10/09/2025: They pretty much have every single kind of capsule and flavour you would ever need. Owner is polite, knowledgeable and very welcoming.

04/09/2025: It's easy for me. I love their pastries... Intense but pure cream without too many frills. The croissant pastry is "dense" and delicious. The cream puffs are truly filled. Not those cheap, cheesy cream puffs. And then they're kind and courteous. Is there anything else I can say? Yes, they're small, but that's precisely why they look like little wedding favors.

17/09/2025: We had a delicious meal at Quarantuno! The owners are incredibly friendly and welcoming. We walked by at 6:00 PM with our two young children, looking for an early dinner. Although they normally don't open until 7:00 PM, they opened an hour early especially for us. And the food was excellent! One of the best dinners we had during our vacation. The combination of their hospitality, the lovely atmosphere, and the high quality of the food makes Quarantuno an absolute must-visit. We will definitely be back when we're in Pietrasanta again!

06/10/2025: We come once or twice a year to this splendid facility with its warm thermal waters. This time, the beautiful October days allowed us to fully enjoy all the pools and amenities, something that hadn't been possible last time due to the prohibitively cold temperatures. Therefore, the two outdoor pools, with cooler water temperatures and not connected from the inside, were closed. The grounds are immaculately maintained. The bistro, accessible from the pools, offers quick lunches in your bathrobe and aperitifs with beautiful sunsets. The rooms are a bit small, although equipped with all the comforts, but they are very clean. We ate very well at the restaurant for dinner.

05/10/2025: The ultimate in tranquility and relaxation. A welcoming environment, a soothing and relaxing atmosphere. Numerous outdoor pools, as well as a very large indoor pool with very hot water jets. A room with infrared chairs to relieve pain.... rooms with relaxation chairs. An on-site bar and restaurant. Worth a try.

02/10/2025: A good place to eat fast food. Nice atmosphere and reasonable prices.

12/09/2025: A nice pub on a side street downtown. We ordered fries and fried and grilled chicken. Nothing to complain about the food, in fact, the chicken was actually good and well-cooked. Unfortunately, we may have been there on a bad night with limited staff, so the wait was long. The fries arrived almost immediately, and the other dishes took about an hour, which was too long. If the place is quite busy and the wait staff is short, the owners, in my humble opinion, shouldn't waste time chatting with friends at the counter, but rather help the wait staff bring food to customers who are waiting to eat and order. It's a shame because the place is very nice and the menu is extensive and varied, but perhaps the prices are a bit high.

10/10/2025: Almost nothing puts me in a good mood like eating fainá or cecina. The variety to choose from when making a sandwich is endless! I chose one filled with cecina alone. Delicious. And she recommended I try "Spuma," a delicious non-alcoholic fizzy drink. Prices vary depending on what you want to add. A regular sandwich with just cecina is around €5. A small place with high tables outside and a small bar inside. I highly recommend it. Super vegan-friendly 🧡

12/09/2025: A colleague and I were in Sansepolcro for work. Looking for a quiet place to eat, we stumbled upon this typical Tuscan osteria. As soon as we entered, I was immediately struck by a beautiful drum kit—a musical instrument I play—which made me think the owner was a musician as well as a restaurateur, and I wasn't wrong. But let's not beat around the bush and talk about the place and the food instead. We were greeted by a very professional, kind, polite, and above all knowledgeable young woman who offered advice and clarification both during the selection process and when it came time to serve our dishes, clearing up any doubts and concerns. We sat on the outdoor veranda, as it was a beautiful day today, and ordered the menu, which you can easily find online. I won't list it here, but I want to tell you about what I ate! I had a mixed antipasto with delicacies from days gone by, a wonderful warm liver pâté on warm toasted bread, a panzanella like I hadn't had in a long time, not to mention a wonderful crostini with caramelized onions, as well as cold cuts and excellent cheeses. Then I ordered pici all'aglione, made with a sauce of green tomatoes and, of course, aglione, on which I was advised to grate some fresh Pienza pecorino, grind some pepper, and drizzle with a drizzle of Tuscan DOP olive oil! The pasta wasn't dry, but fresh pici with a fantastic consistency. They were perfect, perhaps—and I'm not exaggerating—the best pici all'aglione I've ever eaten! I want to compliment chef Batterista and his staff. Highly recommended.

09/10/2025: Another bar that is losing its image and beauty, I am an occasional customer and this allows me to notice the differences, a little over a year ago I entered for the first time in this beautiful pastry shop attracted by windows and shelves full of color, order and abundance, rich staff and excellent products, over time every time I happened to stop for a sandwich or a business lunch, I noticed that the windows were increasingly poorer, that the staff was constantly changing and that the visual pleasure of niches and shelves was increasingly impoverished, lately I have been there three times after the summer break of the holidays finding several times a single person at the counter, who although with smiles, kindness, professionalism and a strong desire to satisfy customers, struggled to cover the coffee counter and pastry counter, I ignorantly believe that a bar of such importance and size with an internal room, external platform with prices that are anything but cheap should have a much more dignified imprint, the window with two fake trees, shelves with little more than a few bottles, a few packages The sheer number of sweets placed just to brighten up the till and the lack of staff make one think that this place is no longer so beloved. In the wake of such choices, which undoubtedly penalise customers during the inevitable wait, I sadly wonder where those bows that adorned boxes of chocolates, flowers, baskets and that abundance of refinement of special products that have been missing for too long have gone... It's sad that only the coffee, cappuccinos and pastries that are always excellent and which still speak of professionalism and love for one's work are saved from such mediocrity. I hope to find you more beautiful next time because you were like a jewel in the crown that set you apart from many other almost banal bars.

25/09/2025: Good breakfasts, delicious aperitifs. The staff is dynamic and friendly. Unfortunately, the restaurant is very small in the central area, and relies on outdoor patios, some of which are subject to the weather. And the tables are too close together. Last night, the electricity went out constantly. Not exactly great.

07/10/2025: Quiet restaurant with slightly dated decor, but good service and food. Both meat and fish menus feature high-quality ingredients. For two, we ate two hot appetizers and two spaghetti allo scoglio, coffee and sorbet, no wine. €70 for two. If you're in the area, stop by; it's worth it.
