Small gem of a bistro, in Via P. di Belmonte, with a very well-kept, warm, welcoming outdoor area in an easy-modern style. Essential menu, including traditional Sicilian and international dishes, including tongs, pleasantly elaborated, paying attention to the seasonality of the raw materials used. Particularly positive note goes to their home made breads and pastas. Decent wine list, unfortunately, latent in the section dedicated to bubbles, full-bodied, instead of excellent cocktails. Friendly, fast helpful service, where a friendly, funny and thoughtful "Patron" is the key. Excellent value for money, especially for the excellent The Fork discounts promptly applied

Our first meal in Palermo. Wonderful food and the highlight is the service and friendliness of the owners and staff. We will definitely be back!

It's nice but compared to other restaurants discovered in Palermo and Sicily, it's really expensive. The food is good, the service friendly. The beef was really not a meat of choice, especially compared to the price

We were there on March 24 and it was such a good experience that we repeated it, some days for lunch and others for dinner. Magnificent restaurant in the center of Palermo, good cuisine, good prices and very professional attention from Oleg and Marina. When we return to Palermo we will repeat. The visit to Palermo was unbeatable, in part thanks to Tritalo. Thank you

I had good food and the staff was really friendly and helpful. When I was leaving, I asked if I could take the water with me and the waitress offer me another bottle of water for free! She didn’t have to do that, considering it was clear that I was just visiting Palermo, and I thought it was a really nice gesture! Well deserved 5⭐️

Excellent and tasty food, friendly and courteous staff. Excellent service. Very nice, welcoming environment. Suitable for those who want to have a quiet dinner away from the chaos of large restaurants. Advise!!!

Buono tutto, quello che abbiamo ordinato.. dall'antipasto di cozze al pomodoro,alla pinza con anduglia e salsiccia della Calabria.. veramente delizioso come lo è stato il titolare Oleg , con Marina attenti e premurosi e sorridenti.. ci ritorneremo sicuramente...e di conseguenza lo consigliamo.. La qualità dei prodotti è piu alta di quanto abbiamo pagato. Bravi.

We stopped at this lovely little restaurant in the downtown area of Palermo for our last night in town. Dinner was superb. Angelo, the Host, recommended we start with a lovely fennel, orange, and sardine salad. The next dish of pasta was also delicious. I left my Fendi shawl on my chair and didn't discover it until I was leaving the city the next morning. I contacted Angelo and he helped me by taking my shawl to the Federal Express office for shipment back to the U.S. I highly recommend the restaurant not only for the food but for the exquisite service!

07/04/2024: The third time I go, the first 2 times I was impressed, the location deserves it, but if I have to drive 30/40 minutes for the quality of the food eaten the last time, then we're not there. Starters and pizzas with lots and lots of oil. This weighs down and ruins everything. Staff very attentive to customers, fast and smiling. Prices have risen quite a bit over time, and parking along the street.

31/03/2024: Very good meat even if the cuts are quite abundant and by abundant I mean more than 300 g each. I would say that it is better to go at least in 3/4 so you can divide the pieces and also the price because it is a little high even if it is worth it. Friendly and welcoming owner.
10/03/2024: The food definitely good. Prices are high but wine is the one with the highest mark-up. Meat costs from 28 to 65 euros per portion (300 grams). So it means that the meat that costs less, they charge over 100 eur/kg (really too much). Furthermore, as can be seen from the receipt, we paid 60 euros for a bottle of aperitif (we had asked for a classic method bubbles aperitif). We never expected 60 euros for a bottle, we expected max 20-22 euros. Then we asked for 1 grappa, and the owner brought 4 glasses insisting that all of us men taste it. Those 4 mini glasses of grappa cost us 24 euros and we hadn't even asked for them. I don't know how it's used in Argentina, but in our country bitters, especially if not requested, are OFFERED. Obviously, as in the photo, the receipt is non-fiscal. Custom in every country apparently.
