Everything was delicious, the service was quick (Marianna was exceptional), and the place was clean and well-kept! But the knives didn't cut anything! Big but useless!

Nice place near Castel Romano, excellent service, we did the all-you-can-eat option, thanks to Michelle, who was very kind, very polite, and always smiling, which is essential in this line of work. Recommended

My wife and I had lunch at Roadhouse and had a truly positive experience. We ordered the basket of ribs, which were incredibly tender and flavorful, cooked to perfection. We also ordered a selection of appetizers, which turned out to be a great choice: tasty mini burgers, crispy onion rings, gooey cheese balls, and well-breaded and juicy chicken strips. All this was accompanied by two truly excellent sauces, which enhanced the dishes even more. The service was quick and the atmosphere informal, perfect for a relaxed lunch. We'll definitely be back!

15/11/2025: As with the rest of the chain, the meat is very good. Here in Guidonia, the atmosphere is relaxed and the staff is friendly. I'm not adding photos because I don't usually take pictures of dishes; I prefer to spend time with those around me. 😉😁 I ordered the lunch menu, a very generous salad with chicken, hard-boiled egg, green beans, and cherry tomatoes. Excellent!

04/05/2026: I had the pleasure of dining at this restaurant, and the experience was simply wonderful. From the first moment, you sense a welcoming atmosphere, meticulously crafted down to the smallest detail, making you feel instantly at ease. The staff is extremely kind, professional, and attentive, always ready to recommend the best dishes and cater to every need with a smile. The service is impeccable, never intrusive, but always present at the right time. The cuisine is the restaurant's true strength: dishes prepared with fresh, high-quality ingredients, elegantly and sophisticatedly presented. Each course is an explosion of flavors, well-balanced and never boring. The chef's passion and attention to detail are clearly evident. The wine selection is also excellent, perfectly paired with the dishes, helping to make the experience even more complete.
