20/08/2025: The place is nice but the service leaves a little to be desired, the food is not bad but nothing special.

15/08/2025: It's a pizzeria restaurant offering a menu with several options, including appetizers, first courses, second courses, pizzas, and desserts. It has a fairly spacious outdoor area. Upon entering, you're greeted by a welcoming indoor dining room, which leads to an outdoor dining area during the summer. We ordered two appetizers, two pizzas, water, cola, orange juice, and two coffees, and to our surprise, they even offered us lemon sorbet! The place is beautiful and elegant, perfect for an evening dinner with friends or family in a truly refined atmosphere. The staff is well-trained and all serve tables quickly, polite, and smiling, making guests feel at ease. The owners are also truly affable and friendly. Overall, we had a great time and will gladly return.

30/08/2025: Excellent restaurant. Great service, top quality food at reasonable prices. Waiter Davide was really friendly. He has a start up vineyard in Castelmola and we tried a bottle of his Vigna Georgina N AREA C.da Luppineria. Very good wine! Highly recommend this restaurant, you won’t be disappointed.

L'atmosfera era accogliente e curata nei dettagli, perfetta per festeggiare un evento importante in un ambiente rilassato ed elegante . Il servizio è stato impeccabile: gentilezza, attenzione e professionalità da parte di tutto lo staff. I piatti erano ben presentati e deliziosi, con ingredienti di alta qualità. 09/08/2025: Welcoming atmosphere, very friendly staff, excellent food. We spent four nights in the area and only ate at Dottor Fish on three nights because it was closed on the fourth. We'll definitely be back next time we're in the area.

07/08/2025: Definitely the best place to eat well and affordably. Many places in the area tend to put on a show but then offer subpar service and food. Doctor Fish is a safe bet: clean and welcoming, excellent service, excellent dishes and fresh fish, and very good pizza. The desserts are varied and very tasty. The only flaw is perhaps the tiramisu, which fell short of expectations, but then again, you can't have everything. After several experiences at other places (and rightly so, when you're on vacation, you want to see new places), we've decided to always eat there. The waiters are very friendly and attentive. Even if you're more than 10 km away, we recommend trying it. It's almost impossible to find better in the area.

02/08/2025: I stopped by randomly to grab a quick gelato before leaving and was pleasantly surprised by the excellent quality and generous amount of gelato in the cup. They only have a few flavors available, but that's not a bad thing. Few but good! Next time I'll try the granita; it looks great! The staff is kind and friendly.

29/07/2025: The food was good, although we ate the simple baked goods available at most bars. The difference is the super friendly and helpful staff, always with a smile on their faces, which is obviously difficult at 5:00 AM. The place is modern, clean, and elegant, easily accessible, and close to the ferry dock. Highly recommended.

10/08/2025: We were extremely impressed with John's food and services. We had the best breakfast in Catania. He's no BS and he delivers the best quality food and coffee. We absolutely loved it. He personally makes everything on the menu from scratch. From the dough of the cornetto to the pistachio cream, to the roasting of his own coffee beans. Wish we knew this earlier and we'd have gone every morning!!

01/08/2025: Lunch on August 1, 2025. Nice place, not very big, a bit further away from the bustle of the center, friendly and professional staff. We ordered pasta alla norma. Good and plentiful. For main courses, sausages and side dishes, and other main courses, grilled sea bass, both good. The only downside, even though we arrived late, was the wait between courses. Bathrooms are separated.

18/06/2025: Una buena granita con muchos sabores y que sabía fresco y no de una botella. Cuando fuimos el frente de la tienda estaba cubierto de andamios, lo que restó un poco de la experiencia, pero no la culpa de la cafetería. Comimos naranja sanguinolento y café granita. Ambos deliciosos.

25/08/2025: One of Alcamo's excellences. Its arancini are a must and its ice cream is truly exceptional. Consumption can take place at the counter or comfortably seated on the upper floor and from the terrace you can also enjoy the view of Piazza Ciullo.

24/08/2025: I can confirm that the cannoli and arancini are excellent, perhaps the latter being the best I've had in Sicily. The bar is located in the heart of Alcamo. Excellent.

21/08/2025: I went for dinner. The pizza was average, the sandwiches were excellent and filling. The staff were courteous and friendly, and the prices were quite reasonable for the area and the time of year. I highly recommend them.

23/08/2025: Excellent for quality and service. Wide selection of pastries, granitas, and ice creams. All delicious and worth trying. In the morning, breakfast for all tastes: savory and sweet, but always fresh and fragrant. My morning recommendation: ricotta biscuits...a delight....

28/08/2025: Service: 4/5 The staff was truly helpful and attentive: they answered all our questions with courtesy and professionalism, earning a solid 4. Ambience: 4/5 The ambience, especially thanks to the tables set up in the small square in front, is very pleasant and contributes to the atmosphere: another solid 4. Food: 2/5 Unfortunately, the "all you can eat" experience was completely disappointing, so much so that I wouldn't want to repeat it. Potatoes: Really good—crunchy, not greasy, and made with real potatoes, not frozen. A definite plus. The rest of the dish: a disaster. The accompanying sauces, served in sachets, betray a low-cost choice, the bread in the mini burgers was store-bought (real buns would be another story), and the meat was minimal, literally "drowned" in sauces. The result? You end up eating only bread and sauces. The "regular" sandwiches we saw served at other tables looked well-made and inviting—it's a shame that the all-you-can-eat option fell far short of expectations. Conclusion A real shame: we'd happily return just to try a "real" sandwich, hoping for a better culinary experience.
