Trattoria Ponte del Mare In Pescara

I wasn't familiar with this place, and I have to say I loved it! The cold and hot appetizers were excellent, different from the usual ones, as was the roast. The sagne e ceci was also worth it. The staff was professional and friendly. I didn't give it 5 stars only because I still have something to try, like the spaghetti with clams and the fried fish... I'll have to go back 😉

Truly an excellent experience! A refined restaurant, a pleasant atmosphere, and excellent food, with dishes prepared with care and meticulous attention to detail. But what made the evening truly special was the impeccable service. A special thanks to Silvia, extremely kind, professional, and always smiling: she made us feel welcomed and pampered from start to finish with a rare kindness. The entire staff was also extremely friendly and attentive. It's always nice to find people who work with passion and exude a sense of warmth beyond their professionalism. We'll definitely be back and will happily recommend it!

I've eaten here a couple of times. The first time was last summer for an appetizer dinner, and then a few days ago for lunch. I updated my review with a photo and receipt. The atmosphere is simple, clean, welcoming, and informal, and the staff are very thorough and polite. I was more impressed with the dishes last time. This time, they were good, but nothing special. Let's just say, nothing special. As they say. The calamari skewers and sorbet are missing from the photos. The mussels were good; I wouldn't have used the chopped tomatoes. The spaghetti was perfectly normal. The calamari skewers tasted of lemon. The lemon was too overpowering, and I didn't like this dish. The sorbet was good. Overall, in my opinion, they could do better. I hope to return soon and experience it as I did the first time.

You eat well and you don't ship much

There were 5 of us, and the first course menu was appropriate for the place. The starters were the usual ones, but with the pickles, presumably from a jar, they were a bit out of place. But, I repeat, it was appropriate for the place. I had a saffron and prawn first course, and had to leave with some gnocchi taken from my companions, which were good, by the way. My pasta was cold, not lukewarm, so I think hot ones would definitely have been better... not a bad place for when you have to pay and don't want to spend a lot...
