20/05/2025: Really pleasant experience at Rueda Gaucha on a quiet Monday in June. A couple's dinner. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming. The meat is the real star: tender, tasty and cooked to perfection, accompanied by tasty side dishes and attentive and friendly service. Excellent value for money too. Ideal for those who love grilled food and want to treat themselves to an evening that is different from the usual. Highly recommended!

18/05/2025: Today 05/18/2025 I had lunch with my wife in this EXCELLENT restaurant located near San Severino Marche precisely Stigliano....initially a lady did not want us to eat. (Because we hadn't booked), then a very kind waiter, probably the son or a relative of the owner, seated us inside this particular little restaurant. We ordered two ravioli with ricotta and a house appetizer for the second course. I have to say that everything was EXCEPTIONALLY GOOD AND QUALITY...homemade pasta and appetizer with really good local cured meats...after having had this very abundant lunch we had two coffees and a grappa...(I would like to point out that we were served by a very kind waitress who was very careful in carrying out her work)....excellent value for money...highly recommended this place for both lunch and dinner...you can also eat outside under a fabulous veranda...the thing I strongly recommend is to BOOK in advance because this place is normally full of customers. 26/01/2025: Fantastic! A particular menu with many interesting and different proposals from the usual. Quality products and beautifully presented. Compliments for the meat processing, we tried various dishes and the meat was always cooked very well, tender and tasty! The revisited gyoza are fantastic and last but not least the desserts are truly remarkable, the crunchy shortcrust pastry is a spectacle. Small and welcoming place, friendly staff and delicious menu. Recommended, can't wait to return!

30/05/2025: Attracted by the reviews, my wife and I decided to try this place. We ordered an appetizer of buffalo mozzarella and hand-cut raw ham, fairly high-quality buffalo mozzarella and good raw ham but cut a little too thick, then we took two "boneless beef" one rare and one medium, when it arrived the meat was first of all cut crooked, that is, on one side very high and on the other thin and with the cooking totally wrong, but the worst is that the meat was very tough, it was hard to eat!. I asked the waiter who was nice and kind throughout the service, if he could kindly ask for the cut of the meat, and the chef told him that it was the entrecote!!! Too bad that since they are in the trade the cut we ate was a rump and NOT an entrecote. If they had been honest I would never have reviewed the lunch. I forgot, on arrival they offered some very good fried polenta!

Perhaps opening a path to other entrepreneurs who have courageously undertaken this path: that of finding an economic dimension to the sense of conviviality and hospitality innate in this community. Therefore in Terre di Levidonia it is not uncommon to have the opportunity to experience the festive tarantellas of the Albidonese tradition. Inside well-designed spaces and environments, greenery, uncontaminated mountains not far from the crystalline and "blue" sea (for many years now).

20/02/2025: Fantastic and welcoming place, well looked after both inside and outside, very kind and attentive staff, we ate all the food typical of the area, but above all of excellent quality cooked as in the past! I tasted my grandmother's cooking again! I highly recommend it

02/05/2025: It is the first time we have come to this restaurant and it was an enchanting discovery. The staff was kind and genuine and the place was traditional in the middle of Tuscan nature. I recommend the first pici with tomato sauce and the fettuccine with mushrooms and minced meat, amazing! We also had a mixed starter and cheesecake and they were delicious too...we will be back! L&S

01/06/2025: Went with my partner and did the churasco menu... everything good including vegetables... there are various rounds of meat and the waiters continue to pass until you decide... and at a certain point you explode🤣... good beer we also took pineapple... maybe I say if it was in an area further away from the chaos of the city it would be top but rightly they are choices. Average final price but now the prices are those. The two of us 98 euros. However we are satisfied and recommend it
