Five stars are an understatement; Biagio, Giusy, and the entire staff offer an unparalleled experience. Irresistible dishes, especially the fried dishes like eggplant meatballs and zucchini flowers. The fried platter with potato and speck triangles is legendary. And don't forget the Crusco burgers, or even better, the Capitano. Rossofermo is a must-visit in Maratea!

We found this place in the beautiful center of Maratea, and I was extremely pleased when I tried it. Besides the charming location (which, let's be honest, is incredible), each dish on the menu was better than the last. I also appreciate the chimichurri sauce served with the sliced ​​meat; very few places offer it, and it's always a pleasure to see. I highly recommend it!

Beautiful among the alleys... a spirit and a negroni prepared, at our request, with local liqueurs... truly excellent in a very suggestive setting... very good and welcoming staff... absolutely average prices (2 aperitifs €14)... highly recommended

26/07/2026: After a wonderful day spent with alpacas, we ended the evening in the best possible way at Jaws Pub in Acerenza. A welcoming, well-kept place with a truly pleasant atmosphere. The food is excellent: tasty sandwiches, fresh ingredients, and generous portions. Also noteworthy is the kindness and helpfulness of the staff, always attentive and ready to make you feel at home. If you're in the Acerenza area and looking for a place to eat well and spend an evening with friends, Jaws Pub is an absolutely worthwhile choice. Kudos to the entire staff; we'll definitely be back!

02/06/2026: Traveling back in time is possible, just sit at Chef Valicenti's table! Delicious food, explained in detail, with a wide selection of flavors and traditions! The excellent food is framed by a magnificent view of the heart of the Pollino National Park! Ask for the "ius primae noctis" lamb! Divine desserts!
