06/09/2024: Erano appena le 21 e 45 ci accomodiamo per bere due cocktails ma nemmeno 15 min dopo una collaboratrice seduta con gli altri componenti del personale , esclama ad alta voce : BHE' CE NE ANDIAMO PICCIONCINI !!!??? riferendosi a noi che eravamo l unico tavolo occupato...Poi vi lamentate che i Materani non popolano i locali dei Sassi....Per forza...con questa maleducazione è il minimo. Non consigliato.

At first, we were a bit worried—the doors were closed, and the lights were off... but the food completely won us over! It was absolutely amazing! The owner, Nikolà, was very welcoming, and the seafood dishes were the best we've ever had. Highly recommended! The best culinary discovery of our trip to Italy that lasted more than a month! We found it by chance on Google Maps. We were a little worried at first—the doors were locked and the lights were off… but the food completely won us over! It was just amazing! 21/12/2024: per essere a dicembre ed in una località non molto movida di inverno, siamo piacevolmente rimasti sorpresi. Abbiamo pasteggiato con antipasti di pesce COTTI E CRUDI. spigola al sale con contorni, Guazzetto di vongole e tartare di tonno veramente super. frittura e tentacolo polpo grigliato Qualità è soddisfare le necessità del cliente e superare le sue stesse aspettative continuando a migliorarsi. 08/03/2025: Service in this restaurant is fantastic and they really make you feel welcomed! We had the tasting menu, which starts with a chef’s selection of starters: they were wonderful although the fact that nearby tables - very close to yours - have something you’d like more than that you had, detracts a bit from the enjoyment…. First course we went for the orecchiette al ragu della domenica, we will say that you can happily skip those. Main were a tagliata and a pignatta - both a humph away from exceptional. Dessert will not be mentioned here. We really loved the restaurant but didn’t love the food if that makes sense?

01/01/2025: I was completely satisfied with my experience at "Ristorante di Fiore". From the moment we entered, the warm and welcoming atmosphere made me feel at home. The staff was extremely courteous and professional, always available to satisfy every need with a smile. The service was quick, but never made us feel rushed. Moving on to the food, each dish was a true masterpiece. The raw materials were very fresh, and you could clearly feel the attention paid to the choice of ingredients.

18/11/2024: La qualità dei prodotti era ottima ed il prezzo corretto. Ottimo per belle tavolate, visto l'ambiente molto grande e posizionato su un bel posto. Abbiamo mangiato veramente bene, complimenti, tutta la vostra zona con la vostra cortesia ed il vostro paesaggio, merita tantissimo, inoltre sapete trattare bene i turisti sia con i vostri prodotti locali, sia per prezzi giusti che offrite.

13/02/2025: Abbiamo mangiato una cheesecake deliziosa e due cocktail analcolici altrettanto buoni. Il personale è stato gentile e cordiale, creando un'atmosfera accogliente. La location è molto bella, ben curata e in tema con il contesto di Matera. L'unico neo è il prezzo, che mi è sembrato un po' elevato, giustificato forse dalla posizione centrale. Nel complesso, una buona esperienza!

09/02/2025: We had a delicious cheesecake and two equally good mocktails. The staff were polite and friendly, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The location is very beautiful, well looked after and in keeping with the context of Matera. The only flaw is the price, which seemed a little high to me, perhaps justified by the central location. Overall, a good experience!

27/08/2024: Era da tempo che non ci godevamo una cena di pesce con tanta soddisfazione, oltre alla qualità e le porzioni veramente abbondanti, il servizio, tutto gestito in famiglia dalla cucina ai tavoli non è stato da meno, assolutamente da provare questa esperienza di impresa familiare personalmente quando rimango così soddisfatto il mio umore migliora.

03/02/2025: Caminamos hasta el restaurante Outback que estaba al lado de nuestro hotel. Queríamos que te sentaras a disfrutar de una copa de vino. El restaurante no estaba ocupado, pero los asientos del bar solo tenían dos asientos disponibles al otro lado del bar. Había cuatro mesas altas disponibles para dos personas. Preguntamos si podíamos sentarnos allí y nos dijeron que estaban esperando en la lista con una espera de 35 minutos. No había señales de reserva en estas mesas. Otras dos parejas esperaban para sentarse en el comedor y no querían las mesas altas. Preguntamos a la anfitriona por qué no podíamos sentarnos allí. Su respuesta fue que podíamos pararnos en la barra o esperar 35 minutos a las mesas altas. Cabe mencionar que este Outback no acepta reservas. La anfitriona sentada era muy grosera y no hizo ningún esfuerzo para acomodarnos de todos modos. Pero nos dio buenas miradas. Por el amor de Dios, todo lo que queríamos era sentarnos una hora y tomar un par de copas de vino.

30/11/2024: Siamo stati qui in 6. Terrazza bellissima con vista pazzesca. Staff gentilissimo, ci hanno dato anche delle coperte per il freddo e poi spostati vicino ai funghi riscaldanti. Io ho preso una cioccolata calda con dei biscottini buonissimi che ci hanno offerto, gli altri hanno preso del vino e aperitivo. Stranamente nonostante fosse il ponte dell 8 dicembre eravamo solo noi. Prezzi anche bassi per ciò che offre (es. cioccolata 5€). La consiglio assolutamente!

19/10/2024: Family-run butcher's grill, I've only been once but I will definitely return, in addition to the food which is excellent and well cooked, kindness and courtesy reign in this place. I recommend it.
