The pizza dough is excellent, with a perfect crust and perfect air pockets. The staff is friendly and efficient. Service was really quick, despite the large number of customers. The arrosticini, a typical Abruzzo dish made with mutton, were cooked really well and had an excellent flavor. The ingredients used at this restaurant are truly top-quality. Highly recommended.

07/03/2026: Last night, after checking into the dreadful hotel, we were more than compensated here.
For starters, we had four different antipasto caldi: tuna, baby octopus, a culinary magic dish (very tasty, though I didn't quite understand what it was), and mezze aubergine.
Then we had one maltagliati al sugo di... and one arrosto misto, a mixed fish and roast platter.
The staff provided excellent service, and the Swiss owner even stopped by. The view of the Adriatic Sea was rather disappointing due to the darkness.
04/03/2026: What can I say? A restaurant with a sea view, delicious and plentiful first courses, and second courses as pictured, exceptional in freshness and cooking, fast service, and extremely friendly staff.
Highly recommended!!!

04/07/2026: We booked a table for two at 8:15 PM. We had to call the reservation representative at 9 PM. We ordered a cold cuts and cheese platter for two and a sliced beef steak with cherry tomatoes, arugula, and cheese. We arrived at the table at 9:20 PM. At 10:15 PM, we requested the steak, which arrived at 10:45 PM. Meanwhile, the DJ was blasting music at high volume. We left at 11:20 PM. The food was good, the wine could be improved. I would appreciate more customer service. We haven't had these problems on other occasions.

Everyone was very kind, and the service was attentive.
