01/06/2026: Had lunch on June 1st. Unfortunately, my recent experience wasn't positive. I had much better memories of this historic restaurant, where I've eaten excellently before. Problematic service: we had to ask for updates several times, including three times just to get a beer. Sparkling water and fries were not available. The appetizer arrived only partially compared to what was listed on the menu, and we had to mention this when we got the bill. Too bad.

18/02/2026: A venue that installed a loudspeaker outside its building (the inside is tiny) and kept it at maximum volume all day. When called by the Carabinieri, local police, and the police, they decided to just do it as if nothing had happened. It's in an area with cancer patients and very elderly people. What can I say? 02/03/2026: I want to praise this restaurant for: The passion of the owner and the young man who served us. Friendliness and a smile, the young man was very approachable. We had a pleasant conversation, and he even showed us the wonderful view this first-floor restaurant has. Food: I came in with normal expectations, and while the food isn't extraordinary, they do just enough to remind you of it. To optimize everything, they offer menus, so you can choose à la carte.

19/02/2026: I'm coming to Pescara for work and am staying not far from this trattoria, which I discovered almost by accident on a cold December evening. The warm, friendly staff welcomed me from the moment I arrived, and I immediately felt at home. The dishes are exceptional, reflecting traditional Abruzzo specialties with a few subtle twists that make them delicious and succulent. I enjoyed the pasta alla mugnaia, the sagne e ceci, and the spaghetti alla chitarra—all dishes I was unfamiliar with. Highly recommended, whether you're just passing through or staying for a few days, as the menu is so extensive you can indulge. Next time, I'll try the pizza!

08/04/2026: I went there on Easter Monday. €102 for an octopus salad, two first courses, a second course, water, and a glass of wine. The pasta portion was 40 grams, and the grilled pasta consisted of five pieces: a shrimp, a scampi, a small sole, and two small pieces of sea bream. Not enough food, not enough stars!

15/05/2026: A friendly welcome from the owner at the entrance to the restaurant. After choosing the dishes, they were enjoyed undisturbed as a concert of selected flavors (superior pizza - Tirolese, gnocchi al ragù)... finally, a farewell toast.

12/05/2026: I've eaten there many times; it's one of my favorites in Loreto Aprutino. The location is excellent, especially in the summer, and the food is divine. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

05/04/2026: Unfortunately, restaurants with this concept are increasingly rare. The atmosphere is informal, the staff is extremely kind, friendly, professional, attentive, and never intrusive. The food is excellent and plentiful, as per Abruzzo tradition. The ingredients are top-quality, expertly cooked. The prices are more than fair. We had a truly wonderful time, even though it was Easter Sunday and the place was packed.

14/05/2026: An excellent experience on May 1st in Teramo, a day celebrated throughout the city to celebrate the traditional dish "Virtù." Set menu: local cured meats and cheeses, mazzarella, all-you-can-eat virtù, mixed grill, side dishes, sweet pizza, and drinks included. Price: €50 per person. Not cheap, at least compared to other local restaurants offering similar options, but the place is nice and just the right size to make you feel comfortable. Perhaps a little noisy when full. Some soundproofing could be considered. Excellent service: we never had to ask for another carafe of still or sparkling water, wine, or bread basket. We were always, and I mean always, greeted by the staff, assisted for the occasion by the owner. The dishes served were all top-quality: quality cured meats, not the usual very young prosciutto, perfectly aged; the cheeses were also excellent; mazzarella (another typical Teramo seasonal dish), but with several ripasso (ripassi). I personally enjoyed it three times! Virtues galore. This is perhaps the only criticism I could make, because Virtues are a dish that every family prepares slightly differently. For example, I found them a little too liquidy, poorly blended, but still very good, so much so that I made two more re-seasonings! Next was a mixed grill: sliced ​​beef, lamb, and baked sausage. All delicious and tender meat. And this too was plentiful, complete with re-seasoning! A side salad, to degrease the fat, was served, although there was nothing greasy about it. In fact, one thing we all commented on (there were seven of us at the table) was that we felt light and clean. To complete the lunch, the Pizza Dolce Teramana was a must, and here the re-seasoning would have been nice, but it was offset by the cantuccini biscuits that accompanied the coffee. In short, a great experience, worth repeating even on any Sunday, given that they have all-inclusive menus for 30 euros, which seems like a very fair price to me.
