02/11/2025: The atmosphere is normal considering that from the outside it would also look like a dive, the food is decent but too expensive, cover charge 5 euros as if we were on the Navigli in Milan and for 3 of us to spend more than 200 euros on an onion each and a shared rib eye seems excessive to me, I wouldn't go back just for this.

11/09/2025: My husband and I chose Tenuta Marchesi Fezia because, being married in San Gemini, we wanted a nearby venue to make it easier for our guests and avoid unnecessary travel. We were both familiar with the property because it's known for parties and events. We went for an informal meeting with the owner and, without visiting other venues, we immediately opted for this one. The menu option was agreed upon quickly (which I appreciated), and we were also able to sample a menu and choose two variations (wine and meat). The owner was always available, kind, and efficient. On our wedding day, we were greeted with a rich buffet and drinks. This was followed by an excellent lunch, dessert, and fresh fruit. Our guests had nothing but words of thanks and praise for the location, the quality of the service, and the food! I would recommend this venue to anyone, whether for weddings or any other group event. I also suggest booking a private dinner for two in the beautiful silo. The property boasts beautiful views of vineyards and hills, as well as a swimming pool, paddle tennis courts, and gardens and paths. Tenuta dei Marchesi Fezia is conveniently located and has ample parking. A heartfelt thank you to Monia, Gianluca, and the staff.

24/10/2025: A very warm welcome with a clear desire to share their cuisine. Squash flan and mini cabbage stew to start, then an assortment of meats and desserts, all very tasty, including a revisited Tiramisu to discover.

19/10/2025: Specializing in meat cooking, from arrosticini to premium cuts. I really liked the research that goes into every dish and ingredient, all selected according to a very specific criterion: customer satisfaction. Fillet arrosticini, usually hard to find in a restaurant, are available here. The Godot appetizer was thrilling, two courses that vary according to the seasonality of the products, but which are a sublime explosion of flavors. One of these was the pumpkin tart on a cheese fondue and balsamic reduction, with a crunchy note provided by the puffed Venere rice, a flavor explosion. The wine cellar was also interesting, well-stocked for interesting pairings with the dishes. The meat was also exceptional and cooked to perfection. A very positive experience.

15/11/2025: Very cozy restaurant, kind and helpful staff. We had fish and lamb dishes. The cooking of the dishes was adequate, but I wouldn't have dared to serve the side dishes at home. Frozen vegetables without any seasoning. Served with polenta, both main courses, were not fresh. Lamb is available in stores, seasoned with ready-made sauce. Sorry

17/11/2025: Attracted by the reviews, we chose this restaurant; aside from goodwill, we found nothing else; excruciatingly slow service; the appetizer and main course were good; the steak was inedible, so tough it was inedible. To run a good restaurant, you first have to study a lot, not just cook, and then always put yourself in the customer's shoes. Definitely avoid it. After the owner's response: The complaint was made to both the chef and the waitress, but nothing much came of it. It's not my intention to vilify anyone, but if I pay, I'd like a modicum of professionalism; if I'm a guest and don't pay, I'll accept anything. And in any case, for an appetizer, a first course, a second course, and a side dish with the "discount," we paid €73, which doesn't seem cheap to me.

11/11/2025: I visited Antico Mulino during a day in San Felice Circeo, and was pleasantly surprised. The restaurant retains a warm and welcoming atmosphere, with a rustic charm reminiscent of old trattorias. The staff is kind, attentive, and always smiling—a rare and much appreciated trait. The cuisine is truly excellent: dishes prepared with fresh ingredients and beautifully presented. I tried (you can insert the dish you ate, for example) the grilled fish and the tonnarelli allo scoglio—both perfect, flavorful without being heavy. The desserts are also worth a mention, especially (insert dessert, if desired). Good value and reasonable service times. It's a place where you can eat well, relax, and experience the true hospitality of Circeo. Highly recommended, whether for a romantic dinner or a lunch with friends. -

26/10/2025: So... The restaurant is in a very quiet location, a bit out of the way, in a small, provincial setting. But it could easily be teleported to Piazza Duomo in Venice or Milan. Because that's the level. The setting is exquisite, modern but with a welcoming attitude, well-lit, with attention to detail and not gaudy. The wood/metal contrast, which I love, is beautiful. The service is excellent, but not stiff, and we immediately felt at ease. Kindness is something that's not usually on the menu, but it's always greatly appreciated. The tasting menu was perfect for us. Two excellent meat appetizers followed by three different cuts of grilled meat, masterfully cooked by chef Mattia, a very young but already highly skilled and equally exquisitely kind chef. We then finished with a delicious house dessert. The wine list is very extensive and offers a wide range of choices, all carefully selected and of a high standard. But if you don't want to spend a fortune on good drinks, they'll be able to advise you very well. The prices are also absolutely reasonable for a restaurant of this caliber. The three of us spent €60 each with a bottle of Barbaresco di Pertinace. It's very difficult for me to beat this level for a steakhouse. Well done Mattia, keep up the good work! We'll see you again soon! October 25: I returned for my birthday with my best friend. It proved to be a truly special place, which will now be one of my all-time favorites.

12/10/2025: Last night we finally managed to find room for three at this grill restaurant! We booked a table, arrived, and sat down! We ordered a mixed grill as per the menu, along with a bottle of good wine...a bit of a wait, but it was worth it...excellent wine, plenty of grilled meat, so delicious we couldn't eat it all...and to finish, some liqueurs offered by the owner.... Excellent value, highly recommended!!!! See you next time...

07/09/2025: Yesterday, September 6, 2025, we went to Mamba!!! I don't know where to start... absolutely EVERYTHING was positive! The waiters were kind, fast, and attentive... congratulations to everyone. It's not a given that you'll find these qualities. Delicious pizza, exquisite dessert (cheesecake). The wait times... practically zero, we came in at 10:15 PM, and by 10:45 PM the pizza was already on the table. The prices??? Affordable, I'd say excellent. As for the meat... until next time, we'll try it!!! CONGRATULATIONS.

04/11/2025: Best grill I've ever tried, the quality of the meat was exceptional, as was the service... super friendly and helpful waiters. Fair prices for the quality of the place. Highly recommended! Remember: the raw trotter is a must!!! The photo shows the truffle tartare, a delicacy!
