13/03/2025: Great place to spend evenings with friends. There are many tables outside and some inside. Not all the outside tables are covered. There is also a well-equipped playground and a soccer/basketball field. Since the bar can only be reached on foot, there is a large parking lot nearby.

11/02/2025: Bella location al primo piano dell'albergo, ambiente elegante e personale estremamente gentile e professionale. Buona selezione di vini; piatti molto gustosi e delle giuste porzioni. L'unico appunto è il menù abbastanza ripetitivo (raramente viene aggiunto qualche nuovo piatto). Sicuramente consigliato, rapporto qualità/prezzo onesto

10/07/2025: I had to cancel my stay for a work commitment a week before, and despite the advance notice, the management refused any flexibility or understanding. No refunds, no postponements, just cold responses and zero empathy. Screw you, €500!!! The room remained unused, but evidently the proceeds were more important than human dignity. I've been traveling a lot for work for 30 years. I've NEVER had an experience like this! Disgusting. And the wheel turns...! Good luck!

27/05/2025: Reading the reviews will get you nowhere, this place is so good, the food was delicious, the staff were friendly, we originally sat inside but asked if it's okay to sit outside, they immediately said yes and showed us outside, the music was nice and chill, we were able to have a conversation without being loud. The food is seriously so good, the wait time is standard when it's busy, but what else do you expect? It's not fast food. 10/10 we loved it!

06/07/2025: A storm blew up when we were sitting outside so everyone was ushered inside but once the storm had passed a member of staff grabbed our unfinished drinks and we were ushered outside it was as if we had been thrown out,We sat down but the chairs were sopping wet so we told a member of staff who attempted to dry them but to no avail,We ended up standing outside trying to finish our drinks but left without doing so.The staff were totally ignorant and didn't want to know how unhappy we were and to cap it all a tip was included in the bill.If I could rate this restaurant a zero I would.

22/05/2025: Tramvai, as a good franchise, offers more or less the same things in all its restaurants scattered around, so the difference is made by the people who work there, this is not exceptional and not even terrible, it probably has potential, but the dry chicken is unspeakable in a place that makes it its horse, or rather a battle chicken

13/02/2025: Premetto che ero stato qui qualche anno fa', e mi era piaciuto molto, si poteva mangiare alla carta, a differenza di quanto è successo adesso! Questa cosa mi ha dato fastidio...siamo stati costretti a scegliere un menù "percorso " tra tre tipi di menù e ci è stato imposto di scegliere lo stesso menù per entrambi......non va bene!!! a mio parere chiaramente!!! Comunque ho gradito antipasto e dessert, primo e secondo da dimenticare.....la mia compagna non è riuscita proprio a mangiarli..... Ho speso troppo per quello che ho bevuto e non ho mangiato!!! Servizio così così

02/02/2025: Siamo arrivati e ci siamo seduti alle 20:00 in punto e ci siamo alzati da tavola a mezzanotte, praticamente un ricevimento ad un matrimonio dura meno! Ho cenato diverse altre volte in ristoranti gourmet anche stellati ma mai una cena è durata così tanto, tempi inspiegabilmente biblici, mezzora di orologio tra il pre-dessert e il dessert. Si può scegliere tra tre diversi menù degustazione, i piatti sono curati, di ottima fattura e buonissime materie prime, alcuni abbinamenti azzardati ad esempio ostrica con porcini fermentati, il sapore di questi ultimi non pervenuto. Stessa cosa dicasi per i tagliolini la cui crema di carciofi copriva tutto il resto. Detto questo se dopo cena avevate programmato altro vi toccherà disdire, non si esce prima di 4 ore!

26/05/2025: Very bad experience, low quality meal with zero hospitality. Not recommended at all.

25/05/2025: We had booked the BBQ (grilled area) in exchange for drinks ten days in advance. We even double-checked and confirmed the reservation, and the lady on the phone clearly promised us the space. We organized everything carefully, invited our friends for the planned BBQ, paid for all BBQ stuff, and even traveled all the way from Bolzano to the restaurant. This was supposed to be a special day, and we had trusted the restaurant to honor their commitment. However, upon arrival, we were shocked and disappointed. First, the lady told us there was no reservation at all. Then, after some back and forth, she admitted she had our booking but claimed we should have called again. Moments later, she changed her story yet again, saying the BBQ area was already being used by someone else. Frankly, this behavior is unacceptable and unprofessional. It raises a serious question: if the business owner cannot even keep a simple promise for a booking, how can they be trusted to deliver on other important aspects like food quality, hospitality, and customer care?

27/05/2025: Knowing that we are not locals they brought us a spit of drink passed off as normal, when it was very obvious that it was not. They think they are being smart but by doing so they lose customers, in fact all the other evenings we spent elsewhere, they were happy

14/04/2025: Found it by chance while I was looking for something to eat in the center of Florence, attracted by the beauty and decor of the place, it was an incredible discovery! The place is truly beautiful, with an atmosphere and lots of lovely details, the pastry shop and cafeteria are delicious and inviting and even the various first courses, appetizers, salads and bowls are delicious and of high quality! The staff is friendly and makes you feel at home, really recommended for everything!

07/06/2025: The service and place are awesome, but the food I didn’t like it. I tried the fried seafood and it came out with a lot of small fishes and very much taste of oil. My boyfriend didn’t liked much his meal also. Maybe it’s a nice place for a drink or pizza (I saw another reviews that it has good pizza)

09/02/2025: Although the food wasn't bad I'm not convinced. Very skimpy vegetarian proposals, when we asked to replace the fassona with a bruschetta for cheese we were told no and that the chef should have studied the proposal. At the end of the evening we spent 55 euros for 4 glasses of wine (pretty good but nothing much than 6 euros per glass), a bruschetta with cherry tomatoes (10 euros) and a platter with 8 small pieces of cheese which, all things considered, weren't bad (16 euros). In conclusion, although the food wasn't stellar, we didn't have a bad evening. I rate three stars for the effort and hoping for greater availability for the next times.

18/05/2025: Das Restaurant ist sehr groß mit viel Platz auch für Gruppen die Speisekarte ebenso. Das Essen ist hervorragend, Fischgerichte ebenso wie Pasta und Pizza und das bei sehr fairen Preisen. Das sehr aufmerksame Service überrascht durch große Geschwindigkeit. Ein Besuch im O Sole Mio lohnt sich!

30/04/2025: L unica cosa positiva è che trovi sempre aperto. 3 piatti di pasta 70 euro.. assurdo.. personale un pi incompetente al momento del arrivo ci hanno offerto un entrè non sapendo neanche cosa ci fosse nel piatto chiedendo più volte e la risposta è sempre stata "un entrè" . Sciallatielli grssissimi e immangiabile.
