A small, refined restaurant with excellent cuisine and specialty raw seafood. Given the chef's skill, I would recommend increasing the variety by creating a separate course that stands out from the full appetizer. The wine list is good, and the service is impeccable, making a significant difference. Prices are reasonable for the quality. An experience to be repeated.
