12/10/2025: We booked late, at 9:30 PM, and the owner greeted us with a smile and a warm welcome. The meat was exceptional, with a wide selection, and the appetizers and side dishes were also very good. The price was exceptional for the quality of the food! I highly recommend it and hope to return when I'm back in Fiuggi!

08/10/2025: The food was nice, not great, the prices are a bit high, especially of the drinks and desserts, and the view is great, so all in all 4 stars. The location of this restaurant is great! It is inside a beautiful garden of a hotel, with a small lake nearby. We had the lasagna which was great and the pasta with cherry tomatoes and burrata cheese which was good, but very simple. Our child had the schnitzel with chips and the schnitzel was so thin there was barely any chicken in it, which made it hard to eat for a toddler. The tiramisu was also good, a bit heavy. The service was a bit slow, as the restaurant was full. It took us about 10 mins to get the check.

02/10/2025: Absolutely terrible! The Aperol tasted like a cheap alternative and was barely drinkable. The beer served was only half-stale Bavarian beer. The carbonara, a must-try Italian dish, was a complete disaster! Far too much egg, so the pasta was drenched in a disgustingly thick mush! Almost inedible. The pizza was okay, but had nothing to do with authentic Italian. The service preferred to joke around with each other rather than attend to hungry guests. It was sour and the worst food ever.

02/11/2025: The place, although uncomfortable due to the narrow spaces rightly exploited to the maximum, is a little gem, the result of a wise mind. The proverbs that characterize it are wonderful, the bathroom sink is unsurpassable, and even that small antique grinder placed in a corner. But alas, as far as the food is concerned, the waiting times are truly biblical, but these are expected since it is more or less the 4th time we have been to this place. But the serious problem arises if after a long wait the arrosticini arrive rare and raw. I am sorry but the excuse of the waitress (also annoyed) that artisanal ones should be served like this a little undercooked does not hold up, especially with a local who has been eating arrosticini for longer than her and who also raises sheep... However, we must acknowledge in their favor that the appetizers are always 10/10.

27/11/2025: I'm from Palmanova, but I go to AL BAFFO every 15-20 days for lunch. I can only say: Everything was good, from appetizers to dessert, the service was friendly, and the price was fair. I have to go back soon for my birthday, so I recommend it to everyone. And even if I spend €70-80, it's worth it.

03/11/2025: A lovely little place to enjoy excellent meat. The butcher's counter is very well stocked. They don't take reservations, but you walk in on a first-come, first-served basis, choose your meat, and then sit inside the small room at your assigned table. You can also order delicious local appetizers, and I highly recommend the baked potatoes drizzled with excellent local olive oil. I've been there twice and will definitely return for top-quality meat. My group and I ordered entrecôte, diaphragm, zampina, and their fabulous breaded bombette. The entrecôte and diaphragm literally melted in your mouth and were cooked to perfection, all accompanied by an excellent house Primitivo. My rating? 10 out of 10.

07/11/2025: Very nice atmosphere, but as far as customer service goes, it's lacking. Our table was next to the meat corner. My seat was 60 cm from the butcher's cutting board, so I spent the evening with dried-out cleaver tumors on the back of my head. As soon as we arrived, they asked if we'd like a welcome drink. Then, for 25 minutes, no one came by. It was impossible to access the menu with the QR code because Wind didn't have reception, and the Wi-Fi password wasn't listed. The tartare was good, but the pistachio pesto was very salty, industrial in my opinion. The lard and burrata crostini were oven-warmed, so they were a bit heavy. We had to ask for the bread. The meat was definitely good, but there's better out there. Last but not least, my husband goes to pay, pays in cash, and only once home does he realize it's not a receipt. Definitely not.

02/11/2025: A rustic and very refined atmosphere, the food is delicious, with attention to every detail. As soon as you enter, you're greeted by a display case of beautiful meat. To pass the time, they brought us a bruschetta with ragù and a glass of prosecco. My table had a view of the butcher shop; I couldn't take my eyes off the meat on display. Our waiter, Willy, is a charming, convivial, and very knowledgeable character, who took us on this spectacular journey of flavors. I highly recommend coming to this place and being served by that waiter.

07/10/2025: El Porteño Prohibido offers a unique, scenic experience, with Argentine cuisine and live tango performances. The atmosphere is elegant and engaging, perfect for special evenings. The food is good, but if you're looking for meat, it's not the best: the entrecôte and lomo Argentino, while tender, are lacking in flavor.

11/11/2025: An excellent restaurant located in the historic center of Viterbo, perfect for grilled meat lovers. It offers a wide selection of both dry-aged and undryed meats; the well-prepared first courses are also excellent. That said, the service is quite quick and attentive with both ordering and serving, and the prices are excellent considering the type of restaurant. The only downsides (hence the 4 stars) are the beautiful ambiance, but the dining room smells of cooking, and the bathrooms are dated and a bit dirty... a shame for a place like this. We'll be back soon to try other meats, hoping these issues will be resolved in the meantime.

08/11/2025: The restaurant entrance from the street looks like you're entering the kitchen through the service entrance. There's no pizza on the menu, only in Italian; no one speaks English. I wanted to eat the meat like in the photo and in the display case in the aisle, but I had to eat pasta generously sprinkled with Parmesan for myself and my son, who didn't eat it because it was too salty for him. There were plenty of people sitting there munching on something. The fituccini with mushrooms was delicious.
