07/08/2024: I have always lived in Parma and I tried this restaurant as a birthday present for myself, with my partner. We opted to create 2 à la carte menus, one from land and one from sea. The quality of the products used is indisputable and the skill with which they are cooked and presented represents an added value that is not easy to find in another restaurant in Parma. Courteous, competent and discreet service, the sommelier was able to recommend the most suitable wines for our dishes. Given what was written previously and the pleasant additions from the kitchen, an expense of around €90 per person in 2024 is below the expense of restaurants of the same level. Unforgettable experience, we will definitely return.

27/08/2024: I came to have dinner here with my parents after they had been there the year before. When we arrived at the restaurant, the staff greeted us kindly and took us to the table. Once we were ready to order they informed us that, despite it being 8pm, they didn't have 2 of the main courses, one of which they wanted to order leaving us a little perplexed. We proceed by ordering 2 appetizers with the bread/pizza basket (6 slices of bread and 3 mini tasters of white focaccia + some good breadsticks). A starter was the very good aubergine creme brulee, with some vegetables (carrots, courgettes, peppers, courgettes) which unfortunately were nothing special. The second appetizer we had was a cold cuts platter which I didn't take a photo of because it wasn't worth it. We received a plate with two types of salami, bacon and ham - there was no value for money. As a first course we ordered spaghetti with white buffalo and leek ragù (fried, not specified) and guinea fowl. The spaghetti had an acidic aftertaste and the fried leek covered everything a bit. The guinea fowl (€16) was good, but the portion seemed excessively small for the price. For wine we took a very very good and highly recommended Syrah. The staff were friendly and helpful, but when we wanted to know what each cold cut was we had to ask more than once, until we finally went and informed the waiter. Repeating the previous year, they modified the menu, breaking down a platter of cured meats, cheeses, vegetables and compotes into distinct dishes. The reason is to avoid the waste involved in the complete aperitif... but making a complete version simply smaller would have been a better idea, and certainly cheaper. Would I go back? No. Would I recommend it? It's a matter of taste and perhaps depends on what one chooses on the menu.

28/08/2024: We had dinner on the balcony. Enchanting location with breathtaking views and very attentive and professional service. Now we come to the food: superb! Fresh fish and refined and refined ingredients, with great skill in the kitchen, have been transformed into truly tasty and delicious dishes. Even a prawn cocktail when the prawns are fresh and quality and the sauce prepared in the right way becomes a specialty. Also noteworthy are the trio of appetizers and as first courses the Mancini linguine and the gnocchi with courgettes and shellfish ragout. All accompanied by an excellent rosé wine from the Marche region. And finally the desserts: the exquisite and truly special artisanal sorbet (must try!) and the tumbler of exotic fruits, a mix of fresh and delicate flavours. Overall, a very positive experience, with the desire to return.

28/08/2024: High expectations but partially disappointed. Although there were free tables with a view (not occupied subsequently, therefore not booked) we were seated in the center of the room with a view blocked. Average dishes and service. Prices in line with other restaurants in the area. We will try again in another period, August, for restaurants it is always quite complicated.

20/07/2024: Sono stata in questo locale per una cena ( tappa al rientro dalle ferie). Come per altri locali, sono stato in questo locale perché mi sono affidata alle recensioni lette qui. Purtroppo, questa volta sono rimasto deluso. Cibo e rapporto qualità/prezzo sono buoni, ma il servizio è stato davvero scadente, uno dei peggiori mai provati :Vino caldo ,40 min per prendere l'ordinazione, terminata la cena chiediamo il caffè a tre persone diverse ma il caffè non è mai arrivato ,peccato che era già segnato. Quella sera per me la qualità del cibo è stata oscurata da un servizio inadeguato.

03/07/2024: Locale molto semplice, cucina casalinga, menu ricco e con tante opzioni, anche vegetariane e vegane, bravi ! Ottime tutte le verdure, l antipasto degli orti e’ da provare , buoni gli spaghetti cacio e pepe, buoni e saporiti anche gli arrosticini ( forse non tenerissimi )

We go out to dinner with the dog, first one and after his loss, this year we brought our puppy, just over a year old, (Saturday 3/08/24 evening for dinner what can I say, always welcomed with open arms .Great food, great service, great everything. A place we love so much. Obviously we will see each other again soon. Thank you ❤️
