I often go there with friends for breakfast, the coffee is excellent and the croissants filled with jam or cream are superb and the almond biscuits are fabulous.

Excellent coffee, excellent croissants, excellent pastries, but the service is just not up to par. Sometimes I lose interest, given how slow and "differently" organized they are, but I resist waiting my turn because it's worth it. But what a hassle!
