02/09/2025: It's always a pleasure coming to the Chalet, for breakfast, lunch, or an aperitif. The owners are incredibly kind, the sea view is splendid, and everything is meticulously cared for. You can choose to eat outside or in a very welcoming room with windows overlooking the beach. The restaurant is consistently excellent year after year: the freshest fish and generous dishes. The seafood appetizers are delicious. The staff is fast and knowledgeable.

28/08/2025: We had lunch here on the recommendation of friends. The restaurant is well-kept and the decor is formal, with a cloth tablecloth and napkins. The first courses are generous and delicious, the appetizers are gourmet, and the second courses are well-portioned but still delicious. The service is good, and the staff are truly knowledgeable and friendly. The only flaw: there's no menu with prices, which you only find out when you pay. It's listed with the available pasta varieties; they make you think they only have spaghetti, and then you discover there are other varieties when you see them being passed around on other people's plates. The prices, however, are in line with other restaurants in the area.

12/09/2025: We ate at Livio e il Mare two years ago and fell in love with it. So much so that we wanted to return, albeit a little shyly, after such a long time. It felt like coming home. Gilda and her daughter were wonderful hosts, welcoming, accommodating, and always available. They were a place to chat, more than just idle chit-chat. Livio, on the other hand, is a cook, an exceptional chef, who in his eccentric, experimental art—never banal and always exquisite—offered us not just a meal, but a journey, an experience. From our first meeting, Verino instilled trust, serenity, and honesty, sharing the history of the venue and his personal growth, and instilling in us a sense of security for the organization of our wedding day. From that evening on, Verino was a constant presence, allowing us to experience our day with complete peace of mind. He guided us discreetly, yet attentively, throughout every moment of our day, from the opening toast to the cutting of the cake. Every aspect was handled with such care that we were able to enjoy our day without a care in the world. As for the cuisine, both we and our guests were won over: refined dishes, surprising flavor combinations, and a special attention to all needs (celiacs, vegetarians, vegans, and intolerances). The service was impeccable, with all the waiters extremely kind and attentive, without ever being intrusive. What was offered to us was crucial to the success of our party: in the days that followed, all of our guests complimented us on the quality and abundance of the food and the excellent service. 18/04/2025: Nel centro di Montorio al Vomano, vicino Teramo, con ampio parcheggio a pochi passi. il ristorante si presenta all'interno essenziale ma pulito, con tavoli distanziati. Il servizio è discreto e professionale, con un'ottima cucina di pesce, con piatti ricercati, rispetto ai quali spicca il Baccalà. Da provare e consigliare, essendo peraltro ottimo il rapporto qualità prezzo.

11/10/2025: Nothing to complain about regarding the food and service, on the contrary! It's a shame that when you leave the place all the clothes smell of fish and you have to put them in the washing machine or take them to the dry cleaner, jackets included! The ventilation system is terrible.
