I migliori ristoranti in Potenza

25/08/2024: Tavolo da cinque persone. Non c'è menù, tutto a voce: ma il cliente non ha diritto a visionare i prezzi? Va beh, viva la trasparenza. Antipasti misti così così, nulla di eclatante. A seguire, chi ha optato per un primo e chi per un secondo di carne, devo dire entrambi ben preparati. Dolce (anch'esso buono) e caffè. Una bottiglia di vino rosato da 10-15 euro e due di acqua. Arriviamo in cassa, il cameriere fa un conto "a mente", digitando silenziosamente su una calcolatrice. Conclusione, conto pari (guarda caso!), ossia 200 euro tondi tondi, 40 euro a persona. Non ho capito nulla di quanto siano costate le singole portate e di come si arriverebbe a questa cifra decisamente elevata per un antipasto, una portata principale, dolce e caffè.

21/07/2024: Beautiful place to relax and enjoy great company. The owners' dogs and cats also live in harmony with the guests. The kindness of the owner and all the staff are rare qualities. The environments are comfortable and clean. The pizzas and breakfast are exceptional. We will return in autumn to try the seasonal dishes.

10/06/2024: An unexpected restaurant in a town decidedly off the beaten track, so you wouldn't expect it. Very well prepared cuisine, excellent quality local raw materials and well-organised wine selection. The two young owners are committed and deserve success and to be known.

27/08/2024: We went to this restaurant the other day, despite the beautiful place and the suggestive view, unfortunately we found ourselves waiting a little longer than it would be plausible to wait. After being seated, the order was taken after 20 minutes, only to see the first courses (the only dishes we ordered) delivered in just over 40 minutes. Since we were in a hurry we didn't have time to consume anything else. When we got to the checkout, to the classic ritual question "if everything had gone well", I simply pointed out how sorry I was for the wait, without expecting anything. Instead of some simple apologies we were scolded by the man at the register who pointed out to us that one should not go to a restaurant in a hurry, insinuating that we were not capable of going out to eat. Then, not happy, he went to take the order in the kitchen of our table to prove to us that we were wrong about the service, it's a shame that the order was taken some time after we had sat down. Actually, an "I'm sorry" would have been enough like the waitress did when she realized that we were abandoned during the service. Waiting for the right thing is one thing, more than an hour for two first courses is another.

26/08/2024: Splendid family experience, we ate traditional dishes, strascinati expo, and Dolomite lamb in a modern version, an explosion of taste. As an appetizer we took the sublime podolica tartare. The service is generous, the guys are kind, helpful and patient.
