Calling it excellent is an understatement. We had dinner on Easter Monday evening. Super welcome, really very kind and professional. The preparations are a real pleasure. Local raw materials expertly processed, tasty... Absolutely not to be missed!!!!!

We often hear about "traditional cuisine revisited" and are almost always disappointed. This is not the case: here local raw materials and traditional recipes are respected and used with wisdom, here one's origins are proudly claimed: the nduja pie is the manifesto of this restaurant, a place where you can simply eat well !

Well-known restaurant on site, together with the B&B da Peppe. The cuisine is typical, with local products. A cuisine that expresses the entire history of the Pollino Park through the expert mastery of the chefs. The truffle reigns supreme, but other products of the land such as mushrooms are also excellent. Availability and hospitality are the watchwords. Good quality/price ratio. Seeing is believing.

We went to this referenced restaurant, and I must admit that the quality and level of the gastronomic offerings far exceeds the average. From the appetizers, to the first course, to the second course and to the dessert, nothing disappointed us. Knowing that in such a small town there is such an excellent place amazed us. The preparation of the dishes, combined with the use of local raw materials, together with the ability to create unique flavors will definitely make us return. I recommend the Dop aubergine liqueur from Rotonda

Qui’ ci si sente a casa: sapori autentici, prodotti di altissima qualità proposti in modo ricercato ma rispettoso della storia del territorio e del contesto. Si mangia divinamente! Servizio attento e curato. Davvero complimenti ai titolari .

High expectations, largely maintained with lunch. A la carte menu also on Sundays, the exact representation of a knowledgeable and well-organised cuisine. Excellent dishes with consistent combinations; good choice of wines. Intimate venue, well furnished and guarded. Corrected the bill: starter shared by two, two first courses, shared second course, two glasses and water - €70

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I highly recommend this beautiful restaurant, a gem not to be missed

The right place to have lunch on a windy Sunday in November, among the flavors of the area and a welcoming and comfortable environment. Staff more than helpful and kind, and excellent dishes especially if you appreciate truffles and other local specialties. The two first courses we chose are definitely worth trying: spaghetti with truffle and cheese, and spaghetti with butter and anchovies. Two mixes of different and interesting flavours. The second course was beef and truffle, which combines these two elements, and intrigued me, accompanied by an excellent sauce. Both the baked potatoes and the Rotonda aubergines are more than pleasant and good side dishes. The dessert does not disappoint, the babà is rich. I couldn't expect anything else from this well-known restaurant in the area. Definitely a stop to add to your food and wine tours in Pollino.

EXCEPTIONAL food! We left thrilled. Excellent raw materials and respect for the seasonality of the products and for the environment. Excellent service, the very kind and helpful waitress answered all our questions about the dishes exhaustively. 10 and praise.

I went yesterday with my girlfriend. We certainly tasted traditional cuisine that winks at Modernity. As an agricultural entrepreneur I was satisfied with the research and use of raw materials. All local, all worthy of attention. I have lactose problems, so I opted for celeriac. Incredible dish. Fairly reasonable price, perhaps a little less would have been right for the portions which were not very abundant. A very kind lady at the service, we had no problems related to timing, also because there were not many of us in the room. To return, I will also evaluate the bed and breakfast because the one that hosted us (hospitable village) did not satisfy me at all. And I'm not the picky type.
