16/07/2025: Beautiful place. Gradale Restaurant, Castello di Monterone. We ate truly quality food, the meat was exquisite! The restaurant staff was very attentive and helpful. We even took a tour there and it was fantastic. You can rent rooms. It's also great for ceremonies; in fact, there was a group of English people there who were celebrating their wedding the next day. Beautiful, beautiful, beautiful

12/07/2025: Very nice place, although some details could be improved (for example, the menus could be cleaned up). The food is good, but some of the flavors are a bit off-putting.

03/08/2025: It took 10 minutes to be seated, 15 minutes for the waiter, and 1 hour for the food to arrive. The food looked unappetizing and tasted bad, yet it was expensive.

14/07/2025: Possiamo solo dire di essere più che soddisfatti, come sempre qualità e porzioni abbondanti vanno di pari passo, il servizio poi è lodevole, sia per l'educazione che per la professionalità, con l'antipasto hanno riempito il tavolo di gustosi manicaretti, un secondo poi a base di involtini e agnello alla brace, tenerissimo, e contorno di patate a forno, locale pulito e accogliente con ampio parcheggio all'esterno. Noi lo consigliamo a tutti.

15/06/2025: A fantastic restaurant, from the owners, who are truly Argentinian, to the waiters who speak Spanish. I highly recommend it for authentic Argentine cuisine.

14/08/2025: This place has a magical atmosphere that hasn't changed over the years. Truly one of the most beautiful pubs in Italy, housed in an old mill and run by Italian-English owners. Good selection of Irish draft beers: Guinness, Kilkenny, and even the classic lager, Harp! They also have cider on tap. Excellent cuisine, especially the grilled meat dishes: rump steak (as pictured) is truly excellent, as are the lamb chops and rostelle. The focaccias are also good (I've never tried their pizzas... I've always preferred to play it safe with meat). Some people complain about having to order at the counter, but it's obvious they've never been to an Irish or UK pub, where this type of service is quite common, and in my opinion it further enhances the atmosphere. In any case, the food is then brought to your table by the staff, while everyone must carry their own beers to their seats (with a tray if necessary). My only criticism (hopefully constructive), which didn't affect my rating, is that on my last visit, I saw a friendly young waitress pouring Guinness all at once, without letting it settle before refilling. Knowing that the owners know how to pour excellent Guinness (with the appropriate amount of time), I'd expect them to train their staff so they can consistently serve top-notch stouts, in true Irish style.

02/08/2025: Perhaps a little hampered by its lack of a lakeside location, making it less crowded. This makes it a quiet place, and the friendly staff makes it very welcoming, despite the rather simple decor. 5 stars for the sandwich and fries, and the beer selection. Delicious burger, crispy fries, and wonderful food pairings.

09/08/2025: The restaurant is beautiful and had a lovely atmosphere. However the food was a huge disappointment, being in Italy I was excited to try fresh pasta and I actually had to send mine back!! The pasta was overcooked and the sauce was bland, I literally couldn’t eat it. We also ordered a sharing steak, the waiter brought it to the table and said it was 700g, which we all heard and yet in the receipt we were charged for 800. The salad was nice but I was still very disappointed overall

21/07/2025: This is a great restaurant I found near my accommodation. My wife and I ordered carbonara, T-bone steak, and a bottle of wine. The price-to-quality ratio and taste are both excellent. It was the best price-to-quality ratio restaurant among all the restaurants in Florence, Rome, and southern Italy. 100% willing to visit again

02/08/2025: Fantastic pizza with excellent ingredients! We sensed their passion for cooking with authentic, high-quality ingredients! Delicious porcini mushrooms! We'll be back, definitely at Christmas because we heard they make their own artisanal panettone!

08/08/2025: This place really amazed me! The Milanese cuisine is excellent, well-cooked and beautifully presented, and there are also some unique dishes worth trying. They also offer a summer menu with light, fresh dishes. The restaurant manager, Andrea, is a truly pleasant, kind, and professional person. The bill is always very fair. I recommend it to everyone.

30/07/2025: Stopped one night, camper for two people and dog, excellent place, fantastic views, Lake Campotosto is wonderful, going from 40 minutes to the coolness of 20/25 minutes at night even less, Wonderful, on the pitch, electricity and water fountain a few meters away, bathrooms with hot shower and sinks for dishes, excellent welcome and I recommend you go to the restaurant, dinner fixed menu, but really good.

10/07/2025: Finalmente dopo anni sono riuscito a provare questo ristorante a probabile gestione familiare, consiglitomi anni fa come riferimento per gli amanti della carne. Menù ristretto e di sostanza più che di forma, poche portate ma buone, prendiamo la fiorentina: nulla da dire, ottima cottura e qualità della carne, si vede che sanno il fatto loro a riguardo, anticipandola con il buon antipasto di fagioli ed accompagnandola con delle verdure grigliate, che - bisogna dirlo - erano veramente fatte bene. Personale gentile ed accogliente e prezzi non troppo esosi ma abbastanza in linea al contesto (menù in allegato). Ottima esperienza, ci torneremo.

19/06/2025: Ho aspettato la terza visita per recensire questo locale, posso dire che prodotti veramente ricercati, i contorni da provare e la polenta eccezionale, la Fiorentina parla da sola, l’attenzione che ci mettono nel seguire la cottura e’ pazzesca, ogni volta un emozione nuova !
