03/03/2026: Excellent pizzeria. You can tell the dough is homemade, with the yeast left to develop properly. Parking can be a bit tricky if you arrive late. I recommend making a reservation.

01/03/2026: Passing by on a weekend getaway with my partner, we came across this pizzeria restaurant along the road in the evening. The first plus is the large and convenient indoor parking. Upon entering at the first "buonasera" (good evening) at the Foro del Vesuvio behind the pizza oven, we immediately knew we'd found a slice of Naples in Abruzzo. Mrs. Marina, a lively and friendly Neapolitan, seated us, and we ate three excellent pizzas with strictly Campanian ingredients (I ordered another because it was excellent). We finished the meal with an excellent homemade dessert and a "Toraldo" coffee, which I personally adore. If you're in Giulianova and crave a hand-made pizza, stop by Gustavo's!

15/03/2026: We met the guys from Maltagliati at a dinner and, intrigued, came to try their restaurant. You arrive in Torano, a small hilltop village, and the restaurant is in the center: welcoming and well-kept, with an open kitchen with a grill where they prepare almost the entire menu. If you have the chance to see them at work in the dining room in front of the grill, they are serious and professional, but above all, well-prepared. Cuisine like this comes from study and dedication: we ordered the tasting menu and it's hard to find a better dish... the crescia, the spit-roasted heart, the sweetbreads, the quail and lamb, and many other dishes. The staff in the dining room are attentive and loving. We had a great time and can't wait to come back because having the courage to cook like this is uncommon. Excellent!

13/03/2026: It's been a while since I've dined at a place where atmosphere, food, and service blended so well. To be honest, I ordered the entire menu, but it was worth it. My only recommendation is to sit down and let the staff, who are extremely professional, guide you. Nothing is left to chance, from the aromas present in every dish to the decor. 22/03/2026: Intimate, incredibly friendly, and welcoming. The young owner is always smiling and passionate about his work. In the restaurant, he prepares the fresh pasta, hot antipasti, the charcoal grills, and the meat. He takes excellent care of his customers and asks about each table's experience. Everything is homemade, prepared right before your eyes with love and a smile. Cold antipasti, hot antipasti, primi, secondi, contorni, dolci, coffee, and digestifs, all at a very reasonable price! We will definitely be back! A delighted couple 🤩

Otherwise, everything is delicious, from the appetizers, the cured meats, the cheeses, the excellent first courses, and the tasty second courses. The dessert experience is heavenly, delicious, and unforgettable. If you're in the area, I highly recommend it.

01/02/2026: A well-maintained restaurant with floor-to-ceiling windows offering a stunning view of Rocca di Cambio. The food is excellent, starting with the Rocche antipasto, which offers not only uniquely flavorful cured meats and cheeses, but also hot dishes. The first courses are also delicious, such as the polenta with porcini mushrooms and truffles, a true revelation. The lamb shank, too, was a first, with an intense yet delicate flavor. And to finish, the desserts included a delicious apple tart, the Scomposta, and finally, a proper tiramisu, with excellent flavor. Aside from a small mix-up during service, I can say we had a wonderful time and are sure to return when we're in the area again.

01/03/2026: A wonderful find on the Circonvallazione Histoniense! Despite its secluded location, the quality is top-notch: super-fresh second-hand fish, impeccable service, and excellent local wines. Very competitive prices. A true hidden gem where I'll definitely be returning!

21/03/2026: Wonderful secluded but in-town quiet location, the rooms are very nice, very clean and spacious, they include a small but efficient kitchenette, the bathrooms are also very spacious and comfortable. Overall an excellent place to stay, they also have a great restaurant where you can enjoy the local delicacies.

Attentive and punctual service, and the girls are kind and smiling. The dishes are delicious. The selection is good, not overwhelming, but varied. Highly recommended. The photos are from the digital menu. They are true to the dishes that arrived. And most importantly, I forgot to take photos. 😁😁😁😁. Great job!!
