12/10/2025: We booked late, at 9:30 PM, and the owner greeted us with a smile and a warm welcome. The meat was exceptional, with a wide selection, and the appetizers and side dishes were also very good. The price was exceptional for the quality of the food! I highly recommend it and hope to return when I'm back in Fiuggi!

04/07/2025: Personally I found myself well. Kind and helpful. Excellent cleaning of the room and its bathroom. Excellent also the dishes served in the restaurant. I appreciated that the menu indicated the gluten free dishes and the possible absence/presence of other allergens. Also the restaurant staff kind and helpful.

10/09/2025: The place is modern and elegant, with very original paintings on the walls. The staff is friendly and professional. The food is TOP... the meat is a must-try! The burgers are huge, loaded with a variety of ingredients, with 300 grams of meat. The fried foods are delicious and perfectly cooked. The fries are all delicious. I have a weakness for mashed potatoes, and I assure you, I found them delicious with gorgonzola. I highly recommend it!

05/09/2025: The food was good, and the atmosphere was pleasant. Prices, as is often the case in Italy, remain quite high. As for the service, one of the waitresses was a bit rude, and conversation with her wasn't pleasant at all, as she responded in an annoyed manner.

03/08/2025: Excellent restaurant where you can enjoy Argentinean specialties. From the wines to the traditional dishes, everything is excellent. The meats are superb, as was my tortiglioni with Angus ragù. The atmosphere is welcoming and the staff very friendly. Highly recommended.

22/09/2025: Fantastic, unique experience. Dario is an engaging showman, and a talented chef and butcher. Highly recommended. You damn well better love copious amounts of raw and barely cooked yet world class beef! Considering all the Chianti straw bottle wine you can drink and delicious first and second courses, €50 per person could be the best restaurant deal in Italy.

21/09/2025: Carne Diem. Excellent place for meat, good staff, good value, friendly atmosphere, encourages socializing.

20/09/2025: Don't be fooled by the location. When we asked about the cuisine, they recommended the tasting menu, which had nothing to do with fish. A disappointing dinner.

10/10/2025: Milanese risotto with ossobuco and elephant ear is divine. The ear is truly almost as big as a pizza, with a delicious crispy coating.

07/10/2025: Came highly recommended. Food was good and I enjoyed seeing Nebbiolo, Barbaresco, and Barolo on the menu. I tried the meatballs and ossobucco.

07/09/2025: I highly recommend this place because I consider it suitable not only for adults and children, but also for families. Our child was welcomed with the utmost kindness and helpfulness, with toys and crayons that made him feel at ease right away. The menu is designed for even the littlest ones, catering to every need, and this is truly important to us. The food is excellent, the service excellent, and the staff always friendly and professional. A special thanks to Chiara and Ramona: wonderful people, incredibly helpful and attentive to the needs of every customer. We noticed that they don't just satisfy our needs, but also extend the same care to everyone who comes in, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. A perfect location for lunches and dinners in a welcoming atmosphere. Overall, highly recommended!

I admit I already knew them and appreciated the quality of their meat, but I have to admit I'm always amazed by the incredible quality of their products. A must-try place with a wide selection of meats. Very friendly and helpful staff. We'll definitely be back.

05/10/2025: We came on recommendation and were totally disappointed. There are many positive reviews, which I can't understand, because first of all, the staff lacks hospitality. You feel rushed off, without the attention you'd expect in a better restaurant. The outdoor glass-enclosed seating area is a large room, perhaps with a nice view during the day (but that's less important after sunset), but otherwise lacks any special ambiance. The food was average at best, especially compared to other restaurants in the region (meat dish okay, side dish weak; pasta dish unsatisfactory because it seemed pre-cooked and reheated rather than fresh). The prices are completely exorbitant.

04/10/2025: The food was delicious (vitello tonato, tagliata, and liver), but the service and atmosphere were truly poor. We felt like unwanted guests – the waitress snatched the plate of vitello from my partner while he was finishing his sauce, and all the staff seemed stressed and grumpy. The only people who smiled at us were (I think) the head chef and the cook who was preparing the meats over the fire. The poor atmosphere prevented us from enjoying the food to the fullest extent it deserved.

07/10/2025: Sunday lunch with some friends. We had risotto with cream of scampi, paccheri with lobster, fried calamari, seafood salad, and tiramisu. Good quality food, decent wine selection. Good value for money.

06/10/2025: Excellent food, excellent service. Average prices. Beautiful location with a sea view on the veranda.
