16/11/2025: We arrived for lunch on a weekday without a reservation, and even though they were redecorating, we were greeted warmly. We ate the best crusco pepper pasta dish in Basilicata.
12/11/2025: I went to Ristorante Oliver in Senise for work.
I couldn't have asked for anything more. The owner, who personally served us, is an exceptional woman. The food, which also showcases local produce, is high-quality and reasonably priced. The atmosphere is refined, clean, and relaxing: I had a room all to myself. And I was even able to choose the background music myself. Highly recommended if you're passing through Senise.

10/11/2025: I've been there several times, it's a must-see when we go to Basilicata. I'd never tried pizza before, and as a Campanian, I can say that it's also top-notch, the dough is very light and tasty! The owner is kind and helpful, the staff is knowledgeable, and the food is top-notch.
19/09/2025: L'Eco del Fiume was a pleasant surprise, and we'll definitely be back. We dined exclusively on cod, the house specialty. Both the appetizer and the main course, carefully selected for us by the owner, were truly well-cooked and tasty. Next time, we plan to try the meat menu. Kudos to the owner for creating such a high-quality establishment.

02/12/2025: The pizzas are excellent, as are the various menus. Prices are very reasonable. It's a shame that on some pre-holiday evenings there's a bit of a wait. But you know: where there are lots of people, the food is good and the price is low.

01/11/2025: Welcoming and modern place, but it's a shame we waited an hour for service even though we had a reservation. The food was good, not excellent; we didn't find any local flavors. The kids' tomato pasta was made with pasta e fagioli sauce. The pizza was delicious.

Fast and friendly service, and very good food.
I only found one of the two starters and the dessert to be bland.

04/08/2025: Loved our lunch. It was nice to eat local and enjoy the region. Following a stay in Balvano we journeyed over and spent a few hours with great food. It's tucked away but a place to enjoy.
02/07/2025: I was at this farm for the first time on June 20th for my mother's birthday. Everything was delicious and Costantino was super kind. We will definitely return.

15/09/2025: A good pizza that didn't make us wait long for the service, especially from a young worker who behaved really badly and rudely. If I had been alone, I would have left.
13/09/2025: On weekends, you'll have to wait if you've decided to order pizza, which is still very light and tasty. Prices are average. The desserts are also good, although the one I ordered, the namelaka, despite listing dark chocolate among the ingredients, had very little of it!

17/08/2025: A completely different dessert experience than anything I'd ever had before. On the way from Bari to Naples, we stopped in a small town and found this place with a long line of people. It was our first visit, so we relied on the owner's recommendation.
We sampled the desserts in the car, and they were simply incredible. The fresh cream, light and abundant, seemed to dance in our mouths. The crispy fried pastry with pistachio cream made us cheer with delight.
It's already a must-see for locals, but even those just passing through should definitely stop by to try these delights!
