18/08/2025: I've been there twice, the first time in the summer and the second time in the winter. The food is good, both the meat and the pizza, and the staff is kind and polite.

17/08/2025: We visited this restaurant during our vacation and it was a truly excellent experience. The location is beautiful and spacious, both indoors and outdoors, perfect for enjoying a quiet dinner. The cuisine is authentic and meticulously prepared: the handmade arrosticini are simply the best we've ever eaten! The appetizers are also highly recommended, with an excellent selection of local cured meats (duck speck, wild boar salami, sheep's milk salami, etc.) and traditional sheep's and goat's milk cheeses. The desserts were also excellent, a fitting end to the evening. Special praise goes to the staff, always kind, welcoming, and very knowledgeable in explaining the dishes and conveying their love for the region and its products. A restaurant that absolutely deserves it: we'll definitely be back!

11/08/2025: Beautiful country house on a hill surrounded by diverse plants and numerous olive groves. Tranquility reigns supreme. The property is new with a lovely pool for guests. Excellent cuisine, spacious, clean rooms, and friendly staff. Reasonable price.

17/11/2025: It was my first time at this excellent restaurant. What can I say? The Serrano ham was sublime, accompanied by excellent grilled cheese. Then, I enjoyed a delicious sliced ​​steak accompanied by iceberg lettuce and fries, tastefully prepared and served by very friendly staff. The prices were fair. Highly recommended.

08/06/2025: I was at this place yesterday, after I had heard about it because I have 2 celiac daughters, they make gluten-free pizza here. The place is nice, large, with a small parking lot outside. The normal pizza is good, with long-leavened dough, well-topped and cooked in a non-wood oven. You can improve on the gluten-free: we asked for margheritas with sausages and we were told that they don't have sausages (one of the children's favorite foods). We then asked for the addition of cooked ham on a pizza, with the supplement of 2 euros and 50 (for half a slice of ham)! The draft beer that was served to me wasn't great, while for the girls we asked for a Coke and we were served a similar one. For 3 pizzas, 2 of which were gluten-free (a normal capricciosa, a Margherita and a Margherita with cooked ham) 1 Coke, 1 still water and 2 small draft beers we received a bill of €51.50. Despite the high prices, I recommend it on regular pizza, but the gluten free ones aren't that great!

The mazzarelle and cacio e ova meatballs bring the most authentic flavors of memory to the table, while the tagliatelle with chopped lamb and pork tenderloin showcase technique and creativity without ever distorting the roots. 04/11/2025: Passing through L'Aquila on our way back from our vacation in Puglia, we decided to visit this restaurant, inspired by the excellent reviews. I'll start by saying that I'm originally from L'Aquila, and when I'm here, I'm always on the lookout for great places to eat. Last night, we came with my brother's family and were greeted by kind and courteous waitstaff. Everything was magnificent, from the welcome, to the service, and finally, the food. We had two Pizzonze for an appetizer, followed by five first courses, a second course, and three desserts. Everything was delicious, carefully prepared, and beautifully served. We spent €120 in total, and I can say it was excellent value. At the end of the meal, they offered us coffee and amaro and a gift with some Abruzzo biscuits and a small bottle of genzana. Overall, the experience was magnificent, and we'll definitely be back when we're in L'Aquila at the end of August.

19/10/2025: A true delight for the palate, very competitively priced compared to other restaurants in the area, attentive, knowledgeable, and caring staff, and easy access to this green setting with fantastic views. We'll definitely be back.

22/11/2025: Very friendly bar, speaking English as well as Italian, which is helpful to expats & tourists! Val & Ottavio are always very welcoming, and also the girls on the bar. Food is excellent, with a wide range of choice, ditto the beers.😊

01/12/2025: Property located in the countryside, breathtaking views, very friendly hosts, typical Abruzzo food, handmade pasta and bread, only red or rosé wine. Room service is much less so, especially if you have children. The sheets should smell clean and not old with stitched holes! The pillowcases are worn over time and smell musty, different from the sheets. The same goes for the pillows, which need changing! Comfortable mattress, antique furniture, and a closet drawer that falls apart if you open it. No welcome kit, not even a hint of soap! Only 3 large towels were provided, but the face and bidet towels are unused! No nighttime assistance because the hosts are not there... Breakfast time was agreed upon, but they arrived late for breakfast at the bar because we had to leave! Overall, a nice place for the location, but there's a lot to improve.

22/11/2025: Excellent Agriturismo, the perfect place to relax and enjoy traditional Abruzzo dishes. The rooms are warm and welcoming. The owners are genuine and happy to offer local tips. Perfect location for various excursions in the area.

30/10/2025: The lamb shish kebab was excellent. It was bland and flavorless. The lamb chops were breaded and cooked like a schnitzel, so it wasn't very good. It was hard to eat and full of fat. The fried cheese was legendary, but we asked for a salad, and it only came with lettuce, not worth 3 euros. The bread with the sauce was delicious. The bread was filled with mushrooms, capsicum, spinach, and zucchini. The service was very slow.
