15/10/2025: Good morning, I fondly remember the wonderful week I spent at this property with my cat. The room was very comfortable, spotlessly clean, and adequate for two. I must emphasize the owners' exquisite kindness—it felt like home—as well as the helpfulness of the maids. Excellent cuisine. Stunning location surrounded by woods. Highly recommended.

17/09/2025: What a fall in style... we were very disappointed, as has been the case for two years now, the week after the feast of the Madonna of Viggiano. My wife and I go to Sunday mass in Viggiano to pay homage to the Madonna and then at 1pm we book at the Narciso restaurant for lunch. We now know it as an excellent restaurant where the owner served in the dining room last year and we had the opportunity to appreciate his kindness and professionalism, excellent quality of the raw materials. This year, since I had found it on TheFork (I state without any discount), I preferred to book through the platform. If I had never done it, I don't know why strange things happened. My wife and I ordered the bean salad with pecorino crust as a starter (a truly negligible quantity), then as a first course I ordered Lucanian cavatelli with cream of broad beans with sausage and porcini mushroom ragù and it was served practically plain without the cream of broad beans. Then in the second courses they outdid themselves. I ordered an entrecote (thin and cooked strangely), my wife a mixed roast with sausage fillet of pork and beef sirloin, they brought her a piece of sausage, a thin slice of pork loin and a tiny strip of beef, and up until that point she complained to me, I told her okay, pretend nothing happened and go away, but at the table behind us the same mixed grill arrives but with pork fillet, sausage and beef sirloin, all in the quantities as it should be, not enormous because I swear we are not gluttons, but the quantity, and what they had written on the menu as it should be, at this point I will definitely never book with TheFork again, but I don't understand, given that we didn't take advantage of any discount, what kind of behavior is this? If they have problems with the platform, we didn't ask them to advertise on TheFork.

20/10/2025: We only spent one night as a family... there were eight of us, and we were very comfortable. The rooms are clean and heated. The location is very charming and offers the opportunity to hike through the woods starting directly from the property. The food is authentic and truly delicious. Overall, we had a great time, and both Dario and his brother were very friendly and helpful. I didn't have a chance to try the pool, but it looks truly charming. We'll be back! Thank you!

19/10/2025: I came to this wonderful place from Germany for a vacation. A quiet and beautiful place for maximum relaxation. Even though the rooms are a bit dated, they were very clean. The towels and sheets smelled great. Something I haven't found in some hotels. The pool was also spotless, cleaned every morning. Dear Dario, he was always kind and helpful. If you wanted, he would make you fresh zabaglione for breakfast in front of you. Dear Dario, Thank you for letting me enjoy this vacation. I was very happy. Alberto from Germany.

01/11/2025: I almost felt guilty for choosing this restaurant... just because, faced with such delicious dishes, I completely forgot to control myself at the table! 😅 Exquisite traditional cuisine, generous portions, quality ingredients, and a genuine welcome from the owner that truly makes the difference. Excellent value for money. A place I recommend without hesitation—and where I can't wait to return!

12/06/2025: I've been going to Luciano's farmhouse for 13 years and I wouldn't change it for any other in the area. He and his family are good people, his wife makes excellent cakes... the food is good and homely, the rooms are basic but clean and then you are surrounded by a fantastic view.

01/11/2025: We had lunch at La Roulette, and I must say it was truly a pleasure! The meat was delicious, and the cuisine was excellent. The owner, Michele, was extremely hospitable and professional, as were all the friendly and helpful staff. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a good meal in a welcoming atmosphere. We'll definitely be back!

27/09/2025: Good pizzas... Nice place... the table layout leaves much to be desired, and the lady who's not very friendly and doesn't pay much attention to serving is rude. Then, €3 for a bottle of water seems a bit excessive... I don't think it's fair. After 3 years, I've returned and I find things have gotten worse... the service is slow, even though the place is half empty on a Saturday night.

11/10/2025: The pizza is excellently digestible. Uncle Paolo and the entire staff are kind, friendly, professional, and very attentive to customer requests. I must also mention one outstanding surprise: on the menu, where it says "prosciutto," it specifies "spalla," unlike other menus I've read, because prosciutto is prosciutto; spalla, even if high-quality, is not prosciutto. Highly recommended.

17/08/2025: At Zio Paolo, the pizza is a real surprise: thin, light, and never boring, with a flavor that lingers. Zio Paolo, the owner and pizza chef, puts passion and attention to every detail, welcoming you with genuine warmth. Here, you don't just eat pizza, you live an experience.

13/10/2025: We were a group of 8 people this weekend for the festival in Spinoso, both for lunch and dinner, a beautiful place with lots of greenery, a welcoming place, truly excellent service, the lady who served us was very kind and accommodating in many situations, we returned for dinner because the cuisine is truly excellent, there is an embarrassment of choice between starters, first and second courses, everything delicious, we will definitely be back.

11/10/2025: Super! A beautiful place, surrounded by the mountains of the Agri Valley. Excellent quality food, the meat melts in your mouth. Everything is fresh and perfectly cooked. The prices are very fair and the portions are generous. We were served quite quickly even though it was a Saturday night and the place was packed. Satisfied...I'll definitely be back 🤩

21/07/2025: Excellent food, dimly lit and unwelcoming location. Good selection of salads, overall quite comprehensive menu. I would have given the service a 5 if they hadn't messed up our takeout order: We put together our €8.90 salad from our cell phone with our choice of ingredients, specifying that we wanted salmon and cruschi peppers. When we got home, we were surprised to open the packages and find a plain salad WITHOUT ANY SALMON OR CRUSCHI PEPPERS... of a lower commercial value. Luckily we ordered and the menu was put together from our cell phone; a serious and unprofessional mistake. I didn't have time to return, but I'll definitely point it out, as I'll have the chance if I ever return.
