22/02/2026: We booked for 10 people; the place wasn't very large but it was nice, with friendly and attentive service. We ordered an appetizer of cheeses and cured meats (excellent) and various tartares (average). Then we ordered a Florentine steak aged for 60 days (good but not exceptional), and a rib-eye steak aged for 180 days (more than 180 days), which unfortunately arrived cold and raw. We had it reheated, but it still didn't taste as exceptional as expected—a shame. All this was accompanied by an excellent Primitivo di Manduria. The desserts were not to be missed.

13/03/2026: We had booked a table for two at 2:30 PM. When we arrived right on time, they told us we couldn't sit down and we'd have to wait half an hour. After an hour, our table was still unavailable, so we went home. Terrible service.

19/10/2025: Every time I return to the Marche region, a stop at this wonderful restaurant is a must. It's an enchanting place, with a breathtaking view every time, and the dishes are beautiful, beautifully presented, and delicious, accompanied by vegetables from their organic garden. The wait staff is kind, cheerful, discreet, and knowledgeable. For me, it's a favorite place that I always highly recommend to all my friends who come to the Conero Riviera.

13/03/2026: I went on Friday for pizza for the first time, and I have to say it was a real discovery. The pizza was truly delicious. Despite being crowded, the service was quite quick. The prices are truly affordable, something you won't find anymore. Congratulations! I'll definitely be back.

As for the rest, I have to say everything was good. The staff was courteous and attentive, with a special mention for Flavia. We'll definitely be back.

07/03/2026: During the evening, a waiter accidentally dropped a bowl of red sauce, splashing it all over our table, both our clothes and our skin. It happens, and no one wants to blame this waiter, but there were two waitresses across from our table who stared at the scene and laughed. In addition to this waiter and the two waitresses who saw the scene, there were three other staff members in the dining room, and no one, and I mean NO ONE, approached our table to ask if everything was okay. My wife immediately asked for stain remover, and no one came near. After repeatedly asking for help, especially because one of the guests at the table had a white shirt completely stained with sauce, someone finally came over. A waitress wearing a black helmet then arrived and apologized for what had happened, but then immediately said, "Only those who don't work never make mistakes." The whole thing ended with the owner intervening, offering a discount on the bill. There's nothing to complain about on this last point, but in such an important and renowned restaurant in our area, such behavior from the waiters who witnessed the scene and instead of intervening decided to laugh it off is unacceptable (I'm talking about the two waitresses standing motionless in front of our table). And it's unacceptable for a waitress (with all due respect to the profession) to respond to the customer thinking he couldn't hear. The quality of the products is unquestionable, but service always makes the difference. Credit goes to the waiter who caused the damage, who was mortified, but he really had nothing to do with it, because yes, it's human to make mistakes, but it's not human to ignore certain situations. I would advise the owner to think about this as well as the turnover.

01/03/2026: We visited Tradizione Braceria and had a truly positive experience. The quality of the meat is excellent, and you can immediately sense the care taken in selecting the ingredients, with truly tasty specialties and premium cuts that satisfy even the most discerning palates. The cooking was perfect and the flavor authentic. The service was impeccable; the staff were welcoming, professional, and always attentive without being intrusive. We felt at ease. The attention to accessibility was also greatly appreciated, with an elevator that allows access for people with disabilities. The only small drawback was that the dining room downstairs was a bit too noisy, probably due to the chaos of Saturday night. At times, it was difficult to communicate comfortably, even when facing each other. Otherwise, an excellent experience in every way. We'll definitely be back!

03/03/2026: Disappointing experience. Service was adequate and the presentation of the first course was minimal, but overall, it was a lot of show and little substance. The seafood appetizer wasn't up to par (reheated fried food and not all the fish was fresh), and the overall quality doesn't justify the €110 spent for three courses. More of a clumsy imitation of high-end dining than a truly solid offering. I was misled by the many positive reviews, which, frankly, I can't explain. However, I fully agree with the other negative reviews.

16/02/2026: A truly magnificent place surrounded by greenery, with all kinds of games, strictly without electricity, a prerogative of its inventor, and that's precisely what makes it so special and unique. Very tasty food and drinks at a fair price. Of course, it's also ideal for large families with many children, given the abundance of games and tables for lunch. Highly recommended, especially from May to August.

31/12/2025: A beautiful place to spend an alternative afternoon. As for the food, don't expect it to be a restaurant; it's much more like a village festival atmosphere. We found everything delicious (the red berry dessert was breathtaking 😋) and at super-low prices. And after filling your stomach, you can enjoy the park, which is so fun and immersive for both adults and children. It's amazing to imagine everything was built by hand! A must-see!
