04/06/2024: Recognized as one of the best panzerotti in Matera, there is still a lot of work to be done if we want to offer a valid 360° service. The service and the environment, in fact, leave much to be desired. An always extremely crowded place where it is practically impossible to have a chat at the table due to the very loud surrounding noise which also disturbs enjoying the delicious panzerotto. TO BE IMPROVED......AND LOTS!

24/05/2024: We took 2 take-away panzerotti (1 parmigiana and 1 minced meat and aubergine), they were delicious and we were served very quickly even though the place was full on a Friday evening. The frying point is also very good. We highly recommend for an alternative dinner. Super honest price.

02/07/2024: Super burgers, good music and great theme. Burger the same size as a sandwich, does not drip with fat and does not fall apart. 10!

20/06/2024: Nice pub, nice atmosphere, nice music always accompanied by Clint Eastwood films on the screen. Many pubs or similar do not understand that "dosing" internal lighting is important. The Clint, on the other hand, got it right, it's very soft and restful and the sandwiches and burritos I've eaten have always been delicious. The beers aren't bad either. I advise.

18/08/2024: Pranzo post tour dei sassi in questo locale su consiglio della guida. Ottimo pranzo. Tutti i piatti ottimi dagli antipasti ai primi per non parlare della podolica. Ottima carta dei vini. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo

30/08/2024: It was my first time in Matera with my family and our friends. We stayed in this structure where our room, at the time, was a house inhabited by a family, carved out of stones. The residence is truly very beautiful and with attention to the smallest details in which all the rooms are carved out of the stones overlooking a small village. The breakfast is excellent where you can find both sweet and savory options. I want to thank the owner for her kindness and professionalism. Thanks, see you next time!!!

24/08/2024: We had a room with a huge smell. I think it was moisture, the mold is also present in the bathroom. The shower did not give much water. The reception was not very accessible, so we did not even bother to discuss it for 2 nights. The sheets smelled really bad and were full of stains. The towels had the same smell and some had holes. At breakfast the first time I got a burnt coffee (??), the salami and cheese had a strange taste. Besides that nasty experience, the location is great. Personally, I feel like we paid €100 too much at €170/night.

06/09/2024: Erano appena le 21 e 45 ci accomodiamo per bere due cocktails ma nemmeno 15 min dopo una collaboratrice seduta con gli altri componenti del personale , esclama ad alta voce : BHE' CE NE ANDIAMO PICCIONCINI !!!??? riferendosi a noi che eravamo l unico tavolo occupato...Poi vi lamentate che i Materani non popolano i locali dei Sassi....Per forza...con questa maleducazione è il minimo. Non consigliato.

15/07/2024: Small brewery (literally) a few steps from the heart of the city center, away from the hustle and bustle of people who crowd the evenings; a small gem where you can enjoy a beer in total relaxation. The offer of beers is varied and well cared for by the owners, with the opportunity to taste always new beers and often discover real pearls of the Italian and European brewing tradition. Now it is, for me, a mandatory stop when I go to Matera. Highly recommended.

16/11/2024: Sushi stone I think it is the best sushi in all of Matera, the service is very friendly, the food is delicious and the location is immersed in the stones of Matera, I recommend anyone to go to this sushi restaurant. Keep it up guys ❤️💪🏻

16/11/2024: Rude staff (particularly the women), food not great. Not recommended. I won't go back there again, I prefer the Policoro one (😍) Traumatizing experience Ps.they didn't even give us fortune cookies😭😭

16/08/2024: It smelled like yeast, it was totally disgusting, the quattroseasoni raw mushrooms were burnt from the bottom and the top was raw, on the quattro formaggi there was mozzarella on some slices and only on one slice was there gorgonzola (other cheeses were missing)

17/06/2024: My family and I ordered 12 panzerotti. Back home, already suspicious of the tray's nonsense, we opened it and were shocked. Small turnovers (like a rosette), dry, reheated and paid 1.40 each (certainly from the day before) with a small amount of seasoning. NEVER AGAIN. The sales assistant, however, was very kind.

14/09/2024: Upon entering you immediately feel a sense of cleanliness and hygiene! Tables inside and outside! Serene and relaxing atmosphere! Nice and friendly staff! Order what you want at the butcher counter! If you are undecided, "he" the butcher, advises you in a professional and disinterested way! "He" wants customers to enjoy his products to the fullest! You sit down and within minutes you will receive what you ordered! Thus begins a dance of taste buds that go crazy and quiver with joy! The cost? Don't worry! A carpaccio for two, a quarter of wine, two slices of Angus for 1/2 kg and you spent the same as you would have spent for two pizzas and a beer!
