14/05/2026: This is my husband and I's second evening at this delightful restaurant. I can confirm the positive experience we had last night. FRESH FISH!! An excellent first course: Busiate alla trapanese, which my husband ordered "complete": with the addition of potatoes and fried eggplant. I should emphasize that even the potatoes were fresh, not frozen! Second course: Catch of the day: I chose the red mullet cooked alla trapanese: baked with cherry tomatoes, capers, and olives, a delight. My husband had mussel soup. Simply delicious. All generous portions. Water, coffee €67. A price we haven't found anywhere else serving fish in Trapani. PS: A small, much appreciated touch: coffee accompanied by an amaretto. Thank you, chef!

30/06/2026: Strolling through the streets of Modica, we stumbled upon this charming osteria. Everything we tasted was a feast for the eyes and the palate, truly unforgettable!

20/06/2026: I visited this restaurant after it was recommended to me as a "hidden gem." I'm very grateful for the kind service I received despite my unfamiliarity with ordering. The swordfish rolls called "Involtini," recommended by the staff, were incredibly delicious. They were unbelievably good. The vongole was also superb; the flavors were perfectly balanced, with each ingredient complementing the others without being overpowering. Compared to Japan, Italian portions are larger, so I couldn't order many dishes, but this is definitely a restaurant I want to return to. Next time, I'll definitely order the swordfish rolls, and I'd also like to try other pasta dishes!

06/06/2026: A wonderful gem I stumbled upon while wandering through the narrow alleys of Syracuse. I’m already a big fan of Guinness on tap, but it paired so perfectly with the unique vibe and charm of Syracuse. The music was also fantastic! It was a truly memorable experience.

11/06/2026: A unique venue! The wait staff is courteous and attentive to guests' requests. Their recommended first courses are exceptional. I've never seen such a varied and well-stocked white and red wine cellar, with such high-quality bottles. Considering the top quality and portion sizes, the prices are below average. What can I say? We'll be back to try other delicacies.

30/07/2026: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had dinner here last night and was truly satisfied. The fish was incredibly fresh, perfectly cooked, and with flavors that clearly demonstrated high quality. Each course was a pleasant surprise, definitely above average. The value for money is also excellent: fair prices for what you get. The location is simply stunning, with attention to detail and the perfect atmosphere for a relaxing evening. A restaurant I would definitely recommend to anyone who loves good fish and is looking for a beautiful place to eat well.

22/07/2026: I highly recommend the horse meatballs. They sound so-so, but they taste delicious. Definitely try them. They're the best in Catania.

07/08/2026: I returned after 8 years precisely because I had such a wonderful memory of this place. I was happy to return and discover that it's still that place, if not something more. In addition to the attentive and kind service, there is attention to detail and research in the cuisine. The food is exquisite 😋.

06/08/2026: In the beating heart of beautiful Catania, Buatta is a welcoming and familiar place. The staff is extremely friendly, the beers are fresh and delicious, and the food is refined, well-served, and delicious. Everything is truly beautiful and delicious: a must-try!

10/08/2026: A lovely place! We signed up for the guided tour and it was fantastic; young and old alike loved it, especially the chocolate tasting ;). The young woman speaks excellent French. I highly recommend it!

03/08/2026: A truly excellent discovery: we went for dinner last Sunday (four people, including two girls). We had mussel soup as an appetizer (delicious!), pasta with clams as a first course, and tuna with caramelized onions as a second course, plus sea bass with pistachio cream: EVERYTHING TRULY EXCELLENT!!!! Definitely worth trying again, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!

08/06/2026: I went to Syrah because the supermarket cashier recommended it to me, since we were on vacation, and I can't thank her enough! It was a wonderful discovery. As soon as we walked in, we immediately felt at ease: the place is welcoming, well-kept, and spotlessly clean, with a truly pleasant atmosphere. The staff was incredibly kind and always smiling, making us feel welcome from start to finish. But the real surprise was the food: the sardine tart and the squid ink medallion were simply exceptional, the baked potatoes were truly exquisite, and the couscous with scorpion fish was simply marvelous. When you find a place that combines excellent food, courtesy, and such a pleasant atmosphere, you can't help but leave happy. We'll definitely be back and will recommend it to anyone vacationing in San Vito. Congratulations to all the staff! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

06/06/2026: Hi. We're two women from Bolzano. We spent a week on vacation in San Vito and twice at Syrah! Beautiful restaurant with a stunning atmosphere. Inside, there's a dining room and a garden, and outside on Via Savoi there's more seating! Excellent dinner. Look at the photos, and also the excellent wine list, etc. Very kind staff!!
