13/10/2025: Such an amazing restaurant! Fast service, friendly staff, and above all delicious food! Picked my steak out the fridge myself...was a nice touch!

06/10/2025: We went there spontaneously without a reservation, which wasn't a problem at all. Both dishes were delicious, especially the red cabbage, which went perfectly with the burger and sausage. If you like IPA beer, you'll also enjoy the Tropicana beer.

12/09/2025: We visited this restaurant, and although the food was decent (we ate meat), We had booked through The Fork, confident we'd received the 50% discount as advertised on the app. Only when we received the bill were we informed that the promotion had been canceled two days earlier, without any prior notice from them. The result: we ended up paying €350 instead of €175, and according to the manager, it wasn't their problem. I find this behavior improper and unprofessional: if you accept a reservation with certain conditions, the customer shouldn't be left in the dark until it's time to pay. In conclusion, decent food but poor management: a disappointing experience, we won't be returning and we strongly advise against it.

09/09/2025: Americans here! 👋 First time in Italy, just doing Rome this trip. We were told the food in Italy was outstanding, but we struggled to find something different but authentic Italian. We stumbled across this place, and it is AMAZING! It was so good the first night, we craved it and went back 2 days later. The owner waited on our table, he is a very kind gentlemen and pleasant to talk to! He really knows his food and wine! He is passionate about his restaurant which shows in the top quality service, well-kept establishment, and the quality of the food!! Im not one to leave reviews, but I am telling you that you have to eat here! The poached egg appetizer is to die for and the filet mignon was arguably one of the best Ive ever had! (And I've had a lot of steak from famous restaurants) my mother and I shared a lot of our food and they split it up for us. My mother's favorite was the black truffle risotto.

02/09/2025: One of my favorite restaurants.... Traditional home-cooked cuisine, both meat and fish, is excellent. Service is top-notch, the staff is always smiling and attentive, ensuring guests are never lacking in anything. There's a stunning view of the Marche hills, an outdoor pool open in the summer, and rooms to complete your stay at Villa Montotto. Well done.

For nine people, including a starter, main course, side dishes, and dessert, we spent €370. Perhaps the tagliata (a sliced ​​steak) was a bit more expensive. The wait between courses is a bit longer than average at other restaurants. We might return to see if the prices could be lowered by eliminating the tagliata (a sliced ​​steak) and less grilled meat.

24/09/2025: Buca Lapi was the food highlight of our visit to Florence. Every element of the experience was excellent. First, the service was stellar from the moment we arrived. Our server, Franca, was extremely knowledgable, friendly, and professional. She helped us choose a wonderful bottle of wine (picture included) and explained the menu in great detail. Next, the food was amazing -- we loved the pasta (tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms), chicken cacciatore, and Florentine steak.. Make sure you visit this restaurant when you stay in Florence -- you won't regret it (especially if Franca is your server).

My wife and I were welcomed with such warmth and care that it truly made our experience unforgettable. Rudy, the director, greeted us like old friends, and the entire team followed suit — friendly smiles, attentive service, and genuine hospitality from start to finish. The wine cellar is absolutely stunning, with an impressive selection that perfectly complements the rich flavors of the Brazilian barbecue. And the caipirinha — made with fresh lime and authentic cachaça — was a delicious reminder of home, served with flair and precision. It’s inspiring to see Brazilian barbecue crossing borders with such authenticity and excellence. Congratulations to Jeff for taking our culinary tradition global, and hats off to Rudy for representing it so beautifully in Italy. Barbacoa Milan isn’t just a restaurant — it’s a slice of Brazil in the heart of Europe. We’ll definitely be back! 08/10/2025: Highly not recommended, crazy prices! Nice location, friendly staff, but zero service. They dropped my Spritz when it was still halfway through the glass and didn't bring another. The appetizers were all in oil, a zero, the meat was incredibly tough. They have 5-6 types of meat, a zero, and 2-3 types of desserts, literally! But at least those were "good." Value for money: zero. You pay for the location, the food is zero. It's not expensive, it's very expensive. I hate to sound mean, but honestly... it all stuck in my stomach. The meat, besides being tough, is incredibly heavy and indigestible. TOTAL DISAPPOINTMENT!

29/08/2025: Excellent food, friendly staff, and beautiful rooms decorated in a welcoming, homely style. I tried the flavorful and super stringy pizzoccheri, followed by the venison medallions with taragna polenta. The meat was incredibly tender and perfectly cooked!
