09/05/2025: We had dinner at this restaurant one evening in May. The dishes are good, quality products, very generous portions. The restaurant offers the local specialty: fish couscous which is very good. Norma pasta too. The service is attentive but the room is a little noisy.

07/05/2025: A very nice and particular place where we had a wonderful dinner with friends. Spectacular tuna tartare and carpaccio. Delicious caponata served in a phyllo pastry basket. Excellent fish busiate and fabulous swordfish rolls. Good wine and kindness and courtesy of the chef and his staff.

21/04/2025: Questa gente si è montata la testa. Hanno fatto in modo che si possa entrare solo con modalità assurde e senza senso. Niente più servizio al banco: anche se vuoi un misero caffè devi sederti e farti spennare. Il caffè era anche un modo per entrare e vedet3 i cimeli all'interno, adesso è come se dovessi pagare u ticket di ingresso, perchè tale è il costo se devi sederti e consumare. Avete in mano un luogo storico, e state facendo in modo di farlo morire: bravi. E togliete quel tizio con la coppola che fa da pseudo-buttafuori all'ingresso, e si permette pure di spintonare: con tutto il rispetto, ma chi vi credete di essere?

Carefully prepared and balanced dishes worthy of starred chefs with excellent quality local products. Francesco and Piero are kind, friendly and know how to welcome their guests and make them feel at home. The passion and enthusiasm they put into what they do is evident. If I return, in addition to returning to taste the food, I will also stop in their B&B.

07/05/2025: Small cozy hotel. maintained and managed by the owner with love and passion for the cause. In a quiet location near the sea. Comfortable rooms with outdoor terraces to sit on. There is a large swimming pool with a bar for relaxing. A good breakfast will delight you in the morning. We would love to return.

The place is cared for down to the smallest details, with an intimate and welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel at home right away. The decor is elegant but simple, with light tones and floral details that make the environment relaxing and pleasant. The service was impeccable: the staff is extremely kind, attentive and helpful, capable of making every customer feel pampered and welcomed. Moving on to the food, every dish was a delight! We started with a hot mixed appetizer: croquettes, panelle, chips perfectly golden and tasty. The pizza with salmon, buffalo mozzarella and Greek yogurt was simply exceptional: soft and well-cooked dough, very fresh ingredients and well-balanced flavors. Highly recommended for both a romantic dinner and a quiet evening with friends or family. We will definitely be back!

14/05/2025: Yesterday evening, accompanied by a friend, I went for the first time to this bistro in the center of Palermo. The place is sober with wooden tables of excellent size and well spaced from each other. The jazz music in the background accompanies without disturbing. We started with a mixed fried squid and baby squid, followed by spaghetti with sea urchins, certainly the best I have ever tasted. All accompanied by a good "Feudo Arancio" grill. A special note goes to the waitress who pampered us throughout the service with impeccable professionalism and friendliness. When I return to Palermo it will certainly be an essential stop. Highly recommended.
