30/03/2025: Rustic and welcoming place. All the staff are kind and ready to accommodate any dietary needs and if you are celiac no problem, the entire menu can be adapted without gluten and lactose. Excellent food. Highly recommended!!!

19/05/2025: Very unique pub, aesthetically it seems to be in Germany! The owner is super kind and helpful. Large and refined menu: care and selection evident especially regarding the beers! Delicious food, right quantities and super affordable prices (a sandwich from 5 to 7 euros). I would go back very willingly!

25/02/2025: L’ abbiamo trovati sul web ed è stata una scoperta straordinaria. Posto accogliente romantico antico, proprio come piace a me. La cameriera è stata molto gentile e professionale. La cucina perfetta, nonostante abbiamo mangiato davvero tanto siamo tornati a casa senza alcun problema di digestione. Cosa da nn prendere sotto gamba visto che spesso nei locali dopo mangiato ci si sente male. La loro è davvero una cucina di qualità lo consiglio a tutti. Un solo appunto…. Prezzi un pochino alti

18/05/2025: The real attraction is the beers, very good, unique and of all tastes, especially the IPAs. The sandwiches and hamburgers are average, while the starters are of poor quality. The service is friendly and youthful, although slow for the drinks. It's called a music pub, but the sound system of the place leaves much to be desired, at times poor. Instead, the maxi screens are on almost every wall: perfect! Good prices.

16/03/2025: One of the few restaurants that has matched good quality with price, going against the grain compared to many restaurants that have literally raised prices. To find a flaw, the first room there is always a bit of smoke and you risk getting your clothes soaked in restaurant odor, better to eat in the second room. :-)

19/05/2025: After visiting the village of Savoia di Lucania and the Tuorno waterfalls, we trusted our instincts and had dinner at the “Salvia ranch”. Surrounded by greenery, it is a peculiar place because it hosts activities related to horse riding. The atmosphere is rustic and familiar, the service is impeccable and the menu is linked to the territory and typical dishes. The sign is nice, in the style of a Wild West saloon with a wooden table topped with bull horns, and the equestrian statue at the entrance. The cecatielli with cruschi peppers and toasted breadcrumbs are excellent; the pizza is tasty, generous in ingredients and crunchy; the grilled meat is well cooked.

30/03/2025: Yet another confirmation (after having come here several times) of good food and a family atmosphere, exquisite dishes that represent the culinary culture of the place in generous portions and rich in flavours. 20/03/2025: We went with a group of friends, spectacular location and very clean environment. The seafood dishes are simply exquisite, I recommend trying this restaurant and you certainly won't regret it!

Prices are adequate for what you eat, perhaps the desserts cost more than I would have expected but it's still worth it. The only downside is the service which is slightly slow but we will definitely return for the quality we found

30/03/2025: Specifico che dalla mia ultima recensione, il locale ha cambiato gestione e molte cose sono decisamente peggiorate, ad eccezione della location. Il menù è rimasto a base di carne e pesce con la variazione della pizza solo il sabato sera. Al momento dell’ordinazione ci è stato sottolineato che il locale nel giro di 2 settimane avrebbe chiuso per ferie pertanto non tutte le portate del menù erano disponibili quindi il cameriere, gentilmente, ci ha suggerito anche i fuori menù proponendoci come antipasti delle polpettine di baccalà, invisibili, grandi poco più di un'oliva verde, euro 2, 50 al pezzo e piccole polpettine di melanzane, banalissime, con impasto frullato euro 1,50 al pezzo. Il colmo è stato l’arrivo della birra ordinata con data di scadenza Novembre 2024 (episodio già successo a dicembre 2024, pur non essendo prossimi alle ferie); naturalmente l’alternativa è ricaduta su una banalissima birra italiana da discount, in quanto essendo prossimi alla chiusura feriale (ribadisco 2 settimane) nel locale non c’era nessuna altra bottiglia di birra disponibile, resta ben inteso che nessuno del personale, titolare e chi che sia abbia minimamente chiesto scusa o mostrato un minimo segno di rammarico per l’accaduto. Dopo aver ordinato e atteso pazientemente i nostri piatti, ahimè ci siamo immediatamente resi conto che quelli a base di carne (tagliata) erano immangiabili poiché la carne era dura e non masticabile, allorché qualcuno ha preferito mandare indietro il piatto, sostituito con del pesce (salmone con verdure ottimo) a pagamento, ed anche qui scuse e quant’altro completamente assenti. Inutile dire che non ci è stato offerto neanche un bicchiere d’acqua o sconto, visto l’esito della cena, per di più il conto è stato incassato direttamente dallo chef (presente alla cassa) il quale non ha proferito nessuna parola di scusa… orripilante.

21/04/2025: Typical family-run restaurant, a little outside Noepoli, but you can get there with a walk along a road that is not at all busy and still well lit. Ate really well. With a "Fosso" starter for two, plus two pasta dishes, you couldn't ask for anything else. It must be said that in addition to the quality and quantity it is also quite cheap: homemade pasta costs between €7 and €9. Highly recommended.

03/05/2025: To say that it is a small B&B would be to underestimate it but it is one of the most beautiful, simple and nicest, yes, it is, in a big way. The structure is surrounded and immersed in greenery on a hill overlooking the Pollino on one side and the plain on the other. Getting there is easy the navigator took me easily. As I understood, the management is familiar, everyone lends a hand more or less based on the various tasks. The rooms are large, clean and bright, the bathrooms could use a quick review of the details (the up and down shower is very precarious), the breakfast is simple and genuine, unfortunately I haven't tried the kitchen, I hope there will be an opportunity.  In the morning you wake up in complete peace and total serenity, far from the chaos and the city and its noises, you would never want to leave. Possibility to park outside and inside the structure in this case by notifying in advance. 01/05/2025: We had lunch at this establishment on May 1st. The place is welcoming as is the owner Benito, a very nice person. All as expected very good with generous portions. He offered us true Tarantinos pancakes with RAFFO beer before leaving. We will happily return
