The hot climate is slightly mitigated by the vaporizers and fans. Very abundant food (possibility of taking leftovers home). A nice experience, but to be repeated on a cooler day

14/06/2025: The place is hard to find but when you arrive your satisfaction will be sky high. The view is fantastically fabulous: you can see the hill and the whole soul of Tuscany. The place is equipped and there is a children's park with a trampoline. You will have lunch on a veranda. UPDATE We returned to this restaurant after a long time! The quality of the ingredients and the presentation even better than we remembered. The goat cheese flan was excellent, the ricotta meatballs had a memorable tomato sauce, you could taste all the flavor of the sun! We liked the ravioli with burrata and pesto and the pici with Cinta ragù were very much appreciated, very seasoned! The matchstick fries were also very tasty, thin and crunchy! Excellent quality zero-mile wine! They independently produce various products such as wine, oil, vegetables. A flaw is the rather slow service, but there is no discussion about kindness and knowledge of the raw materials, compliments. The desserts are good.

19/06/2025: All in all good, prices a little high but magnificent location. from a location like this, and from quality food I expected a higher level of service. Not that it was terrible, on the contrary, just that from a place like this and from the food they serve I expected a service a little more attentive and professional.

25/06/2025: I had read some negative reviews... I almost gave up... instead I had a good time, you eat outside in the historic center, the staff is kind and for what we ate everything was good. The prices are NOT exaggerated. Must try.

Meilleur resto fait à la spiezia . On s'est régalé. Charcuterie excellente, ravioli aussi et la viande le dessert top. Rien à redire. Allez y les yeux fermés vous ne serez pas déçu

03/05/2025: Happened by chance. Historic inn, polite and helpful staff. Top quality and genuine food. Grilled cooking in the room and without smoking, what more do you want? Dogs welcome and treated well.

02/05/2025: This is a historic restaurant that is worth a visit for sure. The soup and the artichoke lasagne were both perfectly delicious. But the signature roast chicken main course was quite disappointing - the meat was very dry and overcooked. Also, air ventilation can be improved, especially when they have a charcoal grill indoors. Needless to say, it was really hot and stuffy, but became better when a few windows were opened.

Vast choice of typical Apulian "bombette", we took several, all delicious. Very delicate and abundant orecchiette. Good choice of wines and normal price. I definitely recommend this restaurant

Good service and I found the room cleaner now....the meat is cooked on the grill divinely, tasty and of excellent quality! Outside it has been very well renovated with the old water mill in operation and with lights that give a wonderful atmosphere at night. GOOD GUYS

Very high quality meat with an excellent price balance! I recommend a stop to all lovers of good meat!

The meat was incredibly tender, literally melting in your mouth, and each dish was a true masterpiece of taste. The quality of the ingredients is immediately evident: fresh meat, carefully selected, impeccably prepared. It is clear that behind each dish there is passion, expertise and a genuine love for cooking. The service was impeccable, the atmosphere welcoming and relaxed, and the owners… simply fantastic! 20/05/2025: Siamo stati con amici a cena. Il ristorante è ben arredato, accogliente e caldo. Il cibo è di buona qualità e il servizio è ben erogato. Mi resta impressa la loro genovese, credo una delle migliori mangiate. Prezzi medio alti. Certamente da consigliare.
