent. Furthermore, it's important to note that, despite the majority of diners not having touched some dishes at all, the bill was charged in full without any consideration. This detail contributes to an overall perception of poor customer service. The situation was further complicated by the difficulty in opening up to constructive dialogue: while praise is enthusiastically welcomed, criticism—although expressed politely and in a constructive spirit—seems to be met with a dismissive attitude that is unwilling to engage in discussion. Added to this is a service characterized by a pedantic and sometimes presumptuous attitude, which contributed to further creating a distance between the culinary experience and the customer. It's fair to acknowledge the desire to offer signature cuisine, which needs to be "understood" rather than simply savored. However, this refined complexity failed to fully captivate my palate or engage me emotionally. It remains an interesting experience, but one that, personally, didn't meet my expectations.

11/08/2025: Completely immersed in the countryside, under a starry sky, we enjoyed a special seafood menu created especially for the night of San Lorenzo. What can I say... it was divine! The combination of ingredients shows a great passion for cooking, the dishes were cooked perfectly, and the service was excellent! It was a surprising discovery; I haven't had many opportunities to enjoy dishes like this in the area. Chef Riccardo and Mrs. Clara are wonderful people. Highly recommended! (Reservations are required due to the exclusivity and the fact that they work only with fresh products!) I can't wait to return!

09/08/2025: I went for dinner. They offer a set menu with excellent quality, quantity, and price. The traditional local dishes are delicious, made with locally sourced ingredients. The staff is friendly and helpful.

30/06/2025: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ L’Angolo del Buongustaio – Amantea Small place, but a great discovery! I went to Angolo del Buongustaio during a weekend in Amantea and I was pleasantly surprised. The atmosphere is simple and welcoming, perfect for an informal break. The staff was kind and quick in their service. I tried several things and every bite was a confirmation: the pizza is well cooked, with a light and digestible dough. Even the fried foods (panzerotti and arancini) are delicious: crunchy on the outside, stringy on the inside and not at all greasy. The prices are fair and the portions are generous. You can feel the care in the products and in the preparation. A place without frills, but with lots of taste and authenticity. If you are in Amantea and you want something good, you can go here for sure! I would gladly go back.
