22/03/2026: How can this restaurant get 4.5 stars? In my opinion, the customers who wrote the reviews don't know what real food means! The ravioli are good, but the sauce leaves something to be desired (a sort of floury tomato, obviously out of season since it's March, thinly sliced, not even cooked, just left there without any sense). For the appetizer, a sort of rolled pancetta with plums inside, I'm sure. I obviously wasn't the only one who tasted it and left it on the plate. Not to mention the sauce for the children's pasta. A sauce cooked on the spot, maybe less than 10 minutes. The main course: Chitarra pasta with mushrooms, the only decent dish, perhaps, but I've had better. A poor six because I was hungry! The meat, well, sliced ​​often, and in many dishes, mushy because the chef wasn't able to cut it, most likely! But one question: when dishes are returned to you, don't you ask yourself a few questions? No, to understand.

08/04/2026: We finally managed to have dinner at this pizzeria that many people recommended. We came specifically for the pizza, so we only had fries as an appetizer. The pizza was REALLY GOOD, with a classic dough, not rubbery, and very easy to digest. Far from the pizzas of today, it takes us back to the pizzerias of the past, and we loved it. Excellent value, very friendly staff, and even the crème brûlée was delicious. We'll definitely be back! We finally found a good pizza in Pescara!

02/01/2026: Small but comfortable rooms and very comfortable beds. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the hotel's location is EXCEPTIONAL! (It's right in the center of Caramanico Terme.) Step outside the hotel and you'll find yourself in front of Christmas markets full of surprises: souvenirs, food (sweet/savory), and drinks (alcoholic/non-alcoholic). Everything was excellent. 11/05/2026: What can I say? My wife, my daughter, and I are regulars at Aolito. We order the pizzas, which are exceptional, and I pair them with the truly fabulous Birfa Bianca. The girls are always kind, the atmosphere is clean, and the bathroom is fabulous. Congratulations!
