14/09/2024: Nice place, their peculiarity is the pinsa rather than the usual pizza. Friendly and dynamic staff. Fair prices.

28/08/2024: The pinsa are successful. The staff can sometimes be quite cold at reception. Games for children are available, which is pleasant for young families, but sometimes noisy for couples or families without children.

24/09/2024: The pizza itself, sauce, cheese and dough was good. Checked pictures on tripadvisor for the pizza funghi and it showed fresh mushrooms. I received a pizza with mushrooms that were preserved and i had to scrape off of my pizza as these dont taste good at all :( Please use fresh mushrooms. Id pay 1 or 2 Euros more for the pizza if you just use fresh mushrooms and a note in your menue card would be good that your pizza funghi does not include fresh mushrooms. Preserved mushrooms have a totally different taste than fresh ones, dont like them. My boyfriend had a pizza with fries. He liked it. So your pizza is good, but these mushrooms, horror.

21/12/2024: Not recommended, it ruined my evening on our menu there were ravioli with ragù (the ragù is made with beef, not with sheep meat) a total disgust, then with €38 we ended up with 2 ravioli each.. better not comment anymore.......

16/08/2024: Pescara 15 Agosto 2024, Stabilimento balneare e ristorante La Capponcina . Dopo 1 anno eccomi qua a scrivere una recensione molto positiva su questo ristorante. Anche ieri con mia moglie,due mie cugine e il loro figlio abbiamo pranzato con menù fisso alla Capponcina.Abbiamo preso 3 menù di pesce e 2 di carne .Che dire ? Anche quest' anno ci siamo trovati benissimo sotto tutti gli aspetti. Nelle foto mancano il buon vino pecorino preso ,l'anguria e il caffè.Ma perché si mangia bene alla Capponcina,anche la sera,tutti i giorni e tutto l'anno ? Perché il titolare ,il Sig.Paolo Farchione è una persona onesta,sincera e responsabile.Lui è la vera mente,nulla è a caso al suo ristorante e quindi ha scelto anche un personale eccezionale sia sulla spiaggia,al bar e senza dubbio al ristorante.Cibo di prima scelta ,cucinato e servito bene. Una delle cose che mi ha colpito ieri ,parlando con lui , che è una persona molto umana , intelligente e che senza dubbio vuole fare bella figura con la sua famiglia ( che collabora con lui nel ristorante ) e con i suoi clienti fissi o occasionali .Bravo Paolo,continua così !

14/08/2024: Post-dinner cocktail: nice location, but high prices for the level of cocktails. There is no table service but above all there is a lack of care in the preparation. It's very reminiscent of the service of a nightclub... there is better. As for all the other services I can't judge.

06/11/2024: Sublime setting, both in style and atmosphere. It's not a place to just have a simple pizza, but a food experience as they combine sushi with pizza.

22/09/2024: For the first time I decide to go for breakfast in this "well known" bar in Pescara with my son. Truly EXAGGERATED prices, a lactose-free cappuccino €2.30 and a lactose-free white milk €2, not even if we were in front of the Colosseum. It should be noted that the quality of the cappuccino was nothing special. I decided to throw away the empty croissant (reluctantly) because from the appearance and consistency it seemed like it was from yesterday and it was impossible to eat it because it all stuck to my hands. I wouldn't recommend it honestly

17/10/2024: Reading the reviews I was surprised to have such a conflicting opinion. I usually go to bars and cafes and I didn't feel comfortable at all in this one in particular. I see photos with endless dessert displays but when I entered it was practically empty (morning) and without any selection of savory items. Ordered a barley, I get a coffee. Paid said goodbye and never again. Personally this is not the restaurant I'm looking for.

09/10/2024: A magical place where you can drink an excellent coffee and eat a delicious croissant sitting in the dining room or outdoors. Take-away desserts, cakes on request. And then obviously the savory! Absolutely worth trying!

13/08/2024: My friend and I had to stand for 30 minutes for a table to be freed, many of which had been empty but very dirty for some time. As soon as we sat down we were given the menu but by the time we were asked what we had chosen at least 25 minutes had passed , after ordering everything, it took 1 hour for a portion of chips with bacon and cheddar to arrive, horrendous cheddar chips, real rubbish and the sandwich was truly disgusting. This place needs a lot of organization and for 10 tables I can't wait 2 hours.

04/08/2024: Really good chips, especially the American ones with cheddar and crispy bacon on top, which are accompanied by 5 different sauces. Truly huge and excellent sandwiches. The bread is soft and tasty. I recommend getting the cheddar bowl with the sandwiches. Really honest prices. We will definitely be back.

24/11/2024: Una vera gioia per il palato! Questa pasticceria è un piccolo angolo di paradiso: tutto è delizioso e preparato con cura. Il personale è di una gentilezza unica, sempre sorridente e pronto a soddisfare ogni richiesta. La qualità dei prodotti si percepisce al primo assaggio, dai dolci più tradizionali alle creazioni più moderne. È impossibile uscire senza un sorriso e un dolcetto in mano. Assolutamente consigliata!

10/11/2024: Delicious pastry shop! I go there often and we also get several cakes for various occasions, everything is excellent from the pastries to the cakes (the berry chantilly cream one is delicious 🤩🤤) on weekends there are a lot of people there, highly recommended!

03/07/2024: I had dinner in this Pub, I enjoyed it very much, the place is informal, good service, they were helpful and kind, the sandwich I got was really big, average prices, I would happily go back

08/12/2024: Big disappointment. We waited half an hour for the starter, half an hour again for the first course. Spaghetti alla guitar was too al dente, in the woodcutter sauce there were 4 slices of mushrooms and a lot of sausage, ravioli almost raw. Then second course, another half hour of mixed fried food. Only good thing was chicken breast. Everything else was very salty. Never again. True, I made the mistake of mixed fried with roast. We were there 1.12.2024. we also have photos.
