The property is easy to reach by car and has nearby parking. The environment is meticulously maintained, even outside. The staff is welcoming and very helpful with any request.
The hotel offers every comfort; we never left: there's a bar, bistro, and restaurant that offer excellent food, and a beautiful and very welcoming atmosphere. The pools are well-designed, and the water was just the right temperature. Since we were there on a Saturday night, we used the pools until midnight, and even though it was the end of January, it was wonderful.
We also treated ourselves to a small massage, which I highly recommend.
Overall, it was an excellent experience. Congratulations!

11/01/2026: When we're in Castiglioncello, we happen to stop by this restaurant. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, as is the owner, who knows how to cater to her customers' every need. The desserts are excellent.

24/11/2025: I celebrated my 30th birthday here. Everything was perfect! The dishes were carefully prepared and delicious. The service was perfect. Giulia was very nice and gave great advice, even on the menu. I'll definitely be back and I recommend it 100%!!

I had lunch with a friend and we ordered the same appetizer, consisting of lightly toasted crostini topped with porcini mushrooms and provola cheese; a true delight. For my first course, I enjoyed a delicate and flavorful purple cabbage risotto. My friend ordered pappardelle with wild boar sauce, which she also found to be perfect. The portions are generous and very satisfying.

I just went to the pastry shop, I ordered some pastries to go, she told me €7.20, I asked if I could please have a small bag, she corrected it to €7.30, I paid, she left me a paper bag with the pastries and bag aside, I was wearing a helmet and gloves under my arm, I tried to bag them myself... I would like to be treated like a customer!!!! It should be a pleasure, but instead I left feeling disappointed.

22/03/2026: Today, after a volleyball game, 30 of us went for lunch. There was no set menu, so everyone chose what they wanted. The food was excellent! The "fantastic" restaurant owner and his assistants were super quick and patient with our requests. Everything was super!
