The ordering process isn't the fastest because all orders fall to a single employee who works tirelessly... but she manages to get back on track in case of delays, both in her manner and by pushing for faster service in the kitchen. The fish is fresh and delicious. The atmosphere is like a true osteria, where you feel right at home. Highly recommended.

We visited this restaurant in Piombino for a family lunch and had a wonderful meal: fresh, well-cooked fish and excellent service in a small but welcoming atmosphere. We'll be back as soon as possible. Highly recommended.

Excellent restaurant, very fresh fish, friendly and fast service. The boiled octopus is a must-try, it's the best I've ever eaten. Finally, ask the waiters, not the waitresses, for the Wi-Fi password. It's all a plan. I'll definitely be back.

Great experience, a welcoming place with people like Francesca who are truly welcoming. I've never had such good spaghetti with squid ink. Mangiafoco is the best restaurant on the coast. Oh! He's a real Mangiafoco if you look at him. Everything is good. Congratulations.

If you pass through Piombino, and it's worth it, Mangiafoco is the osteria not to be missed, starting with the owner, aka Mangiafoco, because I assure you it's him... in addition to the incredible resemblance, he is an excellent chef and artist of the so-called "poor man's fish", anchovies with onions, wonderful stockfish, horse mackerel and above all the octopus that the chef makes is starred, impossible to describe, it deserves to be eaten, in addition of course to excellent fish first courses and catch of the day!

Excellent seafood dishes. Quality ingredients. I recommend trying all the appetizers, the highlight of which is the boiled octopus. Among the first courses, the lobster linguine is exceptional. Reservations are recommended, even during the week.
