23/09/2025: We sat in a quit empty place but even though I speak Italian fluent and twice tried to get the waitress attention she complety ignored our company. The second time she instead smalltalked about where her parents came from with some other guests and just past us by. So don't bother go there, just walk about 75 meters away to a small but charming street nearby where you won't be ignored at the bars and restaurants.

13/09/2025: A nice place to relax after visiting all these beautiful Palermo cathedrals and monasteries. Otherwise — quite a basic place but with friendly staff. The bellini was refreshing!

12/06/2025: I love this place and its delicious pastries. We went there for brunch: I ordered a bagel and it was very hard. We were sitting on velvet chairs that were wobbly and had the sides of the backs very damaged on the inside. The service is great and the prices are a little higher than average

10/10/2025: A Sunday at the lake, and the perfect ending for the stomach was eating in this square. Clean place. Attentive staff. Accurate service. My focaccia was delicious, and the wagyu carpaccio was excellent. Desenzano, with all its lights, is always beautiful.

20/09/2025: We had breakfast at this bar. The owner is a history encyclopedia. He gave us a tour and directions for visiting Palermo that not even an expert tour guide would provide.

03/09/2025: Welcoming place with live music, the problem is that even though they work with 2 ovens they do a lot of takeaway and therefore from the moment you order it can take more than an hour and a half before they bring the pizzas to the table.

09/06/2025: Welcoming atmosphere, highly qualified and professional staff, live music present but never intrusive; engaging and aggregating. The food is EXCELLENT and the final cost is affordable for everyone. We sat down at 1:30 pm to leave at 6 pm. We didn't notice the time passing at all, having fun and relaxing and the manager absolutely doesn't ask you to vacate the table. They are fabulous and I recommend it to everyone. Angelo

12/10/2025: Even though we were sitting at the restaurant, the sandwich arrived cold and a little dry. Cold fries A little disappointed.

14/09/2025: A great discovery! Tried it with the whole family and highly recommended! Excellent burgers, sandwiches, and dishes. We often visit Altamura and will definitely return. All the staff are well done. 👍

10/10/2025: Tourist trap restaurant. If your tour guide recommends a 3 course meal with fish, pasta, and dessert for 30 euros that means cheap tilapia, spaghetti with canned tuna and tiramisu with not even proper mascarpone. These restaurants solely exist to scalp tourists.

14/10/2025: We chose this hotel as we needed a parking spot and we didn’t mind driving to go to the city. Price and quality do not match. Arrived at night after a long drive and the receptionists were nothing but kind or welcoming. It was disappointing to see that behaviour. While we were bringing our luggage upstairs they were staring at us until the elevator door closed. They informed us about breakfast and its price in a very rude way, assuming that we wouldn’t be interested. To be fair the next day we left our things at the reception desk for a couple of hours and the lady we met in the morning was great. Smiling and helpful. When we returned to pick them up the stuff was changed again and the issues remained. Rude and dismissing and didn’t even say goodbye. It’s next to a gas station which is helpful and it’s 20 minutes from the Bari and the port. If you’re planning to stay here for some peace and quiet please don’t. We were allowed to stay in the room until 11 but woke up very early as the cleaners kept banging things on the rooms above and next to us. Very disappointing experience.

23/10/2025: We celebrated my son's graduation on October 21st this year. We had a wonderful time. The service was impeccable, the food was excellent and plentiful. Not to mention the staff, Mario and Arianna, two wonderful young people, professional and always smiling, as were the staff in the dining room. I recommend Bar Tomaso. The quality and price are impeccable. Not to mention the hospitality towards those who choose them for a social gathering during the day. Thanks, Mario.

11/10/2025: We sat down for coffee. The service was quick, perhaps even too quick, as the cups were taken away as soon as I'd finished my drink. I left some coffee in my cup, and a waitress asked me if she could take it back, why I'd left it, and if she should have it remade. Apparently polite, but unfortunately she didn't give me time to respond and continued to ask why, laughing, "Was it too runny?" It clearly seemed like a joke, very rude, and not like I was complaining about anything. Anyway, when you make "solid" coffee, maybe I'll come back.

02/10/2025: If you're looking for a place that's out of the ordinary and can transport you to a fantasy world, this is the place for you! A beautiful and enchanting themed inn, full of details that immediately bring to mind the fantasy world of Harry Potter or Lord of the Rings. Excellent food and delicious craft beers, music and ever-changing themed nights, with a wide selection of board games... the only flaws that could be improved are the slow service and order taking, and above all the excessive salt used in the dishes... otherwise, T O P 😋

11/07/2025: A fantasy-themed venue with excellent food and a wide selection of drinks; from fries to main courses and burgers, from water to beers and mead, everything is a must-try. The atmosphere is casual and friendly, perfect for a unique evening with friends or as a couple.

16/06/2025: Impeccable service. Staff very kind to the customer. EXCELLENT food. From pizza, to first courses, second courses and fried food. A dish to try ABSOLUTELY are the ORECCHIETTE with GULASCH. Truly EXCELLENT. The meat is sweet in the mouth. Also excellent is the 🍕 with GULASCH and the panzerotti (both fried and baked), with GULASCH.
