A truly enjoyable evening at Old Wild West on Viale Cassala. Besides the consistently tasty and well-prepared food, what really made the difference was the staff, whose kindness was uncommon.
Despite the evening being muggy and crowded, all the staff, including Maddalena, Maura, and Salvatore, maintained a genuine smile for hours, offering constant attention, and a helpfulness that deserves recognition. It's the kind of welcome that makes you feel at ease and transforms a simple dinner into a positive experience.
A place we'll gladly return to, not just for the menu, but for the warm atmosphere created by those who work there with dedication and enthusiasm. We'll be back soon!

The air conditioning was broken; there was just a giant air conditioner, which acted like an industrial fan, blowing out hot air like a hair dryer. It was cooler outside. The food was good, though.

The food is good, but unfortunately, the heat inside the restaurant is truly unbearable. The air conditioning is barely noticeable, and it's very difficult to breathe.
During our stay, at least three tables asked the waiters to do something to improve the situation. The waiters, however, are not to blame; in fact, they are probably the ones who suffer the most, having to work for hours in these conditions.
I hope management intervenes as soon as possible, because it's truly difficult to enjoy a meal when you can't even breathe properly.

alessandro is the best server ever! He was so funny and so energetic. And everybody in the restaurant was so nice too! The food does not even have to be described, BEST FOOD EVER. The restaurant was so well designed too. Overall amazing experience(especially with alessandro :D)!
