The only drawbacks are that the place is a bit noisy, and when you leave, your clothes smell quite bad.

29/01/2026: Drawn by so many positive reviews, we wanted to try this place. My opinion isn't negative because I understand the hard work and sacrifice behind this establishment. I'll just say that some things could be improved. As for the cured meats, I've had better in the area, and even the wine glasses could use more attention, especially when you're drinking a certain quality. And even more so if I see a Sommelier certificate on the wall. I really appreciated the kindness and friendliness of the owners.

21/02/2026: Discovered this place by chance during a visit to Viareggio. It's a shame we live far away and can't return.
Excellent food, from appetizer to dessert. We had tordelli with ragù and ravioli with fondue and truffle shavings. For main courses, we had ribs, beef fillet, and sliced beef with fondue. The meat was tender and flavorful. The service was exceptional, with perfect customer service. In total, for four first courses, four second courses, four desserts, two appetizers, wine, and water, we spent €300. Excellent price for the quality and quantity.

25/11/2025: Out for work, the perfect dinner to revitalize the day. Unexpected portions of exquisite roast caciocavallo cheese, roasted to perfection, without drying it out, melting the inside while still leaving the outside tender. The beef fillet in Tintilla wine was a superb experience: perfectly cooked rare, with a strong wine reduction for at least 300-400 grams of excellent quality meat. A vast and comprehensive menu for every craving. Truly satisfied, highly recommended.

From fried meatballs to Apulian bombette in a variety of flavors, to grilled dishes featuring everything from tagliata to fillet steak, every choice never disappoints. Impeccable service and a fair price.
11/02/2026: Delicious meat. We've been to a grill in Alessano but we didn't like it. Here, however, we found truly quality! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

The staff is nothing short of fantastic: kind, helpful, attentive. And the food... What can I say? High-quality, flavorful, plentiful, carefully cooked by those who know what they're made of.

The meat and potatoes are all natural, without any seasonings, definitely a delight everywhere. 😍🤤🤤 From the smallest to the largest, we enjoy dinner.
19/12/2025: Fantastic place for those who want to eat grilled meat. The 'Bombette' are fantastic, a true explosion of flavors and high quality. It's great to be able to see the fresh meat right in the refrigerator. Very friendly staff. Exceptional wine. We drank a magnificent Aglianico. We will definitely be back.

24/02/2026: I visited this steakhouse on a Sunday for lunch. The place is very charming and rustic, and the staff is kind and professional.
We ordered a 1.5 kg rib-eye steak for two; we'd initially asked for a Florentine steak, but the only cut available was too much for two people. The meat was tender and delicious, especially with the roast potatoes.
The only flaw is that it cooled quickly, as the grill it was served on wasn't very hot. Service was also a bit slow: we waited over half an hour for our food.
Another point: the desserts are a bit overpriced, costing €7 each (considering that 100g of meat is €4.50-5.50).
Overall, a positive experience.

09/03/2026: Everything was delicious at Brisket in Ticinese! We were greeted with shots of Tequila Sunrise. The brisket was amazing, but the pulled pork meatballs were literally one of the best things I've ever tasted. Highly recommended!
