18/05/2026: I discovered it through social media, and I have to say I was very, very pleased with the appetizers. They have a fairly varied menu, from starters to main courses, pizzas, and much more, so it's great for those who are always hesitant about what to choose. As for the pizza, I have to say it's really good, beautifully presented, but don't expect light pizzas; they're rightly very filling and leave a nice aftertaste, so it can feel quite heavy in the stomach.

01/05/2026: We were there on May 1st for lunch, set menu...many courses...it was an extraordinary experience, delicious home-made Abruzzese cuisine, amazing mixed grilled roast...the owner was very friendly and helpful

With your heart because try closing your eyes, going back, and imagining that table, the set table at your grandmother's house. 16/05/2026: Lincosta was a wonderful experience right from the start: the welcome was perfect, making us feel right at home. The menu was deliciously limited, but comprised of dishes in keeping with Abruzzo tradition. An excellent wine list, but above all, the owner's expertise is invaluable. Located at the foot of Piazza Duomo, it can be reached from Corso Vittorio Emanuele. Once you reach the large Chamber of Commerce building, go down to the right for about 200 meters. The area is currently undergoing extensive public redevelopment work following the earthquake.

05/05/2026: The waiter simply didn't want to deal with us Germans and didn't make any effort when we ordered. As a result, we received the wrong food twice. In the end, we didn't have to pay because he was very annoyed. The restaurant and the food are perfect!

01/05/2026: Ohh!! And today we did ourselves a favor again. We started with the cacio e ova balls with fish sauce, then moved on to the chitarrina with mantis shrimp. Then we went on to a fantastic mixed fried fish dish. Our food suicide ended with a chocolate crumble with black cherry cream. Sounds like a great way to die. Jokes aside, everything was super good, and we want to extend our compliments to all the staff, the kitchen, and the owner who leads this fantastic team.

03/05/2026: We had dinner at Essenza last night and were truly impressed. The flavors won us over: seemingly simple dishes, but prepared with great care and attention to detail, and above all, delicious. The wine pairings were excellent, and the value was truly excellent. 👍 It was the perfect way to end our vacation in Abruzzo. We also really appreciated the kindness and helpfulness of the staff, who were particularly attentive to our small children (they prepared a special dish for them). A wonderful experience that we highly recommend! ✨

04/03/2026: A wonderful and pleasant surprise! Everything you expect when you eat out. A welcoming restaurant, excellent service, and food where the quality of the ingredients truly shines. Without overcomplicating things, they achieve a beautiful presentation, pleasing to both the palate and the eye. The combination of quantity and quality is perfect. We tried the charcuterie board and two very tender and juicy cuts of meat—I can't even take a picture because everything was so delicious I forgot to. This is a restaurant I'd put in every town in the world so I could return to it wherever I went. My congratulations to the owner and staff!

30/05/2026: Amazing pizza! Fast, very clean, delicious, and the prices are absolutely reasonable. Authentic Italian pizza! Yesterday, after our meal, we tried a variety of pizzas and were thrilled. There are a few seating options (about 2-3 tables for two outside that can easily be converted to accommodate up to 9 people; inside, there's a counter with about 6 chairs) to wait for your order. It's not a restaurant, after all; it's a takeaway. If you want to say you've eaten a truly authentic Italian pizza in Italy, you have to go there. You can also buy individual slices.
