TLDR: excellent and very knowledgeable staff; unique and delicious chocolates! Natalia walked us through the process of their chocolate-making and all the innovative techniques and experiments that made their chocolates stand out from the traditional Modica chocolatiers. They have one line of chocolates that they developed with a research lab to enhance the health properties of cocoa beans. They also have another line of chocolates that they age to infuse flavors from different ingredients without having to disturb the composition of the chocolate itself. Their chocolates are a tad bit pricier than others, but totally worth it because they are so unique!

It's my first time visiting this place where you can buy Modica chocolate and taste the various varieties. I truly fell in love with this Modica chocolate. The taste experience is unlike any other. You can taste the quality of the ingredients, light years away from the classic chocolates we buy in supermarkets. The friendly staff made the whole experience even better. I'll definitely be back as soon as I can... and I bitterly regret only buying two 🤦
