29/09/2025: A pleasant discovery! My husband and I dined at this restaurant for the first time, and it was a real surprise. We ordered a peppered fillet steak and a roasted chicken leg with sautéed vegetables, accompanied by a side of potatoes: everything was simply delicious. The wine, very kindly recommended by the wait staff, proved to be a perfect pairing. The atmosphere was welcoming, the service attentive, and the cuisine truly excellent. Highly recommended!

30/08/2025: There are places that become habits, and others that, over time, become true certainties. Terrae Madre is certainly one of them. A guarantee that never disappoints. Whether for a quick lunch, a relaxed aperitif, a more refined dinner, or even just an after-dinner drink, the experience is always delightful when you wake up feeling like you've experienced something special. The atmosphere is welcoming and refined, the cuisine exudes quality without needing excess, and the prices remain fair, which is not to be taken for granted. For me, it's now a go-to, the kind of place you'd recommend without hesitation to anyone who asks where to go. An authentic refuge, with taste and consistency, that always makes you feel right at home, with an exceptional staff.

19/09/2025: I think it's my favorite restaurant in the Vasto area. The quality of the food is excellent, and the techniques used in the kitchen create a truly perfect balance of flavors. Even the simplest dishes, when prepared by them, take on a unique and surprising flavor. The service and value for money are also excellent. Highly recommended!

05/09/2025: Returning from a hike in the Maiella National Park, we stopped at this beautiful little spot nestled in the park's hills. We were so happy we even returned the next evening for dinner, even though our accommodation is an hour away from the inn! Stefano, the owner, puts his heart and soul into his work, and his strong connection to the area is evident. The service was attentive, professional, and anything but predictable; we truly felt at home! The food was delicious, with traditional Abruzzo dishes and modern reinterpretations of classics. The wine list was also good! 5 stars aren't enough to describe this experience! The desserts were excellent, too. I highly recommend it to anyone in the area; the prices are in line with the quality and service, and even children are made to feel important here. We haven't tried the rooms, but if we have the opportunity, we'll definitely consider staying there! Congratulations again to all the staff, and see you next time!

31/08/2025: We stayed for our anniversary. The room was cozy, clean, and tidy with a stunning mountain view. The exterior was well-maintained and clean. The restaurant served excellent traditional food and wine. The family-run hotel is incredibly friendly. We recommend it to anyone looking for tranquility and good food. We'll be back.

09/09/2025: The restaurant's outdoor space is truly beautiful and quaint. Naturally, in case of inclement weather, service will be provided inside, where the room is small and not particularly welcoming. The menu focuses primarily on arrosticini (skewers) and a few simple appetizers, which was fine for our tastes. Unfortunately, however, the quality of the appetizers was mediocre, and the arrosticini were extremely poor, especially considering we're in Abruzzo and it's supposed to be their specialty. Finally, the service is friendly, but almost nonexistent.

09/09/2025: This historic grill restaurant is located in a secluded spot in the Abruzzo countryside, just a few kilometers from the sea. Its location makes it feel like you're inland, making it all the more charming. The setting is spectacular. The food is superb. I tried the pecorino alla callara, a delicacy for those who love strong flavors. The meat is incredibly tender and flavorful, and it's impossible not to dip your bread in the sauce. It's served as an appetizer, but it can also be enjoyed as a main course. If you decide to order it as an appetizer, I recommend sharing it with someone else, as it's quite generous. The 1.3 kg Florentine steak from the old Padana cow was truly exceptional. There's nothing more to say. From the location to the service to the quality of the dishes served, everything was truly excellent.

09/09/2025: We've been eating there for many years during our vacations. It's a bit out of the way but in stunningly beautiful surroundings with a lovely garden. The restaurant is decorated in a country-style. The food is fantastic. No pizza, pasta, or seafood, but excellent meat dishes and other typical local specialties. Amalia, the owner, takes great care of her guests. We'll be back.

13/09/2025: We couldn't help but return to Gustavo, our little corner of Naples in the Abruzzo hills... we ordered the Neapolitan-style fried food, a guaranteed explosion of flavor! The pizzas are fabulous... especially the "provolina," delicious. It's not easy to find quality and perfection when it comes to pizza when you leave Naples, but Gustavo is a guarantee! Parking, location, and superlative hospitality... thank you everyone!

14/08/2025: We had dinner at a very welcoming and well-kept location. The owner was very kind and approachable. The dishes were excellent, from appetizers to dessert. The wine selection was excellent. Excellent value for money. I recommend it to anyone who wants to eat well in a quiet and clean environment.

07/09/2025: Very beautiful, elegant, and well-kept location with an outdoor space with a beautiful view, also set up with children's playground equipment. As a celiac, I ate a delicious pinsa, a very light dough (which is not easy for us celiacs to find) with excellent toppings and excellent ingredients. The regular pinsa was also very good. The staff was very kind and helpful! Spectacular desserts and excellent value. Absolutely worth trying!! Kudos to the staff. We need more restaurants that are sensitive to celiac disease, especially those who take care to present dishes of equal taste and quality!! Thank you! ❤️

15/09/2025: This is another discovery worth mentioning. We stumbled upon this place purely by chance, while wandering around San Salvo and taking the road to Cupello. Late at lunchtime, we checked Google and it pointed us to this place. The owner, despite it being closing time, hosted us in the practically deserted restaurant, and we enjoyed the special attention. I have to say, I was very impressed with the well-maintained place and the dishes, both aesthetically and tastefully. The experience was beyond positive, and if I were ever in the area again, I would definitely visit again. Also noteworthy is the outside area, which, despite being in the village, has a beautiful view. If you're in the area, it's worth a visit. Although it calls itself an "osteria," the prices don't reflect that name, but we noticed this immediately from the first courses, which were more gourmet than osteria-style. For three of us, including several 1/2 portions, we paid €100, but despite everything, we were all more than satisfied with our lunch here.
